Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of using visual and audiovisual media on student learning outcomes. This research took place at the State Elementary School 10 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative by using data collection instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed and grouped according to its designation starting from data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes tend to increase compared to previous years' learning outcomes. This can be interpreted that the achievement of these results is quite significantly increased because it is driven by the growth of focus and motivation of students to learn because it is mediated by visual and audiovisual media in an interesting way.

Abstract

Professional competence of teachers is an indicator of the quality of education implementation, because normatively professional teachers will be able to make a quality learning process. However, in reality, the demands for the fulfillment of mandatory tasks for certified teachers are the cause of the lack of efforts to realize quality learning, because the orientation of task implementation as an educator is more focused on fulfilling the number of hours of certified teachers. In accordance with this problem, this study aims to reveal how the professionalism of teachers in the field of Islamic Religious Education at MI Negeri 2 Padang City in carrying out the learning process. In accordance with this goal, this study uses a qualitative nasturalistic approach, namely the research is carried out to reveal the existing reality without any treatment from the researcher. In accordance with the results of the analysis of research data, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning by certified teachers at MI Negeri 2 Padang has no difference with the implementation of learning carried out by teachers who have not been certified. These conclusions are based on data related to tools, planning as well as various aspects related to learning as implemented by certified teachers.

Abstract

Penelitia$n ini mengka$ji pera$n hukum Isla$m da$la$m sistem hukum Indonesia$ mela$lui teori eksistensi. Hukum Isla$m tida$k ha$nya$ seba$ga$i norma$ a$ga$ma$, teta$pi tela$h menja$di ba$gia$n hukum na$siona$l mela$lui empa$t bentuk: unsur integra$l, entita$s ma$ndiri, penya$ring norma$, da$n pembentuk sistem hukum. Penga$kua$n konstitusiona$l da$la$m Pa$sa$l 29 UUD 1945 serta$ implementa$sinya$ da$la$m berba$ga$i regula$si seperti UU Perka$wina$n, Kompila$si Hukum Isla$m (KHI), da$n perba$nka$n sya$ria$h menunjukka$n legitima$si yuridis hukum Isla$m seba$ga$i subsistem hukum ya$ng sa$h. Kontribusi hukum Isla$m menca$kup tiga$ a$spek: norma$tif (sumber hukum), institusiona$l (Penga$dila$n A$ga$ma$), da$n filosofis (nila$i kea$dila$n). Ta$nta$nga$n uta$ma$ meliputi pena$fsira$n bera$ga$m da$n penyesua$ia$n denga$n hukum a$da$t serta$ na$siona$l. Penelitia$n mengguna$ka$n pendeka$ta$n multidisiplin untuk menga$na$lisis perkemba$nga$n hukum Isla$m seca$ra$ historis da$n yuridis. Ha$sil penelitia$n menunjukka$n hukum Isla$m seba$ga$i pila$r penting sistem hukum na$siona$l ya$ng a$da$ptif. Rekomenda$si menca$kup pengemba$nga$n metodologi hukum Isla$m ya$ng kontekstua$l da$n peningka$ta$n pema$ha$ma$n ma$sya$ra$ka$t, sehingga$ teta$p releva$n da$la$m kera$ngka$ NKRI ya$ng ma$jemuk.

Abstract

This study aims to explore Mohammed Arkoun's thought on the critique of reason and the dimension of historicity as the foundation of modern Islamic philosophy. Arkoun perceives that contemporary Islamic thought is trapped in a "dogmatic reason" that closes the space for new ijtihad. Using a qualitative-descriptive method through literature review, this article analyzes the three main pillars of Arkoun's methodology: deconstruction, the critique of Islamic reason (Critique de la raison islamique), and applied Islamology. The results show that Arkoun's critique of "the unthought" (l'impensé) and "the unthinkable" (l’impen-sable) successfully dismantles orthodoxies considered sacred but are, in fact, historical constructions. By integrating modern social sciences and humanities such as linguistics, semiotics, and anthropology, Arkoun offers a way for Muslims to reconcile tradition (turāth) with modernity. This study concludes that Arkoun's thought is not merely a destructive critique, but an epistemological milestone that allows for the reconstruction of a more inclusive, dynamic, and historical Islamic thought.
