Abstract

This article is a study of national identity, identity politics, and the value of Lokasamgraha in Hinduism and their relevance to the escalation of identity politics and the discourse of the future of the nation. This is a library research with qualitative approach. Lokasamgraha is a material object in this research. This research used data collection techniques and using data analysis, namely: interpretative, holistic and descriptive. Results of this study are: 1) national identity is Bhinneka Tunggal Ika inspired by Pancasila and Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, and explored into three, fundamental identity, instrumental identity, and natural identity; 2) identity politics is irrelevant and has lost its meaning. The emergence of identity politics lately must be viewed as a threat and sabotage against the existence of Indonesia. And the last is 3) the value of Lokasamgraha is at odds with identity politics but found similar resonance with the discourse on the future of the nation. Lokasamgraha finds its urgency in two things, namely: identity politics and the future of nation.

Abstract

This thesis examines the strategies of Hindu religious teachers in overcoming the limited resources of Hindu education at SMPN Gunung Bintang Awai District. The phenomenon that occurs is the limited number of Hindu religious teaching books, journals, pictures and symbols of the Hindu religion, the difficulty of the internet network which causes the learning of Hinduism to be less or not optimal. This research aims to examine and describe the strategies of Hindu religious teachers in overcoming the limited resources of Hindu education. This thesis uses a qualitative descriptive method with an emic approach. The results of the analysis studied using theory explain the strategies implemented by teachers at SMPN Gunung Bintang Awai District, namely participating in training, group work, accessing material from the internet, increasing teacher creativity, textbooks as learning resources and utilizing the learning environment. At SMPN Gunung Bintang Awai District, the use of educational resources is still not optimal because the availability of educational resources in these schools is still insufficient, teachers are less creative and innovative in overcoming limited learning resources such as conducting research and making learning books or modules.

Abstract

Bukit Batu Site has an extraordinary uniqueness, because each structure is formed from other stone structures that have their own names and functions as well as mythology. The uniqueness can be seen from the beginning when you enter the rocky area of ​​the Bukit Batu Site, which has a sacred lake and ends with a large, tall stone, the Tingkes stone. The community understands the Bukit Batu Site as a tourist attraction for recreation, but actually has values ​​derived from mythology, the structure of the Bukit Batu Site, community social activities and religious activities. Researchers are interested in studying the value of Hindu education in the Bukit Batu Site for the Hindu community in Katingan Regency. The theory used is the theory of value. This research is a field research with qualitative descriptive analysis, with an emic approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, library studies, and documentation studies, from primary and qualitative data. Qualitative data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, drawing conclusions, and presenting data The results of the research analyzed show that the value of Hindu education at the Bukit Batu Site for the Hindu community in Katingan Regency is the value of tatwa education (philosophy), the value of moral education (ethics), the value of ceremonial education, and the value of mutual cooperation education. When visiting and participating in religious activities at the Bukit Batu Site, it will naturally transform the values ​​of Hindu education so that it will increase the sradha and devotion of Hindus. The Bukit Batu Site in Katingan Regency has a high existence in the social, religious, and educational life of Hindus, which will mature the community

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan karya tulis ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut: Bagaimana pelaksanaan upacara Tiwah. Berdasarkan fenomena di lapangan bahwa pelaksanaan upacara Tiwah pada masyarakat Hindu Kaharingan belum terkelola dengan baik, sarana dan prasarana serta proses pelaksanaannya belum tertata rapi sehingga diperlukan manajemen yang baik. Kajian yang digunakan penulis dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis melakukan pengamatan secara empiris terhadap kondisi upacara Tiwah dan melakukan wawancara secara langsung. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan sumber pustaka baik buku, jurnal maupun bahan referensi lainnya. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, pelaksanaan upacara Tiwah dilaksanakan dengan empat proses yaitu perencanaan upacara Tiwah, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan/pengerahan, pengawasan. Kedua, terdapat tujuh nilai manajemen pendidikan agama Hindu, diantaranya lebih bertanggung jawab, lebih beretika, lebih estetis, lebih disiplin, lebih efektif dan efisien, lebih terorganisasi dan lebih material. Ketiga, terdapat dua implikasi terhadap pelaksanaan Upacara Tiwah yaitu implikasi positif dan implikasi negatif.
