Abstract

The quality and quantity of mother and child attachment have often been discussing. Nevertheless, how the quality and quantity of the relationship between father and son, especially in shaping the child's personality is still rarely found. In the life of a child, sometimes role, the father is not felt because his figure is busy outside the home. Also provides an assumption that the father does not influence raising and educating children. The context of Islamic education in the family, the figure of the father, is the spiritual basis that underlies the role of parents in educating their children. A person's character formed early on. In this case, the role of the family is indeed very influential. The education of the father in the family is critical and is a fundamental pillar of character building for a child. From a child's father learns, hardened, brave, responsible, and easy to get along with the outside world. This study aims to present the role of fathers in shaping the character of children in terms of the study of texts and contexts through the field of psychology in Islamic education. The contextual study presents the latest research that proves the influence of the father in many ways for children and terms of the text of this study will present the primary sources of guidance for Muslim life, namely the Qur'an and the Hadith. So the implications given are not only normative but grounded to be able to broaden understanding and add new constructs for the implementation of the father and son relationship.

Abstract

Kompetensi manajerial akan sangat menentukan terhadap kemajuan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Bila kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah baik maka akan mampu meningkatkan profesionali guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesripsikan program manajerial, pelaksanaan manajerial dan hambatan dalam pelaksaan manajerial oleh kepada sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesional guru di SMA Negeri 1 Panga. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Panga memiliki kemampuan menggerakkan staf, guru dan karyawan, mengoptimalkan sumber daya sekolah serta memiliki kapasitas membimbing siswa, serta mampu memberi contoh mengajar yang baik. (2) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru memiliki gaya demokratis, meningkatkan profesionalisme dan senang menerima saran dan kritik dari bawahan serta mengkomunikasikan kebijakan dan masalah secara bersama. (3) Hambatan kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaaan manajerial untuk meningkatkan profesional guru berupa gurunya belum mencukupi dan masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang kelancaran proses pendidikan.

Abstract

The value of solidarity is very meaningful for every society, especially children in school, becauseof the sense of solidarity will be established relationships that love each other, and need eachother. But the value of solidarity has begun to fade in junior high schools in Aceh, especially inschools in Sub District Sukamakmur since the development of technology. This research wasconducted in junior high school (SMP) and MTsN Sukamakmur sub district. In this sub districtthere is SMP Negeri 1 Unggul Sukamakmur and MTsN Jeurela. Researchers use data collectiontechniques namely, interviews, documentation and observation in data collection. The results ofresearch after the researchers to the field is the implementation of the value child solidarity inIslamic education in MTsN jeurela stronger than Implementation of the value child solidarity inIslamic education in SMP 1 unggul, It is because in MTsN there are many subjects of religionwhereas in junior high school (SMP) more general lesson. Lack of students' understanding of theimportance of brotherhood values or solidarity in life and environment that is less conducive is amajor factor in the weak implementation of the value child solidarity in Islamic education. Torealize the values child solidarity in Islamic education in junior high school (SMP) can be done invarious ways such as giving understanding to the students the benefits of solidarity in Islam, Cashcitation, quotation of donations to be distributed to the needy, responsibility to the daily picket,familiarize students work together and help each other in learning, etc.
