Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) as an lsitrik energy provider has the task of checking and measuring the use of electricity used by customers. In this case of course requires technology to be able to read how much electrical energy is used, one of the technologies used is Automatic Meter Reading (AMR).   The use of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system includes monitoring, recording the stand meter then the data can be displayed in the form of a report with data software used management. Electronic meters using AMR systems can be used as a detection tool against irregularities from troubled customers. The readings obtained from AMR are known to the customer's usage, moments before the maintenance error and after. So that it can accurately detect customers who occur maintenance errors and customers and PLN both know the amount of uncollectible kWh, so far the nursing has been impaired by maintenance errors from the beginning of the tide. Abstract

Solar energy is often known by other terms solar energy is a form of renewable energy source. The potential of solar energy certainly affects the power generated in solar modules, there are several influences that cause solar energy not to be obtained optimally. In this study will be made mathematical modeling using multiple regression methods exposed to the angle of tilt and intensity of the sun with the research object of the polycristalline type solar module. The results obtained by calculating mathematically obtained the accuracy of the model with MAPE, as well as the adjusted value of R square of 0.960363563 which states that the percentage of the influence of irradiation-free variables and temperature simultaneously on the current obtained is very strong. While the results of calculations with double linear regression, the value of the regression coefficient on the irradiation variable (x_1) by 0.0000316, it means that if other variables remain and irradiation variables increase by 100 W/m2, then the current increases by 0.00316 A. Then the regression coefficient on the temperature variable (x_2) by 0.010573, this means if other variables remain and temperature variables increase by 1oC, then the current increases by 0.010573 A. From these results, it should be known the level of accuracy of the model which in this case uses MAPE. MAPE obtained on this model is 7.046%, this corresponds to the error standard of 0.007650294 with an average current measurement scale of ±0.1 A. Thus, the MAPE results show that the model has an accuracy of 92.954%, which means that the modeling obtained is very good.

Abstract

Optimization of solar power plant capacity on the roof of the buildingDKI Jakarta is one of the densely populated urban areas and has dense buildings so that the use of building roofs can be used as a source of energy. One of the buildings that can implement the utilization of renewable energy is the administration building in PT. PJB Muara Karang Power Plant Unit. In the building has been built, but the installation is not optimal because the installation area of small solar modules so that the resulting capacity is small, while the potential of the existing location is very wide. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the extent of optimization of solar power plant capacity on the roof of the building. From the research that has been done obtained the results of the need to install solar modules a number of 143 solar panel modules, with the capacity produced when installed by 42,900 wp and also obtained the potential of energy produced by 93,951 kWh / year, or the same as being able to supply energy needs in the building by 75.11 % and average daily production of 36.27 kWh. In order for the maximum energy potential to be optimized the potential and the size of the roof area in the building. The energy produced can be utilized as electricity that can ultimately reduce the cost of electricity consumption.

Abstract

PLTU X is an industrial power plant with a large consumption of electrical energy for its own use. In ISO50001, every industry with a large Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) needs to be audited for energy consumption. The company performance contract also regulates that the percentage of own use should not exceed 6% of electricity production. Currently, the percentage of own use in PLTU X unit 5 is greater than unit 4. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct an energy audit for own use with the aim of reducing the percentage of own use in unit 5 by 0.5% from current conditions and finding opportunities for energy savings at PLTU X unit 5. To analyze this problem using the energy audit method, analysis using the performance test method using the "gate cycle" and testing the quality of the voltage source by measuring using power quality analysis. After finding the equipment with the greatest energy consumption, fish bone tools were used to find the main cause of this abnormality.

Abstract

Solar cell panel technology is an alternative renewable energy source that utilizes energy from solar radiation to produce electrical energy, where one aspect that must be fulfilled is the determination of the placement location and the determination of the slope angle of the solar cell panel itself. The slope angle of the solar cell panel has a major influence on sun radiation exposure and where in each region the optimum radiation exposure of angle varies. At STT-PLN a solar power plant with a different slope angle has been installed. So it is necessary to evaluate the slope angle of irradiance in Monocristalline Type Photovoltaic Array, to observe the optimum angle of exposure to sunlight radiation field observations were carried out by taking several parameters which is angles varying from 0º to 65º with a gap per 5º, the value of the amount of radiation exposure, and the value current. Where the results of this observation found that the optimum angle in the STT-PLN environment from 0º to 65º is 25º angle with an average radiation exposure of 517 W / M² and the average current produced is 1.58 A. Keywords: Solar Power Plant, Slope Angle, Irradiance, Solar Cell Panel

Abstract

Abstract

Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is a method that can be used for biometric systems, where the biometric system is a system for identification by using physical features or human limbs such as fingerprints, eye retina, face, and others. This writing aims to recognize faces based on the intensity of their lighting using SVD. The use of SVD is done by forming the basis of a matrix (where this matrix is a collection of database faces (db)), then this base is used to transform the inputted image / face / db file and database files, then the results of this transformation the norm is calculated, if the minimum norm (db files and input files) is still within a certain tolerance the input file will be categorized as face / db file / ith person. The simulation results show that SVD can classify an image as a face or not with an accuracy of 94.7231% and a period of 35.2020 seconds for the recognition of 900 image files, a face image is a database or not of 68.4616% within 7.5480 seconds for the recognition of 650 face files, a The face images that are in the database are 90.7692% of the people in the 3,7340 seconds period for the introduction of 325 database files.
