Abstract

Pemilu 2019 menampilkan memanasnya kampanye untuk merebut hati rakyat. Banyak media berlomba mengangkat berita teraktual seputar Pileg dan Pilpres. Dalam kondisi ini, media seharusnya berpihak kepada masyarakat dan bukannya menjadi alat kekuasaan atau kepentingan tertentu. Apakah media Kumparan.com benar-benar netral? Atau malah memihak kepada salah satu paslon. Peneliti melakukan analisis mendalam terkait teks media untuk mengetahui secara jelas dan gamblang makna, ideologi, keberpihakan dan kepentingan media. Tujuannya agar publik dapat menilai dan memilah informasi yang benar. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis wacana kritis dari Norman Fairclough, sedangkan metodenya adalah deksriptif kualitaif melalui teknik Analisis Wacana Kritis (Critical Discourse Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberitaan Kumparan.com berpihak kepada salah satu Paslon Capres dan Cawapres Jokowi-Maruf.

Abstract

Voltage and frequency stability of a micro hydro power plant requires a simple, reliable and efficient control system. This study aims to design a control system using planetary gear which is known to provide fast speed adjustments to respond to the changing rate of water flow. In this study the system design will be created using matlab simulink. The system will then be simulated with various turbine rotation conditions to see the reliability and stability of the frequency and voltage produced by the permanent magnet generator used in micro hydro power plant. The results obtained are the control system seems can stabilize the generator rotor rotation so that the resulting voltage frequency remains constant even though the input load and water flow rate are dynamic. From the simulation results it is also found that the efficiency of the control system is directly proportional to the difference in mechanical input and electric power output of the system.

Abstract

Jambi Mayor Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Handling Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) in Public Areas/Business Environments and Communities in Enforcing Community Economic and Social Relaxation During the Pandemic Period, is the basis for the Olak Kemang Village Government in carrying out the handling of the COVID Pandemic -19 whose distribution reached a positive number of 35 people with the death of 1 person in the Olak Kemang Village environment. This paper aims to identify and analyze the efforts of the Olak Kemang Village Government, Danau Teluk District in dealing with the Corona Virus Diseases 19 pandemic. The type of research used is sociological juridical research, with a socio-legal research approach. Based on the research results, there are still many residents who do not comply with health protocols, so it is necessary to form a more specific team for more in-depth supervision so that the efforts made by the Olak Kemang Village Government can run well.
