Abstract

This research aims to determine the perseptions of 2015-2016 class students about the use of the Turnitin aplication to prevent plagiarism in the Library Universitas Bina Darma Palembang and to find out what aspect need to be improved. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research were 365 respondents. The main data collections method is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Test the validity of the instrument using the Product Moment, while the realibility test used Cronbach Alpha, with calculations using SPSS 22.0 For Windows. The analysis data in this research used the Mean and Grand Mean formula. The result of the research be conclude that perseptions of 2015-2016 class students about the use of the Turnitin aplications to prevent plagiarism in the Bina Darma University Library in Palembang is a “Very High” category with a  total average value of (4,20), and are at interval 4,20-5,0.  While the aspect that must be improved is the aspect of affection (attitude), with the lowest average score (4,14) compared to other aspects.

Abstract

Introduction. This article discusses intellectual development in the Islamic world and the role of al-Waraq in the Islamic book publishing industry. Data Collection Method. The method used in this article is the literature study method used in obtaining data. Analysis Data. The data obtained is then grouped according to relevance to the formulation of the problem Results and Discussions. The copying of scientific texts is very instrumental in the spread of knowledge, besides being a copyist of the Al Warraq manuscript, it also acts as editor and publisher of books. that. With the existence of this catalog, we can find out the number of publications at the time and as literature for the study of Muslim works in the golden era. Copyright licenses are issued to avoid plagiarism or recognition of a work by Al Warraq. Abstract

Perilaku asertif merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dimiliki pustakawan dalam membina hubungan interpersonal saat melakukan pelayanan. Perilaku asertif merupakan salah satu cara komunikasi yang terkait dengan ekspresi perasaan, pikiran secara langsung, jujur dan terbuka. Hal ini sesungguhnya menyangkut komunikasi verbal dan non verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Perilaku asertivitas pustakawan di bagian layanan Perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun  teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 17 pernyataan positif dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 5 orang responden dibagian layanan Perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah. Analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah mean dan grand mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  Tingkat asertif staf perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang memperoleh grand mean 3,5 Nilai tersebut berada pada rentang skala 3,40 – 4,20 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat asertif  staf perpustakaan UIN Raden Fatah berada pada tingkat tinggi. Indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu Mengajukan Hak memperoleh nilai 2,8 Nilai tersebut berada pada rentang skala 2,60 – 3,40 berada pada tingkat sedang dan ungkapan perasaaan memperoleh nilai 2,2 Nilai tersebut berada pada rentang 2,60 – 3,40 berada pada tingkat sedang. Kata Kunci : asertif, pustakawan asertif, pelayanan asertif

Abstract

This study discusses influence of the use of Wattpad application on literacy ability improvement of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang library users. The purpose of this study is to find out what is the influence of the use of Wattpad application on literacy skill improvement of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang library users. This research is of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study was library visitor in August 2020 - August 2021. The sample in this study was determined using Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, so the sample in this study was 100 users who were users of Wattpad application. The results of respondents' answers calculation indicate that the average total value of variable X can be categorized as high because it was on an interval scale of 3.4 - 4.2, which was 3.98. And the results of respondents' answers calculation show that the average total value of variable Y can be categorized as high because it was on a scale of 3.4 - 4.2, which was 3.84. And on the T test, it was found that there was a positive effect of using Wattpad application on literacy ability of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang library users with the results of the calculation of rcount 7.035 rtable 1.98447, which stated that there was an effect of using Wattpad application on literacy ability.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip sangat penting untuk diperhatikan sebab dengan adanya arsip tersebut institusi dapat mengevaluasi kinerja dan memprediksi kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang akan terjadi di masa mendatang untuk melakukan perubahan. Pada era digital sekarang ini, arsip tidak hanya berupa kertas tetapi juga dalam format digital dan elektronik. Penanganan arsip dalam bentuk kertas dan elektronik berbeda. Arsip UGM memiliki ERMS (Electronic Records and Management System) yaitu sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola arsip elektronik. Sistem tersebut diberi nama SIKS (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Statis). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan SIKS sebagai ERMS, serta menguraikan kelebihan dan kekurangan SIKS sebagai ERMS dengan harapan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi di Arsip UGM untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kearsipan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan oleh penulis beberapa temuan yang perlu dikembangkan dalam optimalisasi SIKS yaitu perlu dikembangkanya model pencarian tingkat lanjut misalnya pencarian dengan boolean operator. Selain itu, perlunya sinkronisasi data terutama setelah migrasi server, dan perlu ditambah sumber daya manusia khususnya SDM bidang IT.
