Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the feasibility of small industries of Roti and Kue in Kec Tampan Pekanbaru City. The population in this research is baking and cake industry in Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru yaiti as many as 20 industries. In this study the entire population was studied using the census method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection with interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The industry feasibility analysis using Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate Return (IRR). From the research that has been done by the writer, can know the average income of Bread and cake businessman of Rp 266,307,917 per year. . With benefit Cost Ratio of 1.15% and Internal Rate of Return of 12.66% so that the business is feasible to be developed.Keywords : feasibility analysis, B / C and Internal Rate of Return

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, promotionand place influence on sales Indragiri Batik In Indragiri Hulu. The studypopulation is consumers who buy batik as much as 529 consumers. The samplesize that will be used is 121 people. Data used in this research are primary dataand secondary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The dataanalysis used is descriptive and quantitative. Data analysis used in this researchis multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study affect productIndragiri Batik Sales Volume in Indragiri Hulu district. For that quality productssuch as batik materials, motifs and colors would be very important for the buyers.The better the product then the sales volume will increase. Price effect onIndragiri Batik Sales Volume in Indragiri Hulu district. For that price set shouldbe a concern, by providing affordable prices and discounts on each purchase witha certain amount, of course when compared with competitor products willincrease sales volume. The more affordable the set price then the sales volumewill increase. Promotion affects Indragiri Batik Sales Volume in Indragiri Huludistrict. For that promotion made batik craftsmen especially personal sales andget a bonus on every purchase is very important. Place influences to IndragiriBatik Sales Volume in Indragiri Hulu district. This indicates that the place candetermine the sales volume. For that batik selling place is very important for thebuyer or consumer batik easy to reach and easy access menunju menokasi is veryimportant.

Abstract

Strategic Management Implementation and Its Influence on StrategicLeadership and Organizational Performance at Culture Department of RiauProvince, under the guidance of Machasin and Jahrizal.This study aims to see the effect of strategic planning, strategicimplementation, evaluation and control of strategic management onorganizational performance mediated by Strategic Leadership.This research uses quantitative method. Location of research in PekanbaruKebuayaan Agency. Determination of the sample using census method with allmembers of the population as subject studied were as many as 74 respondents.Methods of data collection in this study include questionnaires, interviews, andobservation. Data analysis method used Path Analisys using Partial Least Squere(PLS).The results of this study obtained feasible results and can be used as the basisfor making policy for Culture Department of Riau Province. This study concludesthat strategic management implementation has significant influence on strategicleadership, strategic management implementation has significant effect onorganizational performance, then strategic leadership has significant effect onorganizational performance. It is recommended to improve the performance of itsorganization especially that leads to change or innovation, improvingmanagement functions so as to improve organizational performance and enhanceits strategic leadership through capability so as to gain strong strategicleadership and real impact to improve the performance of Riau Province CultureAgencys organization

Abstract

Along with the development of e-commerce industry in Indonesia, it hasmany emerging various vendors (sites) service providers online shopping. In theface of e-commerce industry in Indonesia, Tokopedia has a major competitor,Kaskus, and other competitors such as Bukalapak, OLX, Berniaga, Lamido,Rumah, Sribu, Elevenia, other e-commerce sites. The large number of ecommercesite providers, has created competition and ease of access forconsumers, as well as ease to move using e-commerce services. To face thecompetition, the company must be able to understand about the factors thatinfluence consumer loyalty. Among which will be investigated is the problem ofrelational marketing, price and customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of relational marketing andprice to customer satisfaction and loyalty of Tokopedia in Economic and BusinessFaculty University Of Riau Academic 2017-2018 Students. This study wasconducted on the students of Riau University with the sample used is as many as170 respondents who use Tokopedia. Techniques data collection used is aquestionnaire with Likert scale. SEM analysis becomes hypothesis test tool usingsmartPls 3.00 and SPSS 17.00 for Windows program.Results of the research, it can be concluded: 1) relational marketing and priceinfluence on satisfaction; 2) relational marketing and price affects consumerloyalty; 3) satisfaction affects consumer loyalty. Therefore, to create customersatisfaction and loyalty, the company can improve the brands relationalmarketing, providing various price variations and payment methods.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of lifestyle and technology onattitudes and decisions on the use of credit cards at the Pekanbaru state bankpekanbaru. The population in this study is the customer of the Pekanbaru branchof the Negara Indonesia bank by determining the number of samples using theSlovin formula, and obtained a sample of 100 people from a total population of243,770 people, using sample probability using the cluster random samplingmethod. Data analysis using Partial Keast Square with the help of SmartPLSversion 3.0.The results of calculations that have been done that the magnitude of thecoefficient of influence of variable X1 (Lifestyle) on the Y2 variable (use decision)is 0.362 with a t-statistic value of 2.959 greater than the t-table value of 1.290.While the magnitude of the effect coefficient of variable X2 (Technology) on thevariable Y2 (Use Decision) obtained is 0.793 with a t-statistic value of 5.514greater than the t-table value of 1.290. The magnitude of the coefficient ofinfluence of variable Y1 (attitude) on the variable Y2 (Use Decision) obtained is0.304 with a t-statistic value of 1.587 greater than the t-table value of 1.290.The results of the study that lifestyle is very influential on the use decisionsin the statement of interest in using a credit card and adding to the pride of pridein using credit cards and the development of technology is very influential on theuse decision to help pay more effective and efficient and safe in making payments.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Pekanbaru, which aims to determine the effect of venture capital,labor, availability of raw materials and marketing efforts on the prospects of reaping the wood industry in Pekanbaru. The results of this study are expected to be useful to assist the company in developing a business and as an input in the making of policy.The population in this study is reaping wood industry in Pekanbaru, amounting to 51 reaping the wood industries. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires, interviews and observation methods. Analysis method using qualitative descriptive analysis.The survey results revealed that the factors affecting the development prospects of reaping thewood industry in Pekanbaru is the capital, labor and raw material availability. As for the marketing effort does not significantly affect the development prospects of reaping the wood industry in Pekanbaru. So it can be said to be reaping the wood industry prioritize these factors in making and developing businesses. In this case also required the participation of Pekanbaru Government in providing training for people who are not highly educated, especially in the field of reaping the wood and also oversees the industry that violates the rules, such as licensing issues get wood.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Dumai. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer demand for edible oil in Dumai. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data with the data analisisis method is descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. As for the population in this research is that households residing in the city of Dumai by taking two districts in the city dumai where the number of samples taken was 100 respondents using Slovin formula. From the research that has been conducted, the simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that income, household size, and price simultaneously significant effect on the demand for edible oil in Dumai. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the investment variables have the most significant effect on the demand for edible oil in Dumai is income. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) of 0.286 whice means that consumer demand for edible oils as the dependent variable able to be explained by the independent variables are income, number of household members, and the price was 28.6% and the rest is explained by variables - variables others outside the model.Keywords: Demand, income, population, and price

