Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bhakti Sarana Sejahtera Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 50 responden dengan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, berdasarkan. Untuk uji simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara antara lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bhakti Sarana Sejahtera

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi Pengetahuan Menejemen dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hidayah Insan Mulia Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 83 responden dengan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Tangerang City. The research method used an associative quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques, involving the entire population of 63 employees. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using various statistical analysis techniques, including validity, reliability, normality, and regression tests. The results showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, with a tcal value (7,620) > ttable (1,999) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, work motivation has a significant influence on performance, with a tcal value (14,904) > ttable (1,999) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing showed that leadership style and motivation together had a significant influence on employee performance, with a value of Fcal (120.183) > Ftable (3.15) and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. A determination coefficient value (R Square) of 0.895 indicates that leadership style and motivation contribute 80% to employee performance, while the remaining 20% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings of this study provide important implications for the development of human resources within the Ministry of Religion, especially in efforts to improve the performance of the state civil apparatus through the optimization of leadership style and work motivation.

Abstract

The artificial intelligence era introduces profound transformations in organizational leadership practices, particularly within the technology sector operating at an unprecedented pace of disruption. This study aims to explore and understand the construction of digital leadership meanings from the subjective perspectives of technology company leaders in Indonesia who directly face challenges of AI integration in decision-making processes, team development, and organizational culture transformation. This research adopts a qualitative approach with Husserl's transcendental phenomenological design as its methodological foundation, enabling researchers to capture the essence of participants' lived experiences deeply and authentically. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with twelve senior leaders of medium-to-large technology companies in Indonesia who have implemented AI solutions in their business operations for at least two years. Data analysis followed Moustakas's (1994) procedures encompassing epoche, phenomenological reduction, imaginative variation, and meaning synthesis. Findings reveal five essential meaning themes of digital leadership in the AI era: (1) leadership as navigation of algorithmic uncertainty; (2) data-based authority versus human intuition; (3) reconstruction of leader-subordinate relations in AI ecosystems; (4) leader identity at the crossroads of technology and humanism; and (5) leadership as a curator of AI ethical values. These findings enrich contemporary leadership theory by providing contextual indigenous perspectives on digital leadership dynamics in developing countries, while offering practical implications for AI-based leadership capacity development in Indonesia.
