Abstract

Moral learning has a more specific purpose to form the behavior of learners, therefore the main aspects expected of moral learning are related to attitudes, while for the formation of attitudes require exampleal examples by learners. Learning in the covid-19 period the presence of teachers as figures that are commonly examined by learners' words and actions are very minimal. Therefore, this study wants to reveal how moral learning for students in high school during covid-19. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, the research sample was a student of Sma Negeri 1 Senta Raya taken with cluster techniques, research data collected with questionnaire techniques. The planning carried out by the teacher has no difference with moral learning planning in normal times. The implementation of learning is done online using the media of the teacher's room. Moral learning outcomes are more dominated by cognitive aspects. This is because the presence of teachers directly is very minimal.

Abstract

The performance of every professional person will not be different under any circumstances, even if the conditions are difficult. The covid-19 pandemic period is seen as a difficult time for all parties without the exception of Islamic religious education teachers. This article aims to reveal how the performance of Islamic religious education teachers in the covid-19 period, the information presented in this article in the form of verification of data found in the field. The approach used is in the form of a qualitative approach with a type of verification. Data is collected through observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are interactive. The results of the study were the performance of Islamic religious education teachers in Padang Utara sub-district, first islamic religious education teachers had the same performance in academic aspects evidenced by the achievement of the completion of at least 100% of learners who passed 100% in religious subjects in Padang Utara Sub-district. These results can be verified with various documents and interview data on all parties who have ties to State Elementary School in Padang Utara Sub-District. Second, Islamic religious education teachers have a good performance in the administrator aspect, such as the ownership of syllabus, RPP, education calendar and learning media used during PAI learning in the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

This work is based on the assumption that modern human has undergone a multidimensional crisis. This crisis needs a timely response and an urgent solution, for if we neglect it, it will become worse and can destabilize the life of mankind globally. I refer to the work of Huston Smith on perennial philosophy to find its essence as an attempt to find solution for overcoming the modern men`s crisis. This is a library research using the philosophical hermeneutics method. The paper shows that, firstly, perennial philosophy has a characteristic of metaphysics, which try to find a fundamental basis for both immanent and transcendent of all things, psychology which depicts the common sameness in human and ethics as a goal in human life. Secondly, what is meant by human spiritual crisis is a condition where human neglected even destroyed the godhead character within themselves. Thirdly, the answer made by Huston smith`s Perennial Philosophy concerning human spiritual crisis include that the spiritual crisis of modern human being are seen from the tunnel metaphore, in which the basement is scientism, the left wall is education, media as the roof, and the right wall the law. The spiritual crisis of modern human being as a failure of post-modernism has a similiraty with modernism way of seeing this world as the only true reality, although there is different in approach between the two. Religious mysticism that was offered by Huston smith has a perenialistic tone. The pluralistic attitude found among humankind has to be rooted in an esoteric level within each religion. Smith`s perennial philosophy is very relevant to the condition of Indonesia, which therefore has sackeled by a rigid theological dogmatism. Religion should be an endeavor for human being to find a more exalted living.

Abstract

In the midst of faltering studies of al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan within the faculty of Muhammadiyah University of West Sumatra, it is necessary to echo a picture of the development of science in general which is very revolutionary. Changes and paradigm changes are very common, while among Islamic religious scientists it looks rather slow. That is because the paradigm that was built by a scientist was later sacred by the next generation of scientists. Consequently, something that should be profane becomes sacred, which should be open-ended to be closed, which should be the object of study being an ideology and so on. This also happened in the design of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan studies. For the further development of the AIK study, the question remains needed is whether the new paradigm to be offered later is then followed by changes to the next paradigms or re-stuck to the stagnation of science. Researchers try to apply the theory of Soroush and Lakatos about the development of science in Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. This research certainly hopes will arouse the scientific community, especially AIK so that it does not become a closed science, but is open and integrative with other sciences. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of Islamic Education learning using learning house media for fifth grade students at SD Plus Marhamah Padang. This study was motivated by the widespread use of electronic media such as; cellphones, laptops, and computers as well as a higher tendency of students to electronic media compared to books and also the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is intended to see the impact of the implementation of Islamic Education learning using learning house media, especially by using the main features available in learning house media such as learning resource features, virtual class features, question banks and virtual laboratories during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the use of learning house media show several things including; The use of learning resource features on learning home media can be used as an effective medium and also a solution to educational problems that occurred during the pandemic, the use of virtual class features is one of the features used as a tool to support the implementation of Islamic Education learning because this feature can be used as a means In the formation of a special class guided by the teacher concerned to carry out online and offline learning, the use of the question bank feature is one of the media that can create more effective learning activities when implementing remote learning, while the use of virtual laboratory features in Islamic Education learning in SD Plus Marhamah Padang. Islamic education teachers have not used this feature as a medium to support the implementation of learning

Abstract

Prayer is the main obligation for Muslims, in carrying it out sometimes many people feel heavy without the exception of students in educational institutions. Along with the problem, strong cooperation between various parties is needed in fostering an avid generation of worship. This research will illustrate the cooperation between Islamic religious education teachers and parents of students in improving the prayer of students. To get the intended purpose, this research was designed in the form of qualitative research, while the place of research was conducted in Junior High School 2 Talamau West Pasaman Regency, the source of this research is teachers, parents and some students who are selected purposively. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and study documentation. Based on the results of the study it is known that the cooperation between teachers and parents of students in conducting supervision to improve student worship is still running less smoothly, the reality is becoming clearer when the discovery of students who have not filled out prayer control documents issued by the school. However, according to the concept of cooperation that should be built between schools and parents has been successfully implemented in SMP Negeri 2 Talamau Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Arabic as a foreign language for Indonesians is an important part, but in reality learning Arabic as L2 is faced with various serious problems, this is further exacerbated by the learning carried out in Covid-19. This research aims to reveal the impact of online learning on learners' Arabic language skills particularly on aspects of speaking skills. This research is carried out with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques are carried out with observations, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it was found that online learning greatly impacted the speaking competence Arabic language. Learning Arabic as L2 in boarding schools that are carried out online causes many learners who do not hear both arabic words and sentences spoken by teachers, the desire to repeat the teacher's speech and students are afraid because it is not clear what will be said. This reality may be due to inadequate and inaccuracy in the selection of media, but from the existing data the ability of learners to speak using Arabic does not show an increase. The recommendation of this study is that learning Arabic as L2 should maximize offline learning forms.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah memiliki tanggungjawab terhadap berbagai arah pengembangan yang diharapkan di sekolah tanpa terkecuali moderasi beragama peserta didik. Moderasi beragama di madrasah dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan suasana kenyamanan bagi warga madrasah dalam menjalankan agamanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh peranan kepala madrasah dan strategi guru terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Penelitian ini menganalisis tiga variabel dengan variabel bebas sebanyak dua buah dan variabel terikatnya satu. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh warga MTs Negeri 2 Kota Sawahluto, sedangkan sampel terdiri dari 10 orang guru dan 30 orang siswa dari tingkatan kelas yang berbeda-beda. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan form observasi lingkungan madrasah dan angket yaitu angket peranan kepala madrasah, strategi guru dan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Pada analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa peranan kepala madrasah dan strategi guru berpengaruh terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Pengaruh peran kepala madrasah terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Sawahlunto mempunyai nilai product moment sebesar 0,008 dengan tingkat korelasi sebesar 0,885 yang menunjukkan korelasi yang sangat tinggi. Pengaruh strategi guru terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Sawahlunto mempunyai nilai product moment sebesar 0,025 dengan tingkat korelasi sebesar 0,741 yang menunjukkan korelasi yang tinggi. Selain itu, peran kepala madrasah dan strategi guru sama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Sawahlunto. Pengaruh ini diperlihatkan dari hasil uji ganda dengan nilai sebesar 0,032 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan hubungan antara variabel simultan dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,762 yang berarti hubungan antar variabel kuat.

Abstract

Islamic religious education in Madrasah is a combination of several subjects that are conceptually not connected with cultural arts, because its content includes Aqidah, Fiqih, Akhlak, Quran Hadith and the history of Islamic Culture. So is the case with Cultural Arts, that it is part of a curriculum that is different from Islamic religious education. This reality is interesting to reveal how forms of integration can be carried out in internalizing Islamic religious education in cultural arts learning. Therefore, this study aims to reveal how the form of internalization of Islamic values in cultural joint learning. This research is carried out with the paradigm of constructivism, which is a qualitative research that does not recognize the truth of the observation results alone, but rather the researcher with the power of analysis constructing from the reality found. The informants of this study were teachers of cultural arts, teachers of Islamic religious education, several students who were selected with purposive techniques. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, it can be concluded that the integration of islamic values which include aqedah, worship and morals in cultural arts learning is only carried out in preliminary and closing activities. Meanwhile, in the core activities, teachers have not integrated learning materials with the values of aqedah, worship and morals. This is because teachers have difficulty finding religious material that will be integrated into the topics of discussion studied in the subject of Cultural Arts. Therefore, cultural arts teachers can integrate Islamic values in learning in aspects of media, methods or other aspects. Learning integration should not only be understood on things related to the learning material.

Abstract

The problem with this study is that there has been no formulation of religious character in scouting. Meanwhile, students' character at the Tsanawiyah Madrasah level is unstable, so many of their behaviors are difficult for teachers to direct. However, such a reality should not be worried because much effort can be made to do coaching through intracurriculars or extracurriculars. This study aims to reveal the implications of scouting on the religious character and learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Padang. Research is carried out with a qualitative approach of narrative type, this approach was chosen because of the desire of the researcher to express his own experiences related to the content of the study. Therefore, data is collected through discussions, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out by interpreting narratives whose validity is then determined by triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that scouting education carried out in MTs Negeri 5 Padang City can shape the religious character of students, this is based on material connectivity in scouting education activities that are strongly available with the religious character that students are expected to have. Scouting education also has implications for the learning outcomes of the PAI field of students in MTs Negeri 5 Padang City, this can be traced from the learning outcomes of students who are members of scouting education