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of Bangkit cookies business in Pekanbaru, seen from several aspects such as aspect of market and marketing, technical aspects of production, legal aspects, legal management especially from the aspect of financial. Data used in this research is to use the primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from field research by interviewing, observation, and quetionnaries. While secondary data obtained from various agencies or institutions associated with the problems examined include Department of Industry and Commerce City of Pekanbaru, Department of Cooperatives and Small-Medium Enterprises City of Pekanbaru and Central Bureau of Statistics. The Results of feasibility analysis in terms of both quantitative and qualitative data shows that Bangkit cookies Business Pekanbaru is eligble to run. It is one of them is shown with a financial analysis which procedur Net Present Value (NPV) Positive value is Rp. 54.617.544. Internal of Return Value is 48.5%, where the value is greater than the interest rates on loans (12 percent). Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) indicates the number of 1.0679. Net Benefit Ratio showed the number of 2,0649655 and payback periods of 1 year 10 months and 6 days which means this business has been able to cover the cost of its original investment before the age of business ended.Keyword : Feasibility study Bangkit Cookies business

Abstract

The need for health services, especially hospitals, is experiencing rapid growth, with health care accommodation being hospitals both public and private hospitals. The initial findings in this study were the inability of Aulia Hospital to be able to control the market in type C hospitals in Pekanbaru, even though it had provided excellent service quality, and was promoted by the marketing team. This study used the Partial Least Square approach with a population of patients who received the benefits of inpatient services in the amount of 100 people, and became saturated samples in the study, which gave responses to question items in the research instrument in the form of research questionnaires. The results revealed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer image and trust, while promotion has a positive and not significant effect on the Company's Image, but has a positive and significant effect on Patient Trust. The research also found results that showed that the image had a positive and significant effect on trust, and mediated the relationship between service quality and promotion of consumer trust. So it is recommended that the Hospital maintain or improve the Hospital Image in order to gain more trust from the patient. Kebutuhan akan jasa layanan kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat, dengan akomodasi pelayanan kesehatan tersebut adalah rumah sakit baik itu rumah sakit milik pemerintah maupun swasta. Temuan awal pada penelitian ini adalah belum mampunya Aulia Hospital untuk dapat menguasi pasar pada Rumah Sakit type C di Pekanbaru, walaupun telah memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang prima, dan didiorong promosi yang dilakukan oleh tim pemasarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square dengan jumlah populasi yaitu pasien yang menerima manfaat layanan rawat inap sejumlah 100 orang, dan menjadi sampel jenuh pada penelitian, yang memberikan tanggapan atas item pertanyaan pada instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra dan kepercayaan konsumen, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan, namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Pasien. Pada Penelitian ini juga ditemukan hasil yang menunjukkan Citra Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan, dan memediasi hubungan Kualitas Layanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen. Maka disarankan agar Rumah Sakit mempertahankan atau meningkatkan Citra Rumah Sakit agar dapat memperoleh kepercayaan yang lebih dari Pasiennya.
