Abstract

Advances in science and technology that are increasingly rapidly and developing in today's era make users get business opportunities through technology media. Such as the use of trading media, service companies use internet media, which is currently not difficult to reach by all groups. One of these services is an online transportation service, namely Grab. The grab application can make grab-car orders, go-rides and not only that on the grab application. There is a menu for ordering go-food, pulses/tokens, cinema tickets, hotels, bills and others. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the grab application used by the people of Palembang City. This grab application has been seen as a facility that provides convenience and convenience in ordering online based on user experience. The convenience and practicality provided are of course the reasons people use Grab services. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate usability so that users do not experience difficulties in accessing the application, and also users can make repeated purchases. This evaluation is needed to improve the quality of the website, especially in terms of user experience to make it better, therefore the grab party must pay attention to the ease of users in accessing the grab application. The ease of accessing the application cannot be separated from the usability of a website. The Heuristic Evaluation method is a method that can be used to identify and explore Usability problems in the system under study.Keywords : Grab Application, Usabilitty, Heuristic Evaluation

Abstract

Salah satu dampak yang paling menonjol dari penggunaan teknologi informasi yaitu pada bidang marketing, dimana marketing pada saat ini telah banyak yang beralih pada dunia digital seperti menggunakan Whatapp, Instagram, Tiktok dan lain-lain. Dalam melakukan promosi penjualan, masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan media digital Marketing. Masyarakat sudah banyak yang mulai beralih ke pemasaran modern dan berangsur-angsur meninggalkan cara pemasaran yang tradisional. Pelatihan Digital Marketing ini kami lakukan secara daring melalui zoom meeting pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan semua peserta sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikutinya. Diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini siswa dan siswi dapat lebih memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tepat dan benar serta memanfaatkannya lebih ke arah positif.

Abstract

E-government s an nformation technology system developed by the government to mprove public services by providing choices to the public to get easy access to public nformation. For this reason, socialization of e-government needs to be carried out consistently, continuously and with ncentives to the community because the community does not yet understand what and how e-government applications are and the benefits they can get. The problem that occurs at this time s that t s not known how far the level of readiness of the Prabumulih City Government s n the use and application of nformation technology, especially E-Government. Because of this, t s necessary to carry out an analysis or assessment of the readiness to apply nformation technology, n this case the Government of Prabumulih City. The solution offered s to carry out a readiness analysis using the TR method or Technology Readiness (TR) which s a person's tendency to want to use a new technology that aims to achieve everyday life or n the workplace. Meanwhile, the Technology Readiness ndex s an ndex used to measure the readiness of new technology users to achieve goals n everyday life and work. n order to support the Government of Prabumulih City to carry out eGovernment mplementation with the help of nformation and communication technology, t opens new opportunities to further explore nformation so that t can be utilized optimally. E-Government users cover a wide population, both for government, citizens and business people, so that n the end a mutually beneficial relationship s created. The results obtained from this study are Optimism has a value of 1.51, nnovativeness has a value of 1.24, Discomfort has a value of 0.69 and nsecurity has a value of 0.64. The total results show that the relevant agencies are ready to mplement technology.

