Abstract

Laporan keuangan berfungsi sebagai alat untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang posisi keuangan, kenerja dan arus kas, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar membuat keputusan-keputusan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi usaha mikro dalam meyusun laporan keuangan dan merancang model sistem pembukuan akuntansi sederhana yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan para pemilik usaha mikro dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang baik, rapih dan bankable. Usaha mikro yang berada di Kecamatan Kramat Watu, Kabupaten Serang merupakan usaha yang tumbuh secara tradisional dan merupakan usaha keluarga yang turun temurun. Keterbatasan kualitas SDM usaha kecil baik dari segi pendidikan formal maupun pengetahuan dan keterampilannya sangat berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pengelolaan usahanya, sehingga usaha tersebut sulit untuk berkembang dengan optimal. Disamping itu dengan keterbatasan kualitas SDM-nya, unit usaha tersebut relatif sulit untuk mengadopsi perkembangan teknologi baru untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk yang dihasilkannya. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat membantu usaha mikro dalam melaksanakan pembukuan dan membantu pengusaha menyusun laporan keuangan secara lengkap dan baik dengan format yang sederhana, yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau perkembangan progress keuangan dan membuat keputusan dalam mengembangkan usaha. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada pemilik usaha mikro di Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Model sistem pembukuan sederhana dirancang untuk kebutuhan manajemen usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian tindakan, yaitu proses untuk memperoleh hasil perubahan dan memanfaatkan hasil perubahan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian itu. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah publikasi ilmiah dalam jurnal nasional, terdaftar sebagai pemakalah dalam pertemuan ilmiah nasional dan buku bahan ajar dalam bentuk draft. Abstract

penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Komperatif para pelaku usaha yang tidak menggunakan merek dan yang menggunakan Merek di Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan komperatif. data yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini berbentuk data sekunder yang berdasarkan dari hasil kuesioner sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis uji beda. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan dua jenis responden yang berbeda yaitu para pelaku usaha yang sudah memiliki merek dan para pelaku usaha yang tidak menggunakan merek, dengan jumlah responden masing masing 35 para pelaku usaha dengan mengelompokkan lamanya usaha. Berdasarkan tabel output paa bagian Equal variance assumed” diketahui nilai sig (2 tailed0 sebesar 0,0006 < 0,005 dan diperoleh nilai t htung yaitu 3,436 sedangkan t tabel 2.447. ini menunjukan bahwa t hitung > dari t tabel maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji indepedent sample t tes disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan (nyata) antara rata-rata omzet penjualan para pengusaha atau pedangan yang tidak menggunakan merek dengan pengusaha yang menggunakan merek. Abstract

This community service aims to optimize the marketplace in order to increase sales of Luluana Craft Indonesia products, by expanding the market through digital marketing. Based on observations, SMEs have limitations in online marketing, which is only done conventionally. This activity uses a method which is divided into several stages including, pre-activity stage, socialization stage, mentoring stage, and evaluation stage. Implementation of this activity begins with the pre-activity stage, which is the stage of planning material that suits the partner's needs, followed by the delivery of digital marketing, marketplace material, as well as creating accounts on social media and digital platforms, followed by assistance to partners until the partner is able to market their products. by online. The results of this community service show that partners are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity because their understanding of digital marketing has increased. Partners have wider opportunities to market their products, so that apart from increasing sales and other goals, their contribution to handling plastic waste increases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of public sector employees. This research method uses quantitative methods with a population of 70 employees of the Serang Regency Communications, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics Service. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. The data sources obtained in this research were through observation, questionnaires and library research. Data analysis techniques were processed using the SPSS V.25 program. The results of this research were obtained using hypothesis testing which was carried out with a partial test (t test). The results show that, (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational culture has a significant negative effect on employee performance. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

At this time many see that the application of financial literacy knowledge in Cipuk MSMEs has not been applied optimally. However, with advances in technology, it has a method of applying business management knowledge so that these MSMEs can be more advanced. This business management science is financial literacy, which is to understand and apply various financial skills, such as managing personal savings, making budgeting, and investing. Not only that, MSMEs can add new flavor innovations due to the limited flavors in Cipuk preparations. The result of this service is that the Cipuk MSME partners understand more about financial literacy, understand more about making budgeting, financial bookkeeping and others, and add taste innovation, namely, so that MSME products are more varied and consumers don't feel bored with the taste of existing products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job placement, career development and organizational climate on employee loyalty which is mediated by job satisfaction at Serang Raya University. The form of research used is descriptive and verification research. Descriptive is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. The population in this study was all educational staff within Serang Raya University, totaling 158 people. Then, in determining the number of samples for the Employee Loyalty variable, the author used the Slovin formula with a standard error of 5%. The research results showed that work placement had a positive and significant influence. on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work placement has no significant effect on employee loyalty, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, organizational climate has a positive but not significant effect on employee loyalty, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty and there is no significant evidence that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job placement, career development, or organizational climate and employee loyalty. This study is limited to a single institution (Serang Raya University), so the findings may not be generalizable to other organizations. Additionally, there is insufficient evidence that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between job placement, career development, and organizational climate with employee loyalty, necessitating further research with a more comprehensive approach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of role ambiguity on employee job satisfaction, the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction, and the effect of role ambiguity and role conflict on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is the BUMN (State Owned Enterprise) company PT PLN (persero) UPDL Suralaya. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative using observation techniques, interviews and through questionnaires given to employees as well as secondary data collection. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is IBM SPPS V22. The sampling method used is a saturated sample of 35 respondents . The analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial t test, and simultaneous F test. Partial research results conclude that there is a positive and significant effect of role ambiguity on Employee Job Satisfaction, and not there is an influence of Role Conflict variables on Employee Job Satisfaction . The results of the study simultaneously show that the value of F count > F table ( 17.200 > 3.285) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Role Ambiguity (X1) and Role conflict (X2) ) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y).
