Abstract

ABSTRAK             Pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan usaha yang tampil sebagai salah satu kelompok usaha yang dapat dijadikan penentu atau andalan dalam mengelola tata kota usaha daerah. Dengan demikian UMKM mendapat perhatian dari semua kalangan, karena dianggap mampu menggerakkan minat usaha yang berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan dan mampu memotivasi dalam mengembangkan potensi daerah dalam menyongsong era globalisasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai pentingnya manajemen keluarga sebagai pembentuk keberhasilan wirausahawan, memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai inovasi sebagai modal penting dalam kegiatan bisnisnya, memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai kreativitas sebagai modal penting dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, memberikan implementasi digital marketing dalam mengembangkan usaha selama pandemi corona. Target materi pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masayarakat ini tercapai dengan cukup baik karena materi webinar dan implementasi digital marketing agar dapat mengembangkan peluang usaha terbatas menjadi peluang usaha yang dapat menghasilkan profit secara maksimal. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan,Implementasi, Digital Marketing

Abstract

Di Indonesia, industri rajut mulai berkembang dan menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung industri fashion yang semakin bervariasi. Penggunaan teknologi internet menjadi target penting dari pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan promosi penjualan dari industry rajut itu sendiri. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan pembuatan facebook ad guna membantu para pengrajin rajut dalam memasarkan dan memperkenalkan produknya melalui internet sehingga penjualan industri rajut semakin meningkat, inovatif, kreatif, mandiri serta berdaya saing. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, memberikan implementasi dan contoh facebook ad untuk peningkatan penjualan melalui informasi yang diberikan dalam facebook ad. Materi yang disampaikan pada kegiatan PKM mencapai target cukup baik sebab materi pelatihan dan implementasi facebook ad serta beberapa peserta sudah ada yang memiliki facebook ad dalam memperkenalkan produk-produknya sehingga dapat mengembangkan peluang usaha yang dapat menghasilkan profit secara maksimal.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Facebook ad, Sentra Rajut In Indonesia, the knitting industry began to develop and became one of the factors supporting the increasingly varied fashion industry. The use of internet technology is an important target of the Indonesian government to increase sales promotion of the knitting industry itself. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on making Facebook ad to help knitting craftsmen in marketing and introducing their products via the internet so that sales of the knitting industry are increasing, innovative, creative, independent and competitive. The method of implementation is to provide training, provide implementation and examples of facebook ad to increase sales through the information provided in facebook ad. The material presented at the PKM activity reached the target quite well because the training material and the implementation of Facebook ad and some of the participants already had Facebook ad in introducing their products so that they could develop business opportunities that could generate maximum profit.Keywords: Training, Facebook ad, Knitting Center

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh efektivitas Brand Image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk UKM di Kampoeng Rajoet Binong Jati. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM Kampoeng Rajoet Binong Jati yang berjumlah 19 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan tujuan untuk menguji hubungan atau pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari unit analisis yang diteliti. Sedangkan dalam pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Brand Image berpengaruh positif dalam menentukan Keputusan Pembelian produk UKM Kampoeng Rajoet Binong Jati. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Branding dan Content yang membentuk Brand Image dapat mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian produk dari UKM Kampoeng Rajoet Binong Jati.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of autocratic leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the “ABC” City Tourism and Culture Office, either simultaneously or partially. In this research, the object to be studied is the “ABC” City Culture and Tourism Office. The scope of the study was to determine the extent of the influence of autocratic leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees at the “ABC” City Culture and Tourism Office, with a sample of 76 respondents. The results of the partial analysis of the relationship between autocratic leadership and performance are tcount 2.149 > 1.993 (ttable), so it can be concluded that autocratic leadership (X1) has a partial effect on performance (Y). The results of the partial analysis of the relationship between work discipline and performance are tcount 10.049 > 1.993 (ttable), so it can be concluded that work discipline (X2) has a partial effect on performance (Y). The results of the simultaneous analysis are Fcount 51.794 > 3.12 (Ftable), so it can be concluded that there is an influence between autocratic leadership (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously on performance (Y).

Abstract

The low performance of employees is thought to occur due to less optimal compensation and low job satisfaction felt by employees. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. A. Research methods using descriptive and verification, data collection techniques using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The research sample was 82 respondents, the sampling method used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that descriptively compensation, job satisfaction, and employee performance were classified as lacking. As for the verification results obtained that compensation and job satisfaction affect employee performance both partially and simultaneously, with a contribution of 39.9% and the remaining 60.1% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Good employee work productivity is inseparable from the training programs provided by the company where the employee works. In practice, more emphasis is placed on training programs to make employees more enthusiastic, so that employee work productivity can increase according to the targets set by the company. Another factor that can affect employee work productivity is the motivation of employees in the company. Motivation is a tool that can influence a person or group of people in an organization or institution to achieve the goals in it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Training and Motivation Program on Employee Productivity. Data processing was carried out by analyzing the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and testing the hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained that it simultaneously indicated that there was a significant influence of training programs and motivation on employee work productivity. Partially, the results of the study show that training programs have an effect on employee performance and motivation has an effect on employee productivity.
