Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important part of development. Fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of college student is believed to be an alternative to reduce the unemployment rate, especially students at the university of riau. The pupose of this study is to find out and analyze the factors that influence the interest in Riau University students. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 400 respondents consisting of University of Riau students. The results of this study indicate that education, motivation and personality have a significant effect on entrpreneurial interest in Riau University students. While income expectations did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in Riau University students. Kewirausahaan merupakan bagian penting dalam pembangunan. Menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan para mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dipercaya merupakan alternatif jalan keluar untuk mengurangi tingakt pengangguran, khususnya mahasiswa di Universitas Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat wirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Riau. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 400 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa Universitas Riau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, motivasi dan kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Riau. Sedangkan ekspekatasi pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Riau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Service QualityManagement terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-Jek, Pada mahasiswa pengguna Go-Jek di perguruan tinggi Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru. dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi TSQM. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengambil sampel penelitian adalah purposive sampling. Dari 100 sampel yang dikumpulkan. Dalam penelitian ini uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian. Data yang dianalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pengaruh Total Service Quality management terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada dimensi mutu fisik, pendukung mutu fisik, mutu perusahaan, mutu teknikal dan mutu interaktif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-Jek, baik sebagian maupun simultan dari semua dimensi

Abstract

This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of life style, product quality, and store image on consumer purchasing decisions atMulia InternationalStore Fashion Sukaramai PlazaPekanbaru.The method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The sample used was 100 respondents.The results of this study indicate that life style and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while store image has no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions inMulia InternationalStore Fashion Sukaramai PlazaPekanbaru. Abstract

Higher education is an institution that is heavily influenced by technological advances,especially in the field of computer technology. The purpose of this study is to create a computer inventory management system in higher education which is previously using manuals system become technology based system in order to work more effective and efficient. The research method used is design of inventory tracking system application using NFC android based. Abstract

Increasing number of universities in Indonesia today demanding all universities both public and private to be able to improve the quality of competition. One of them is through the right marketing strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, satisfaction and incentives towardn word of mouth behavior on STIE Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru students. The sample of this research are 100 respondents who are active students of STIE Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru and the research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that the variable of service quality, satisfaction, incentive partially have significant effect on word of mouth behavior on students. Through this research, the management of STIE Pelita Indonesia need to improve the academic service to the students and to maintain the incentive as one way to promote STIE Pelita Indonesia. Abstract

In the last few years, Islamic banking in Indonesia has shown a positive development which is shown through the addition of Islamic banks in Indonesia. To increase its market share, Islamic banking needs to analyze what factors influence the community to be willing to become customers in Islamic banks, one of which is through service quality. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Islamic banks in the city of Pekanbaru. The research method used is multiple regression analysis where the sample used in this study was 200 customers. The results showed that overall dimensions of service quality have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, which means that the better the quality of service starting from physical evidence, responsive data, reliability, assurance and empathy provided by Islamic Banking will be able to increase customer satisfaction and vice versa. Abstract

Competition in PT ASABA the tight with the globalization which led to the emergence of free trade that makespeople began to think a selective and smart in choosing a product. One of his products office stationary (ATK) is growing. The purpose of research which is to know and analyse the influence of the relationship marketing of purchasing decision of the product in PT ASABA Pekanbaru.The method used is the analysis of the regression linier risks. The sample which was used as much as 260 respondents consisting of a retail and wholesale. This research result indicates that the quality of the products, prices and relationship marketing have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the product at PT ASABA Pekanbaru. Abstract

Suatu perusahaan didirikan dengan maksud untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya, yang pada umumnya adalah bertahan hidup, berkembang, dan menghasilkan laba. Tanpa adanya karyawan di dalam perusahaan, maka perusahaan tidak dapat mencapai tujuannya. Zaman sekarang semakin canggih menuntut kita harus bisa beradaptasi dalam berbagai kondisi. Di dalam dunia perkerjaan, karyawan akan menghadapi berbagai kesulitan atau masalah baik di dalam maupun di luar pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Bumi Raya Mestika Pekanbaru. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Job Insecurity sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu Turnover Intention. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bumi Raya Mestika. Dan metode penarikan sample menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah 98 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dan job insecurity secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention
