Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmurni telaah dari literatur pustaka yang ada. Adapun literatur yang digunakanbersumber dari Al-Quran, hadist dan pendapat dari para imam mazhab Maliki,Hambali, Hanafi dan Syafi’i. <![CDATA[This thesis discusses the Furniture Industry Development Feasibility Analysis of Supreme Naidoo districts Kampar District Kampar Kiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the development of the furniture industry Masterpiece in Kampar District Kampar Kiri seen from the financial aspect. This is a descriptive quantitative research, which aims to illustrate to the reader and reveals a situation or problem, the events regarding the feasibility of the development of the furniture industry maha financial karya.Untuk using the net present value, internal rate of return, as well as the net benefit cost ratio. The results showed that the industry Furniture Masterpiece seen from the calculation of NPV calculation result is 339 847 120> o the business viable. BCR calculation results which scored 1.15> 1, then the effort feasible. IRR calculation result is 69.04% while the specified IRR is 65%, then the IRR calculation results> IRR specified, means an investment deserves. Based on the aspect of NPV, BCR and IRR accepted then the business is feasible to run.Keywords: NPV, B / C ratio, and IRR]]>

<![CDATA[The alumunium industry is an of individuals who enganed in the processing of alumunium into items that are needed by the community, both for household, government agencies and the general environment. Many items that can be generated from this industrywith a variety of interesting shapes.The purpose of this study as to determine the feasibility of industrial goods of alumunium in the Tampan district in Pekanbaru cityd if viewed from the aspect of the market. Analyzing market demand forecasting with time series method, that is : linear trend, quadratic trend,exponential trend.Result from this study indicate the estimated demand goods of alumunium in thirty nine industries experiencing increased every month, demand din December 2014 showed the number of 780 units, while for the next month is January 2015 shows at 902,73 units, demand foredcasts up to December 2015 show in increase every month. <![CDATA[The role of the industrial sector in regional economic development is able to produce goods and services with higher added value in a variety of certain commodities. In the processing industry, wood is one of the widely used raw materials. With the use of wood as raw materials and in accordance with its purpose wood can be used as decorative, functional and structural. One of the wood processed products that are widely used as industrial and trade needs is wooden pallet products. SiakHulu district is one of the areas in Kampar kabuaten with a pallet industry that is superior. this study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the production of wooden pallet industry in District SiakHulu Kampar Regency. The data used is primary data obtained from 5 timber pallet industries located in SiakHulu District and secondary data obtained from BPS and SiakHulu Sub-District Office. This study used multiple linear regression analysis methods to measure the influence of free variables on bound variables. The results of this study showed that variable capital, raw materials, labor, and technology have a significant effect on the production of wooden pallet industry in SiakHulu District. The dominant variable affecting production in the wooden pallet industry is the raw material variable.Keywords: Capital, Raw Materials, Labor, Technology, Production]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the market structure and market performance of the wood furniture industry. Sampling using the entire population of wood furniture industry with the census method of 15 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive and quantitative analysis through the structural-behaviorperformance theoretical approach. The result: The market structure of the wood furniture industry in Pekanbaru City is an oligopoly market with the highest market share of 17.94% and the lowest market share of 3.53%. The entire wood furniture industry in Pekanbaru City has a balance in the performance of the wood furniture industry with an average of 55.87%. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Pribadi dan Periklanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Penjualan, Penjualan Pribadi dan Periklanan secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelanggan PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 1.590 pelanggan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 181 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan, personal dan periklanan secara parsial atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan, penjualan personal dan periklanan dapat menentukan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan konsumen.]]>

<![CDATA[In this current globalization era, human resources investment is necessary for each country to improve the index of human development and economic growth, many countries have succeeded in economic growth by relying on human resources despite not having abundant natural resources. However, the success of resource investment is also strongly influenced by the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Based on data of physical and non-physical investments of government expenditure in education and health sectors from 2007-2017, shows a positive trend with relatively increasing value. Meanwhile, based on data of human development index progress in Pekanbaru city in recent years showed a relatively declining value. This contradicts the theory of endogenous romer which explained that when the government or private sectors invest in human resources, it will encourage the improvement of human resources quality that reflects the progress of human development index. This study uses secondary data, namely government physical and non-physical expenditure data in the field of education and health in Pekanbaru City on Regional Budget in 2010-2017. The independent variable is government physical and non-physical expenditure in education and health sectors. While the dependent variable is the Human Development Index. The analysis method used is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method where the data used are analyzed quantitatively using statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression equations. Based on the results of research, government physical expenditure in education and government non-physical expenditure in the health sector does not significantly influence the human development index in Pekanbaru City. While government non-physical expenditure in education and government physical expenditure in health significantly affect the human development index in Pekanbaru City. Furthermore, for physical investment where in this research is the government physical expenditure in education and health sectors simultaneously has a significant effect on the human development index in Pekanbaru City. Whereas for non-physical investment where in this study is government non-physical expenditure in education and health sectors simultaneously has a significant effect on the human development index in Pekanbaru City.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen kerja. untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan terhadap komitmen. Dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai PDAM Tirta Siak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PDAM Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 131 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 99 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kualitas kehidupan kerja mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan.
