Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the determinant factors of Non Performing Loan (NPL)in Indonesian banking sector. Data were collected from 16 banks by observation during theyear 2002 to 2011. From the data found that there were six variables which closely associatedto the variation of NPL for the subsequent observation period. In addition, the sampleswere taken from public listed company in Indonesia stock exchange, in which the particulardata were imported from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD CD-ROM). The furtheranalysis was conducted by employing Pooled EGLS (Cross-section random effects). Ourresults reflected that NPL was obviously driven by the volatility and fluctuation of micro andmacroeconomic factors. The factors comprise of loan to deposit ratio (LDR), capital adequacyratio (CAR), net interest margin (NIM), inflation (INF), interest rate (IR), and exchangerate (ER) consecutively contributed to the variation of non performing loan (NPL)in Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

This research views that marketing activity level of Small Business Enterprise (SMEs) in Bengkulu. SMEs plays an important role in the development of the economy due to small businesses are provide of employment and create new jobs. The researcher tries to analyze marketing activity by examining the level of marketing from Carson's model. Based on this model, it will be answering the impact of business size and length of activity in small Medium Enterprise (SMEs). By using Carson's model will show the identification of activity and marketing level in SMEs. The activity consist of market knowledge, competitors, customers, marketing informations, significant events, competitive advantage prices, promotion, significant event prices, after sales services, product, distributions, positioning, and specific competitors. Due to the time and cost obstacle, this research only examines twenty SMEs of Batik Besurek in Bengkulu-Bengkulu Province. The Sample representatives are the SMEs in Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of buying decision product in Indonesian. Variables identified in the survey is the Celebrity Endorser and Buying Decision. The respondents consumers product in indonesian. This research was conducted online are spread throughout the Indonesian region. Data were collected by questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents, data used is primary data that is by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents. The sampling technique used directly nonprobability sampling is purposive sampling data. The results show that the Celebrity Endorser positive influence on the Buying Decision. because all indicators simultanly celebrity endoser can influence purchasing decisions.
