Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of narcotics abuse which is increasingly rampant, while the handling is not enough. The problems that arise are differences in perceptions among law enforcement officers which then lead to the handling of different drug abusers. There is a tendency to punish narcotics addicts with criminal penalties. Whereas there is still a sanction of choice that is rehabilitation. Based on the background of the problem, the focus of this research is how the position of rehabilitation as a sanction in view of Islamic law. The results of this study reveal that (1). Sanctions for addicts and victims of drug abuse in the perspective of Islamic criminal law, when prosecuted through the approach of hudud sanctions, can be transferred to rehabilitation, on the basis of judges' considerations and there are elements syubhat, namely the element of uncertainty, uncertainty and doubt in the proof of drug use, Confusion in certain chapters.In accordance with maqasidshari'ah rehabilitation aims to rejuvenate physically in accordance with hifz an-nafs, restore the health of reason according to hifs al-aql. Rehabilitation can also use a religious approach to implementing hifzal-din. After completion of rehabilitation process and the perpetrators have returned to the proper life then there has been efforts hifz al-mal and hifz an-nasl. Abstract

This research is set against the backdrop of the low awareness of some students in obeying the discipline of praying zuhur congregations, as well as there are still students who are late in praying zuhur congregations, and some students who choose to receive sanctions or punishments rather than perform the prayer of zuhur congregation. In accordance with the above problems the purpose of the study is: 1) Describe the level of influence of awards on the discipline of the implementation of prayer zuhur congregation, 2) the effect of sanctions on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer of 1st State Luhak Nan Duo. In accordance with typical data in this study used quantitative approach, research data is obtained through questionnaires. The findings were analyzed with correlation techniques, in unison, and Regression Coefficient Determination Test and Regression Coefficient t test. The results of the analysis showed that the: first influence of the Award (X1) on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer congregation (Y) at a rate of 5 % with the hypothesis was found 2,042, while at the level of 1 % there was no effect of the award ( X1) on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer congregation (Y), while independently the award was influential by 10%. Second, there is the effect of sanctions on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer congregation both at the level of 5 % and 1 % with the hypothesis found 2,732, while the sanction independently affects 25.5%

Abstract

Children Divorce victims are faced with a variety of life problems that boil down to their future, to realize a bright future inseparable from education, this study aims to describe how the methods used as well as the material that the caregiver's family teaches to the child of the divorce victim in the family environment. This research was conducted with qualitative approach, data source consisting of parents of child caregivers divorce victims, children who are victims of divorce, public figures who are purposively selected. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results prove that there are several methods used by the caregivers of divorce victims in teaching Islam in the family environment such as the method of nudity, the method of story of the total method of pysik response. Adapaun Islamic religious material taught to children of divorce victims in the family environment is related to faith, worship, morals, but this material is not systematically regulated and not taught in stages

Abstract

Every Muslim has the right to receive Qur'an learning because the Qur'an as a way of life will not have an impact on Muslim life without starting with the ability to read and understand so that it comes to practice. Al-Quran learning for physically perfect people already has problems, even less for visually impaired people. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the Alquran learning model for students with special needs. This study was conducted using a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed through reduction, classification, interpretation to the conclusion. Based on the results, Alquran learning methods for blind students were lecture, question, and answer, discussion, sorongan, bandongan, and drill, while Alquran learning media for blind students were braille, reglet and stylus, Alquran Audio, and Digital Alquran.

