Abstract

Analysis added value of Effort Industry Processing of briny Fish “Minoarto” in Countryside of Sidikata District of cilacap South Sub-Province ofCilacap. This research have to know the level of effciecy of effort industry processing of briny fish "Minoarto”, knowing the level of obtained added value of sale of briny fish and kinow constraints faced the effort industry processing of briny fish "Minoarto”. Method research the used is descriptive. For method or determination of area use method of purposive sampling. First target to know the feel of efficiency of effort briny use formula of RC ratio, while second target to know the level of added value use formula of incremental RC ratio. Effort industry processing of briny fish in Countryside of Sidikaya District of Cilacap South Sub-Province of Cilacap obtain get reenue equal to Rp 108.560.962,50 and value of R/C equel 1,81 meaning the effort processing of this briny fish have efficient because value of R/C> 1.. Effort industry processing of briny fish "Minoarto” can give added value compared to the effort sale of fresh fish, with value of incremental R/C equel to 1,49 and advantage difference equel to 49.695. 712,50 In managing the effort briny fish industry "Minoarto" facing constraints for example usage of production appliances which still traditional, and limitation of capital.Keyword : industry briny fish, added value, efficiency constraints

Abstract

The Influence of Service Qualify to Satisfaction and Customer Loyality of Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant in Yogyakarta. This research aim to analyze the influence of service quality to satisfaction and customer loyalty of Ayam bakar Wong solo restaurant. Sampling method used is convenience sampling with 100 sampels. Testing of hypothesis uses structural equation modeling analysis. The conclusion of this research is service quality are positively influence the satisfaction and customer loyaltyKeywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer Ioyality.

Abstract

Purposes of this research are analyze productivity reached by PT SMART tbk among his competitor and analyze level of efficiency PT SMART Tbk compared to his competitor Method of this research using casual comparability. This research compares between PT SMART Tbk and competitor that is PT PP LONSUM Tbk. PT AALI Tbk and PT. BSP Thk from the size productivity and efficiency, to analyse its competitiveness Result of this research show that company has highest productivity is PT SMARTTbk then second PT PP LONSUM, then PT BSP Thk and lone is PT AALI Thk. then for efficiency, company that is most efficient is produce of CPO is PT SMART Tbk, then secon is PT AALI Tbk, then PT. BSP Tbk and low is PT PP LONSUM Tbk. Conclusion from this research is PT SMART Tbk is company having highest competitiveness because PT SMART Thk has not only the highest productivity but also the highest efficiency Suggestion for PT SMART Tbk are adding machine amount, maintaining management of observation plantation and efficiency cost production up to yielding CPO.Keyword: Competitiveness, Productivity and Efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of satisfaction of visitors tourists on package offered the Karanggeneng Tourism Village. The research method used in the method of survey sampling method was used accidental sampling of 80 samples from students, college students, employees and the general public Anal yats techniques using the Likert scalescore of 1-3. The results showed that visitors have a higher perception of satisfaction to the package tourism products, services and to facilities infrastructure able to provide a memorable service, outbound packets become the most preferred package visitors.Key words: perception, satisfaction, service, tourism,  outbound
