The Relationship Between The Level Of Mother's Knowledge Of Pentabio Immunization (Dpt- Hb- Hib) And Mother's Anxiety Toward Effect Of Giving Immunization On Infants In Polyclinic Of Dagen Village Jaten Karanganyar Idris Yani Pamungkas; Fitri Budi Astuti; Irwiana Budi Astuti

Abstract

Background: According to WHO, the figures for DPT immunization globally was 78%, it means there are 28 million children in the world who have not got DPT immunization. 75% of these children live in 10 countries, including Indonesia. Data cumulative achievement of Pentabio immunization (DPT- HB- HiB) in Dagen village on December 2014 was DPT- HB- HiB 1 was 80%, DPT- HB- HiB 2 was 72, 9%, and DPT- HB- HiB 3 was 74, 1%. From a preliminary study conducted by researchers in Dagen village through doing interviews, it can be stated that some parents as young mothers who first have children still worried and confused because the child became fussy fever after getting DPT immunization which is now known as Pentabio immunization , although after having immunization they have been given fever medicine. Objective: in order to determine the relationship between the level of mother's knowledge of Pentabio immunization (DPT- HB- HiB) and mother's anxiety towardeffect of giving immunization on infants in polyclinic of Dagen village Jaten Karanganyar Methods: this research method was correlational. The approaching method was cross sectional. The population was all infants and their parents in Dagen village with certain characteristics to be studied. The Sampling techniques was purposive sampling. the analysis of data was Kendall's Tau. Results: The results showed that there was correlation of between the level of mother's knowledge of Pentabio immunization (DPT- HB- HiB) and mother's anxiety towardeffect of giving immunization on infants in polyclinic of Dagen village Jaten Karanganyar. (p value: 0,000) Conclusion: The increased knowledge of the mother is still needed to improve information related to Pentabio immunization giving with mother's anxiety toward the side effects of Pentabio immunization on infants so much more anticipation of the risks that will happen.

Abstract

Background : A housewife is a profession that often considered easy to do , but a housewife is frequently experiencing stress. One factor that influenced the level of stress of housewife is coping mechanism, that is a way to adapt with stressor, especially in addressing fatigue, boredom, and bustle in completing householdworks. Purpose : To know the relationship between coping mechanism and level of stress of housewife. Methods : The research use descriptive correlational with cross-sectional approach. Population of the research is housewives of Mancasan Village RW III, Baki, Sukoharjo . The samples are 40 respondents who are taken by using nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling . Data analysis of the research is Kendall Tau. Results : The results of the research indicated that most housewives applied adaptive coping mechanism, as 32 respondents (80%) and who suffered mild stress is 27 respondents (67.5 %). Conclusion : There is a significant correlation between coping mechanism and stress level of housewife in Mancasan Village RW III, Baki, Sukoharjo. It is proved with statistical result of Kendall Tau with significance of 0.02 < 0.05.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Disminore adalah nyeri yang dialami remaja saat menstruasi.Disminore disebabkan ketidakseimbangan hormon progesteron dalam darah, prostaglandin dan faktor stress atau psikologi. Nyeri haid sering dialami oleh sebagian besar wanita. Dalam penelitian ini akan memberikan alternatif yang disebut senam disminore. Olahraga senam disminore merupakan salah satu teknik relaksasi yang dapat mengurangi nyeri saat menstruasi. Olahraga senam disminore dapat menghasilkan hormon endorphin yang dihasilkan di otak dan susunan tulang belakang. Hormon ini berfungsi sebagai penenang alami yang dapat memberikan rasa nyaman. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam disminore terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri disminore pada mahasiswi Universitas Sahid Surakarta. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dalam satu kelompok (one group pre test-post test design). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 21 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji T-test yaitu Paired simple T-test karena berdistribusi normal. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan proporsi pengaruh olahraga senam disminore terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri disminore saat menstruasi ratarata penurunan tingkat nyeri disminore pada pengukuran pertama adalah 2,33%, dan ratarata pada pengukuran kedua adalah 1,33%. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai P Value = 0,000 berarti P Value

Abstract

Hasil survey pendahuluan pada pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi sebanyak 65% dari surat aduan di kotak saran yang tersedia banyak mengeluh tentang pelayanan dipuskesmas Bringin. Kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan akan memengaruhi aktivitas konsumen berikutnya, rasa puas akan memengaruhi konsumen untuk memakai jasa pelayanan berikutnya, tetapi jika konsumen merasa tidak puas, konsumen akan beralih kepada yang lain.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik adalah cross sectional. jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis bivariat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini mayoritas responden menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 28 responden (56%) menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan cukup. Mayoritas responden sebanyak 34 responden (70%) menyatakan bahwa pasien puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Ada pengaruh keandalan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi. Ada pengaruh keandalan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi. Ada pengaruh ketanggapan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi. Ada pengaruh jaminan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi. Ada pengaruh empati terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor bukti fisik, keandalan, ketanggapan, empati dan asuransi ditunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 56.624 dengan p value 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada Puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi
