Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a lower respiratory tract infection caused by theMicrobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary tuberculosis is the second leading causeof death in Indonesia. Pulmonary TB cases in the province of Central Java todayreached 6546 people, one of the districs where the incidence and mortality of TBis high, ie Purbalingga. Compliance patients in taking medication greatly affectthe patient’s recovery. According to Heriyono’s research at 2004, several factorsrelated to medication adherence pulmonary tuberculosis patients is education,knowledge, attitudes, employment, income and supervisory support to takemedication (PMO). This study aims to determine the relationship between theeducational level with adherence of medication in patients with pulmonarytuberculosis in Bobotsari Public Health Purbalingga. This research metod usingdescriptive quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The population inthis study were all patients with pulmonary TB were undergoing treatment at theBobotsari Health Public Purbalingga totaling 37 patients. The sample used for allpopulations in accordance with the inclucion and exclusion criteria.Questionnaires was used to collecting data of the research. There is arelationship between level of education and medication adherence in patients withpulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in the region of Bobotsari Health PublicPurbalingga (p=0.000). Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem informasi dan Teknologi informasi berkembang dengan sangatpesat dan berdampak signifikan terhadap segala bidang. Pemanfaatan teknologiinformasi tidak hanya pada pemanfaatan sektor bisnis, tetapi juga sektor publikyang salah satunya adalah lembaga perguruan tinggi. Efisiensi dan efektifitasproses informasi dengan menggunakan sistem informasi hanya akan terjadiapabila teknologi tersebut diterima oleh individu dalam organisasi. Tesis inimerupakan hasil riset yang akan membahas mengetahui faktor – faktor apa yangsajakah yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dosen, mahasiswa dan staf akademikdalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Akademik STIKes Harapan Bangsa.Sejumlah 200 responden ikut berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Adapun modeladopsi teknologi yang digunakan adalah model Technolgy Acceptance Model.Selain menguji variabel, penelitian ini juga menguji apakah teori TAM dapatdigunakan untuk mengetahui penerimaan pengguna SIAK-SHB di Stikes HarapanBangsa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ActualSystem Use dipengaruhi oleh Behavioral Intention to Use, Behavioral Intention toUse dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Usefulness dipengaruhioleh Perceived Easy of Use.Kata Kunci :Technolgy Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Modeling,Penerimaan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik

Abstract

This study developed a mobile application based on Flutter to monitor Internet of Things (IoT) sensor data for real-time measurement of temperature and humidity. The system utilizes a DHT22 sensor connected to an ESP32 microcontroller, transmitting data via the MQTT protocol. The data is stored in a MySQL database hosted on a designated server. The mobile application offers an interactive interface to display real-time data, historical graphs, and automatic notifications when environmental parameters exceed predefined thresholds. Testing was conducted using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method involving 20 respondents. The results indicate a high level of application success, with an average user satisfaction rate of 93% for ease of login, 90% for the interface, 90% for data processing speed, and 93% for notification accuracy. By integrating IoT, Flutter, and MySQL technologies, this application provides an efficient digital solution for environmental management, with potential for development across various industrial sectors requiring such capabilities.
