Abstract

The path finding optimization is the most widely discussed issues in the informatics scope. This was related to the increased needs of the transportation, distribution and industry. The method for solving search problems for the shortest path can be done using two methods, namely the conventional method and the heuristic method. The conventional method uses a mathematical approach that is easy to understand, but the search results require a relatively long time. In order for search time to be faster, a heuristic approach is needed, although it requires more parameters. A-star algorithm is a heuristic route search method that is very effective in finding the shortest route. In this study a web-based application was developed by integrating the A-star algorithm to find the location of rare plants in the conservation area. As for determining the distance between the coordinates of the plant using haversine formula. This application is very important because of the large number of plants and the limited guidance of researchers in finding the location of rare plants in conservation areas. The guide is presented in the form of an easy-to-understand graph accompanied by information about the plants sought.

Abstract

Penilaian kesehatan merupakan proses untuk mengukur tingkat kesehatan koperasi simpan pinjam (KSP) dan usaha simpan pinjam (USP). Penilaian dilakukan terhadap organisasi koperasi pada perusahaan atau instansi. Ada 7 aspek penilaian kesehatan yaitu permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian, dan jatidiri. Dalam proses penilaian tidak jarang terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungannya. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting dengan metode pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall, dengan 5 data koperasi diperoleh hasil nilai tertinggi 0,89 kategori sehat oleh kopkar Rs Bayukarta dan nilai terendah 0,71 kategori cukup sehat oleh KSP Tirta Karawang Sejahtera.

Abstract

Saat ini teknik kriptografi Hill Cipher telah diimplementasikan untuk beberapa aplikasi. Dalam implementasinya ada saja kesalahan atau kecerobohan seperti kunci matriks yang digunakan pada proses enkripsi hilang karena tidak disimpan atau bahkan lupa. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan teknik kriptanalisis untuk mendapatkan kembali kunci yang hilang tersebut. Teknik kriptanalisis pada kriptografi Hill Cipher yang telah diketahui adalah dengan menggunakan persamaan linier dan menggunakan perkalian matriks. Pada persamaan linier, nilai dari masing-masing variabel matriks kunci dapat diketahui, namun proses pencarian nilai pada tiap variabel tersebut tidak dapat dilakukan dalam waktu yang singkat. Sedangkan pada perkalian matriks, proses pencarian variabel matriks kunci hanya dapat dilakukan jika matriks yang merepresentasikan plaintext memiliki invers atau nilai determinannya sama dengan satu. Nilai determinan yang didapatkan dari suatu matriks dapat dioperasikan untuk mencari nilai suatu variabel dari operasi aljabar linear yang telah direpresentasikan kedalam bentuk matriks. Masing-masing variabel tersebut dapat melakukan proses pencarian determinan secara bersamaan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mengembangkan suatu sistem untuk mencari nilai pada variabel matriks kunci berdasarkan perhitungan determinan matriks yang dikembangkan menggunakan paradigma System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall dan diimplementasikan pada sistem operasi berbasis Android.

Abstract

This research developed expert system using fuzzy Mamdani to diagnose the spread of diseases affecting the growth of chili plants based on environmental factors. Environmental variables used as fuzzy input parameters are soil pH, air temperature, air humidity and solar irradiation. The input-output relationship uses 81 rules with the AND operator and the MIN implication function. For a case, the results showed that the percentage of the potential spread of the disease showed 60.25%, so the category of potential disease spread with soil PH 7.5 pH, 28 ° C air temperature and air humidity 75 RH and 35% sun irradiance is moderate.