Abstract

Keluarga adalah lingkungan sosial terkecil di dalam masyarakat dimana setiap anggotanya terikat oleh hubungan pernikahan dan darah. Dalam konteks pendidikan, keluarga adalah lingkungan utama yang pertama kalinya memberikan bekal pendidikan kepada anak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, terutama dalam hal pendidikan sosial- kemasyarakatan. Pendidikan dalam keluarga yang paling utama adalah dalam hal membentuk akhlak anak-anak sebagai bekal mereka dalam menghadapi kehidupannya kelak.Setiap keluarga, khususnya keluarga muslim, kedua orangtua tentu saja berharap anak-anak mereka memiliki akhlak yang baik (akhlakul karimah). Dalam hal ini, pola komunikasi dalam hal ini merupakan etika berbicara dalam keluarga memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Etika berbicara yang baik, menggabungkan antara komunikasi verbal dan non verbal, komunikasi individu dan kelompok, ikut menentukan bagaimana akhlak seorang anak dibentuk. Subjek dalam pengabdian ini merupakan para pendengar Radio 93,0 Respon FM. Dengan pemilihan subjek ini, karena Radio ini mempunyai program yang sangat bagus yaitu tentang keluarga. Maka dipilihlah radio ini. Pendekatan yang dilakukan melalui Radio 93,0 Respon FM ini pendengar terutama untuk warga /masyarakat Kasang Kab. Padang Pariaman agar bisa memahami hubungan baik dalam keluarga. Proses kegiatan ini yang diawali dengan Penyampaian materi, mendemonstrasikan, dan tanya jawab secara langsung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui deskripsi perhatian dan motivasi siswa serta pengaruhnya terhadap hasil pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungai Beremes, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan kuantitatif melalui penarikan sampel berdasarkan analisis statistik. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa kelas 8 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa : 1). Hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rerata sebesar 80.72 yang diikiti dengan motivasi yang tinggi (120.09%) dan perhatian yang juga tinggi (86.53%), 2). Adanya pengaruh siginifkan dan positif pada motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar PAI yaitu sebesar 0.3 % dengan 99.7 % nya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. 3). Adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap peserta didik PAI iaitu sebesar 0.2% dengan 99.8% nya disebabkan factor lain, dan 4). Adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar serta perhatian peserta didik yang secara bersamaan terhadap hasil belajar PAI dengan hasil hasil Fhitung< Ftabel (0,136 > 3,16)maka persentase pengaruhnya 0,005% dan 0,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum that has been in force since 2016 until now has not been fully understood by all educators, so in implementing the curriculum many teachers have difficulty realizing the goals that have been set. Related to this problem, research was conducted to describe the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, especially the subjects of the Hadith Quran in madrasah Tsanawiyah. Research is conducted without the use of treatment, therefore, the techniques used in collecting data are in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data collected through established techniques is then analyzed qualitatively, the data analysis process is carried out in a smultan manner, namely starting from data collection, data verification to the conclusion of data analysis. The results of the study are first, the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in the subjects of the Qur'anic Hadith has not taken place optimally, this conclusion is based on the reality that starting from the planning process to the evaluation there are inconsistencies and inconsistencies between all aspects. Second, the problem in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the subjects of the Qur'anic Hadith is in the aspects of methods, media and evaluation of learning. Third, the step that can be done to minimize the problem is to maximize training activities that can improve the ability of teachers to carry out the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Hasan al-Banna as a reformer in Islam emerged as a pragmatic leader in society, he was not a systematic theorist. Hasan al-Banna developed education for Muslim communities by relying on the pulpit of the mass organization and presented a charismatic leader who inspired thousands of Egyptian Muslim communities and even the Islamic world to carry out its programs with full faith and sincerity. This type of research is in the form of library research. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Research data collection techniques are the identification of discourse from books, papers or articles, magazines, journals, or other information related to the discussion to find variables related to Hasan al-Bana's thoughts in Islamic Education Hasan al-Banna applied teaching methods that are based on humanism , democratic and egalitarian and not doctrinal. He prioritizes qudwah hasanah, taming the heart before getting to know him more, getting to know students before giving tasks, adjusting them to the abilities of students. Give motivation and reward before punishing, and prioritize the principle of Shari'a over branches.

Abstract

Madrasah supervisors have a responsibility in improving the competence of teachers in the institutions they supervise, therefore this research aims to know and analyze how supervisors perform their functions in improving teacher competence in MAN 1 Pasaman. This research is a descriptive research of non-statictic analysis using qualitative methods. Data is obtained through observation, interview and documentation studies. The data collected is then analyzed through three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results prove that: 1) Supervisors play an active role in providing advice and input to madrasah heads for activities to be carried out in order to improve teacher competence,  2) In the activities of improving teacher competence in MAN 1 Pasaman, supervisors act as mediators, facilitators, 3) Teacher competencies in MAN 1 Pasaman are evaluated by supervisors through a review of aspects that become the duties and responsibilities of teachers.
