Abstract

This study aims to analyze conventional health bank level by using CAMELS and RGEC methods. This is descriptive research of quantitative approach with conventional banks as samples as fifty banks from 2012 to 2017. The results of this study shows that ratios of CAMELS method are in from 1 to 3 composite level mostly where CAR, NIM, BOPO are in very good condition and ROA, NPM, LDR, ROE are in quite good condition. Then, in RGEC method, conventional health bank level has value from 1 to 5 composite level commonly where CAR, NIM, BOPO are in very adequate condition and NPL, IRR tend to show quite adequate condition while GCG tends to show unadequate condition. Finally, conventional helth bank level by using CAMELS and RGEC methods are in composite level between 1-3 mostly. It means that conventional health bank level of Indonesia in very good or very adequate and quite good or quite adequate condition. Keywords : Banking Health Level, Conventional, CAMELS, RGEC

Abstract

Regional Bank is a commercial bank whose shares owned by the provincial government. So that, the Regional Bank plays indirectly a very large role in regional development. However, these Regional Banks have not contributed significantly to the development of their respective regions. From this description, this study aims to analyze the health performance of Regional Banks after the global economic crisis in 2008 using the Chow Test and the Hausman Test. This study has a population of 26 Regional Banks and a sample of 25 banks which are selected using purposive sampling. The result showed that from their financial ratios, Regional Banks tend to be in very healthy condition. Based on the research period from 2009 to 2019, the Regional Banks also shows results that tend to be very healthy. In terms of financial ratios and research period, the Loan to Deposit ratio tends to show fairly healthy results. Both of these results are supported by adjusted R2 using the Chow Test and Hausman Test of 0.86 which means that all of these financial ratios have an effect of 86% with details that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Net Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, and Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant positive effect, while Return on Equity has positive and insignificant effect and Operational Cost of Operating Cost of Operating Income has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets. Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Investment Opportunity Set on the Dividend Payout Ratio at Banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population and samples in this research are the banking company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. The population in this research is 44 companies. Samples were obtained by using the purposive sampling method, in order to company's samples. The method analysis in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of this research showed that Return On Asset had a positive influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio, meanwhile Investment Opportunity Set and Debt to Equity Ratio did not affect to Dividend Payout Ratio’s banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Investment Opportunity Set terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini 44 perusahaan. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode sampel purposif, didapat 20 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Investment Opportunity Set tidak berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021.

Abstract

Currently, digital wallets in Indonesia continue to see an increase in the number of users. In general, digital wallets are preferred for online transactions over other payment methods. This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use and brand image on consumer satisfaction and trust in LinkAja digital wallet. The population in this study was users of LinkAja in Pekanbaru. The samples were 150 respondents obtained using Accidental Sampling technique. Data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS 3.0. The results show that ease of use and brand image positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction and trust and consumer trust positively and significantly affects consumer trust. Therefore, companies are encouraged to provide digital wallet features that promote user’s ease and comfort.

Abstract

The capital market is a means for investors to invest in the long term and diversify, spread ownership of the company, and even create a healthy business climate through information disclosure. Political phenomena and events that occur in a country greatly affect the sensitivity of the capital market and can affect investors' decisions in investing in the capital market, because the political situation of a country affects the country's economic conditions. This study was determined of abnormal return and trading volume activity of South Korea’s political events. It has a ten windows period, amounts of samples were 98 companies of KRX 100 by purposive sampling technique. Analysis techniques used one-sample t-test and paired difference test. The result showed there is an abnormal return, a significant negative abnormal return difference, and no significant trading volume activity before and after South Korea’s political events. It means South Korea’s market is said to be efficient in a strong form because it is not influenced by political information and news that occurred in 2017.

Abstract

The aims of this discussion was to analyze the influence of service quality, institutional image, and learning methods toward satisfaction and loyalty of students at SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. The research population were all students of SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sample. The number of samples used in this research were 372 respondents. The research instrument used e-questionnaire by using the google form application. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Analysis (SEM) with AMOS software. According to the findings of this study the quality of academic services has a significant influence toward student satisfaction, the image of the institution has a significant influence toward student satisfaction, learning methods have no significant influence toward student satisfaction, the quality of academic services has no significant influence toward student loyalty, the image of the institution has no significant influence toward student loyalty, learning methods have a significant influence toward loyalty, student satisfaction has no significant influence toward loyalty. Further research is needed into the school's unique promotion role, as well as an examination of the satisfaction of school website users as a communication hub for all stakeholders. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (service quality), citra kelembagaan (institutional image), dan metode pembelajaran (learning method) terhadap kepuasan (satisfaction) dan loyalitas (loyalty) siswa di SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 249 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan e-questionnaire dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Analysis (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, citra institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, metode pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, citra institusi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, metode pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, kepuasan mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peran promosi mengikat (binding promotion) dari sekolah, serta pengujian kepuasan pengguna situs web sekolah sebagai pusat komunikasi bagi semua pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder).

Abstract

Brand image merupakan kunci pemasaran dalam suatu bisnis dimana dengan membangun brand image yang kuat maka akan berpeluang untuk menarik konsumen lebih banyak dibandingkan pesaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh credibility, attraction dan power celebrity endorser terhadap brand image produk scarlett whitening. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen pengguna produk scarlett whitening di Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa credibility dan power celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Sedangkan attraction tidak signifikan terhadap brand image. Power celebrity endorser menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kuat atau lemahnya brand image suatu produk. Dalam era pemasaran digital saat ini, banyak perusahaan yang memanfaatkan influencer sebagai media promosi produk akibat adanya trend kecenderungan konsumen akan mencoba produk yang dikonsumsi oleh influencer favorit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Investment is one of the investment options that can be made through stock investment in the capital market which aims to obtain a level of profit or stock return. This study aimed to analyze the effect of operating cash flow, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earnings Ratio, and Economic Value Added on the Return of stocks listed in IDX80 for the 2015-2020 period. The population in this study are companies listed on the IDX80, totaling 80 companies. While the number of samples is 68 companies using the purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is the multicollinearity test, model test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the Price Earnings Ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, operating cash flow, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Economic Value Added have no effect on company stock returns at IDX80 for the 2015-2020 period. This means that the high or low profits generated by companies in IDX80 have the greatest impact on the size of the financial level received by investors. Keywords: financial performance; stock return; IDX80 ABSTRAK Investasi merupakan salah satu pilihan berinvestasi yang dapat dilakukan melalui investasi saham di pasar modal yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh tingkat keuntungan atau return saham. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh arus kas operasi, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earnings Ratio dan Economic Value Added terhadap Return saham yang terdaftar dalam IDX80 periode 2015-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di IDX80 yang berjumlah 80 perusahaan. Sedangkan jumlah sampel 68 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji multikolinearitas, uji model, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Price Earnings Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Sedangkan arus kas operasi, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Economic Value Added tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan di IDX80 periode 2015-2020. Hal ini berarti tinggi rendahnya laba yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan dalam IDX80 memiliki dampak paling besar dalam besar kecilnya tingkat keuangan yang diterima oleh investor. Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, work environment and compensation on turnover intension. Sampel used in this research is 42 employees who work PT Desali Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru. Sampling method used is sensus. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression with SPSS. Independent variable is motivation, job satisfaction, work environment and compensation. The dependent variable is the turnover intension. This research adduce that motivation, job satisfaction, and compensation has negative effect, which work environment has no effect on turnover intension.