Abstract

The limited knowledge possessed by gouramy cultivators on diseases that attack gouramy has become a problem and obstacle in the effort of hatchery and enlargement of gouramy and the lack of experts in gouramy to provide counseling about gouramy diseases, so it is necessary to develop expert system applications aimed at a forum for consultation with experts, diagnosing gouramy disease and providing solutions to prevent diseases of gouramy. In the expert system there are several inference machines that can be used, one of them is using dempster shafers which are mathematical theories for proof based on belief functions and plausible reasoning. Used to calculate the probability of an event obtained from a combination of separate pieces of information (facts). In this study an expert system for diagnosing disease in gouramy using a dempster shafer inference machine resulted in a calculation of the level of confidence in carp disease at the highest 99.85% in Red Disease (Motile Aeromonas Septocemia) and at least 90% in white spot disease (White spot ).

Abstract

One of the agriculture sectors that can be used as business opportunities is the vegetable commodity horticultural agriculture sector. There are 5 criteria that can be used, namely the analysis of initial capital, operational costs, harvest time, selling price and profits. While there are 12 kinds of plants namely shallots, green cayenne peppers, green mustard greens, round green eggplants, squash / cucumber, cucumber, long beans, spinach, kale, tomatoes, cauliflower and bitter melon / bitter melon. The implementation of Decision Support System (SPK) to determine horticultural farming business opportunities can be done using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Promethee methods. The SAW method calculates the value of each criterion, the weight of the criteria and the type of criteria that can be determined by the user himself and the method of method used to determine the order of priority. The results of this study are getting the highest priority value is spinach plants by 78.1% based on data processed in June 2019 in Karawang district with business analysis in an area of 23 x 2 meters.

Abstract

The business world often faces changing conditions in its business activities. The right work plan is needed so that the business world can develop, one of which is budget planning. In planning the loan budget in the Cooperative refers to the limit on the number of submissions, there is no nominal loan budget plan so that the cooperative's cash condition is unstable and can affect the development of the cooperative. Then we need a system that can predict the loan budget needed. The method used in this reserch is simple Linear Regression to predict budgets and Tsukamoto Fuzzy Methods for budget optimization. Predicted the loan budget for April 2019 with a total capital of Rp. 500,000,000 using simple linear regression predictions of Rp. 441,690,000, after optimization using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Method is Rp. 396,960,000 more savings Rp. 44,730,000 or 10.12%.

Abstract

Cattle are the livestock of the Bovinae family and subfamily Bovidae. They have been raised for beef and dairy products. Nowadays, beef production does not meet national needs. This is influenced by several factors. One of them is the farming pattern. However, knowledge about cattle farming is still scattered and unstructured. Knowledge Management System (KMS) offers a knowledge system that can be used to create, collect, store, maintain and disseminate knowledge. In this study, KMS for cattle farming has been implemented using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The research results are web-based applications regarding cattle farming management that have been tested by experts and users, with the average test results declared good. The features possessed by this KMS application are knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application systems so that they can share knowledge between one user and another. In addition, this application is equipped with a discussion forum that can serve as a place to interact with fellow users or with experts.

Abstract

Sistem Pakar merupakan sistem komputer yang berbasis pengetahuan yang terpadu di dalam suatu sistem informasi, sehingga memiliki kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam bidang tertentu sebagaimana layaknya seorang pakar. Sistem pakar bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna agar mengetahui solusi masalah yang biasanya dipecahkan oleh pakar. Salah satu contoh kasusnya adalah gangguan ansietas perpisahan masa kanak dan remaja. Gangguan ansietas perpisahan masa kanak dan remaja merupakan kecemasan dan kekhawatiran yang tidak realistik pada anak tentang apa yang akan terjadi bila ia berpisah dengan orang-orang yang berperan penting dalam hidupnya, misalnya orang tua. Berdasarkan prevalensi nasional, tingkat gangguan ansietas cukup tinggi serta masyarakat belum mengetahui jenis gangguan ini. Sistem pakar yang dibangun memiliki keluaran sistem berupa solusi teknik keperawatan seperti cara terapi yang bisa dilakukan oleh keluarga Perancangan aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan mesin inferensi Certainty Factor yang menggabungkan nilai keyakinan pakar dan pengguna serta metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan berbasis Object Oriented.