Abstract

Currently BPBD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin not yet available information system that manage data access specially in the form of disaster location information so that when BPBD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin or society will do prevention or rescue effort do not have high information accuracy. This research makes mobile based application for information of disaster prone area in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The benefits can provide an alternatif information dissemination related to the location information of natural disasters, especially floods and landslides in Musi Banyuasin Regency, can provide fast, accurate and accurate data for the Quick Response Team for Disaster Response located in the field according to the location of natural disasters, especially floods and landslides in Regency of Musi Banyuasin. The research method used descriptive method while software development using Mobile-D method. The stages are explor, initialize, productionize, stabilize, system test and fix.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Mahasiswa menemui dosen untuk meminta dosen membubuhkan tanda tangan dokumen administrasi mereka. Meski demikian, kasus pemalsuan tanda tangan tetap terjadi di Universitas Bina Darma. Masalah ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian materi dan termasuk kategori tindak pidana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat desain interface Sistem Informasi Layanan Administrasi (SILASTRI) dengan menerapkan teori psikologi warna, prinsip Gestalt dengan user experience yang baik. SILASTRI dirancang untuk mendukung layanan administrasi mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype yang terdiri dari communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype dan deployment delivery feedback. Metode prototype membuktikan kelayakan teknis dan memvalidasi kegunaan tampilan user interface dengan melakukan perkiraan dari suatu software sehingga jika terdapat kekurangan bisa segera diperbaiki. Berdasarkan hasil usability testing menggunakan Maze yang telah di uji coba oleh 70 orang responden diperoleh nilai maze usability sebesar 89 serta nilai perhitungan SUS sebesar 88 yang masuk kategori good. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan rancangan UI/UX aplikasi SILASTRI dengan menerapkan perspektif psikologi memiliki interface dan user experience yang diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi ini membuktikan bahwa desain tampilan SILASTRI sudah siap dikembangkan menjadi aplikasi.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan dokumen penting yang berisi catatan keuangan perusahaan baik transaksi maupun kas. Pembuatan laporan keuangan perusahaan dilakukan dalam periode tertentu. tujuan laporan keuangan yaitu untuk memberikan informasi mengenai posisi keuangan, kinerja keuangan, dan arus kas. Pelatian ini dilakukan untuk menambah pengetahuan bagi siswa dan siswi SMK Pertiwi Prabumulih agar mereka lebih paham akan pentingnya Laporan Keuangan dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis atau usaha. Pelatihan ini hanya membahas laporan keuangan mengenai penyusunan jurnal umum, laporan rugi laba dan neraca saldo dan mempraktekkannya menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menggunakan empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, persiapan teknis, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan ini siswa dan siswi mendapat pengetahuan mengenai akuntansi, laporan keuangan mulai dari jurnal umum sampai neraca saldo dan siswa-siswi pun dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan mempraktekkan laporan keuangan tersebut mengunakan Ms. Excel.

Abstract

An efficient and accurate Cost Budget Plan (RAB) plays an important role in the construction industry because it is directly related to project cost management. PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB UP3 Lahat still uses manual methods to manage RAB, which causes the process of searching for documents and information to be slow and inefficient. To overcome this challenge, a website-based Construction RAB application was designed using the Design Thinking approach, which aims to improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) in the RAB management process. This design process involves five stages of Design Thinking, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Using Figma, a UI/UX design prototype was developed as a visual and functional representation of the new design. The results of this development show a significant increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of RAB management at PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB UP3 Lahat, including reducing the time needed to search for and access information related to RAB. The implementation of this application is expected to help companies manage RAB more effectively, increase productivity, and minimize errors in recording and managing costs.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various aspects of life, especially in the delivery of healthcare services. Websites now play a pivotal role in providing healthcare services and information to patients, acting as a vital medium of communication. Puskesmas OPI Palembang is a healthcare institution serving the community, consisting of several departments (polyclinics), including the Maternal and Child Health Room, the Elderly Room, Special Room 1 for Respiratory Diseases, Special Room 2, General Examination Room, Dental and Oral Room, Laboratory Room, Pediatric Room, and Immunization Room. At Puskesmas OPI Palembang, a blog is currently the primary medium for disseminating health service information, alongside brochures, e-flyers, and promotional materials distributed to the local community through free health education initiatives. For outpatient health services, patient registration is still managed using paper-based records. To improve services, a website has been developed to serve as an effective platform for patients to access information about the health center, doctor schedules, polyclinics, and outpatient services, including patient registration. The website provides essential details such as the health center's location, contact information, and doctor schedules, including names, working hours, and practice days. Patients can register online by completing personal information, complaints, preferred polyclinic, and doctor details. The website was developed following the Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing phases of the Extreme Programming methodology.
