Penyelenggaraan PAUD Holistik Integratif yang menyatukan layanan pendidikan, kesehatan dan gizi, perawatan, pengasuhan, perlindungan dan kesejahteraan di lembaga PAUD masih sulit menemukan model yang tepat. Satuan PAUD kesulitan menentukan model dan strategi penerapan PAUD Holistik Integratif yang ideal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan model penyelenggaraan PAUD Holistik Integratif di Kecamatan Wae Ri’i. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluatif model CIPP. Peneliti menghimpun data penyelenggaraan PAUD Holistik integratif dari aspek konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Satuan PAUD yang menjadi sasaran penelitian adalah TK Negeri Timung, TK Ting dan PAUD Marie Lousie Welong. Peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada 7 orang guru PAUD dan 6 Orang tua murid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif yang diselenggarakan di Kecamatan Wae Ri’i berupa layanan pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, perawatan dan gizi serta layanan pengasuhan. Layanan perlindungan dan layanan kesejahteraan belum dilakukan secara terprogram dan terstruktur namun terintegrasi dalam kegiatan-kegiatan main di setiap satuan PAUD. Pelaksanaan Program layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif belum didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan. Layanan diberikan berdasarkan asumsi bahwa layanan tersebut penting bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Anak Usia Dini. Hal ini terjadi akibat kurang terorganisasinya program layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif. Padahal, jika ditelusuri terkait dukungan berbagai pihak, satuan PAUD di kecamatan Wae Ri’I selalu mendapatkan dukungan positif dari trisentra pendidikan seperti orang tua, sekolah dan masyarakat. Seharusnya dukungan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang untuk mengoptimalkan penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif di Kecamatan Wae Ri’i. Komitmen berbagai pihak dapat diwujudkan dalam nota kesepakatan dan pemahaman bersama dalam meningkatkan kualitas Anak Usia Dini melalui layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif. The implementation of Holistic Integrative PAUD that brings together education, health and nutrition, care, care, protection and welfare services in PAUD institutions is still difficult to find the right model. PAUD units have difficulty determining the ideal Holistic Integrative PAUD implementation model and strategy. This study aims to describe the model of implementing Holistic Integrative PAUD in Wae Ri'i District. The type of research used is the CIPP model evaluative research. Researchers collected data on the implementation of integrative Holistic PAUD from the aspects of context, input, process, and product. The PAUD units that were the targets of the research were Timung State Kindergarten, Ting Kindergarten and Marie Lousie Welong PAUD. Researchers conducted interviews with 7 PAUD teachers and 6 parents of students. The results of the study showed that Holistic Integrative PAUD services held in Wae Ri'i District were in the form of education services, health services, care and nutrition as well as parenting services. Protection services and welfare services have not been carried out in a programmed and structured manner but have been integrated into play activities in each PAUD unit. The implementation of the Holistic Integrative PAUD service program has not been based on a needs analysis. Services are provided based on the assumption that these services are important for the growth and development of Early Childhood. This is due to the lack of organization of the Holistic Integrative PAUD service program. In fact, if we trace the support of various parties, the PAUD unit in the Wae Ri'I sub-district always gets positive support from the education tri-centre such as parents, schools and the community. This support should be used as an opportunity to optimize the delivery of Integrative Holistic PAUD services in Wae Ri'i District. The commitment of various parties can be realized in a memorandum of understanding and mutual understanding in improving the quality of Early Childhood through Integrative Holistic PAUD services
