Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan ini lebih menekankan pada terjadinya hubungan antara personil PKBM serta menciptakan iklim kebersamaan dan saling memiliki yang ditandai dengan rasa kebersamaan dalam bekerja. Dalam kondisi seperti itu akan tercipta hubungan yang harmonis diantara seluruh personil PKBM (Pengelola PKBM, Tutor, Staf Tata Usaha, Warga belajar, dan lain-lain) dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang berkualitas dan efektif.Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan melakukan survey untuk melihat budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan di Yayasan PKBM Amari, menyusun bahan ajar untuk presentasi mengenai materi kepemimpinan, melakukan penyuluhan dengan metode tanya jawab dan berbagi pengalaman tentang gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan diantara personil PKBM Amari.             Hasil kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan tenaga pengajar yang terampil, komunikatif, dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan sehingga terjalin hubungan yang harmonis diantara seluruh personil PKBM (Pengelola PKBM, Tutor, Staf Tata Usaha dan Warga belajar. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan dan jiwa kepemimpinan

Abstract

Leadership is the ability of someone in an organization to lead or guide others or members of the organization. The Qur'an memorization boarding school (PPA) "Darul Furqon Ramadhan" located in Saga Bulak Village, Rt 002/07, Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, West Java Province is a place for social propaganda in the Bulak Saga village, where the foundation's activities are namely having recitation activities, tahfidz quran, orphan compensation, financing orphans and dhuafanya, so that in the activities of the Foundation DFR requires skilled management staff, communicative, and has a creative and innovative leadership spirit so that the activities of the DFR foundation can run in accordance with the goals of the Foundation. Leadership is the way a leader influences the behavior of subordinates to want to work together and work productively to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the DFR Management must have the task of developing the performance of the personnel, especially improving the competence of the personnel in terms of leadership.Keywords: Leadership, leadership style, creative and innovative.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   In general, in association or daily activities, ethics and communication are things that must be considered, this is because both are the basis for a person's behavior with other people in his environment. The definition of ethics itself is a behavior as a standard that regulates association in social groups, while communication is the process of conveying information both orally and in writing or pictures between two or more people to achieve a common goal. Communication ethics can be said as a principle that regulates relationships in interacting between humans, including norms, values or measures of behavior in communication activities in a society. Ethics of communication is needed in every human activity that has the goal of being able to convey information quickly, precisely and accurately as well as being able to build good relationships, as a form of courtesy in behaving, and being part of mutual respect or respect for others. Communication ethics has an important role in everyday life where the message conveyed will be easily received by others and can generate positive feedback. Communication ethics also plays a role in public services so that information can be conveyed and received properly to all levels of society. This explanation encouraged Pamulang University lecturers to hold community service activities (PKM) with the title "Ethics of Communication of Government Apparatuses to the Community in Cibadung Village, Gunungsindur District, Bogor Regency". The purpose of this PKM is to provide an understanding of the roles, benefits, and objectives of communication ethics for the smoothness and success of government apparatus in conveying information to the public. Keywords: ethics, communication, government apparatus
