Abstract

The abutment planning on the Blokang bridge, Serang Regency, Banten Province, resulting in the calculation of bearing capacity based on physical and mechanical properties data from laboratory tests, on the results of the BH4 right abutment with 60 cm diameter piles, the bearing capacity Qu = 248,683.58 kg, while for the left BH support -1 is obtained Qu = 244.186.99kg., And taking into account the value of the N-SPT soil investigation on the right abutment BH-4 is obtained Qu = 261,680.45 kg and the N-SPT soil investigation on the left abutment BH-1 is obtained Qu = 335,674.28 kg . The cause of Qu is based on SPT field test data, where the right abutment is N-SPT = 21, while the left abutment is N-SPT 28. The greater the value of N-SPT = 28, the soil is better, stronger soil, harder

Abstract

This study aims to develop a source of promotion for a local UMKM online through a website. Not only promotion through social media, marketing through website media is also expected to be able to advance UMKM business in ordering various small and large parties. The UMKM that will be developed through the creation of this website is the Home Industry Polo Stato, which manufactures various types of men’s bags. This Home Industry requires promotional media that must be further improved because it still uses promotional media in the form of social media such as Whatsapp, and Facebook to through information sources from person to person. The application of the CMS WordPress application to UMKM can increase sales and expand the range of promotions and can also be used for promotional media on Polo Stato.

Abstract

The renovation of the Bolon House are undertaken at a regional location. the location of the Huta Siallagan area in the Ambarita area, Simanindo District, Samosir Island, Lake Toba, and Hutaraja Ulos Hutaraja Village in Lumban Suhi SuhiToruan Village, Kec. Pangururan Kab. Samosir. There are various reasons for the renovation of Rumah Bolon, including: the existence of a Government Program, and requests from the local community. This Bolon house have become one of the favorite tourist attractions in Samosir Regency, in addition to the life and culture of the Batak tribe and many traditional house buildings were built when the community was in a traditional agricultural climate. Through the traditional farming system, it turns out that the community is able to produce surplus food, it is proven that they also make special buildings (sopo) to store rice. Sopo and other types of barns owned by various ethnic groups in Indonesia function as banks for today, namely as a place to store some of their assets. Even if buildings such as sopo are no longer built, the reason is not simply that people have never experienced a food surplus anymore, but there are still many things that cause it, among others, because of the introduction of other ways to save wealth. There are several houses, around 40 units are renovated in Huta Siallagan Ambarita area, Simanindo District, Samosir Island, Lake Toba, and Hutaraja Ulos Hutaraja Village in Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village, Kec. Pangururan Kab. Samosir. One of the advantages is that the weaving and skill training continues in the Hutaraja area. The renovation or restoration of the Gorga House which is a cultural heritage will involve local craftsmen so that it will also become a workshop or training medium for the local community to maintain the continuity of this unique tradition and expertise. after being renovated, these gorga houses can become homestays for tourists. It is hoped that with this renovation the weaving training and skills will continue. The Ulos Hutaraja Weaving Village can be arranged and equipped with various basic infrastructure, which is expected to increase the number of tourist visits. And vice versa in the location of the Huta Siallagan area, it are useful after the Bolon Roof are renovated. The Harapan University Service Team Medanand Asahan University (UNA, Kisaran, Medan) and the University of HKBP Nommensen, Medan undertaken outreach activities on the renovation of the roofs of traditional Bolon houses in the Huta Siallagan area, Ambarita area, Simanindo District, Samosir Island, Lake Toba, and Hutaraja Kampung Ulos Hutaraja in Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village, Kec. Pangururan Kab. Samosir.

Abstract

The  results of the socialization of the community service team that had been undertaken for 3 days at the Paluh Sebaji village location, Pantai pumpkin sub-district, Deli Serdang district, with village officials, community leaders, youth and the community in general both formally and written data undertaken in the field. Then we get some descriptions of the problem,  i.e .the lack of knowledge about planned development and description. Problem faced by the Paluh Sebaji village government in planned development, especially the Village Office Building Development Planning, herewith as a community service team participant tries to implement the existing knowledge, i.e. helping to describe the construction planning of the Paluh Sibaji village office using the autocad application. and an estimate of the financing issued adjusted for discussions with the village government that will be undertaken  the construction of the Paluh Sibaji Village office.

Abstract

Jalan Tol merupakan suatu jalan alternatif untuk mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas ataupun untuk mempersingkat jarak dari suatu tempat ketempat lain. PT. Jasamarga Kualanamu Tol merupakan perusahaan yang dipilih sebagai pemilik pekerjaan Jalan Tol. Pembangunan ruas jalan tol Medan–Kualanamu–Tebing Tinggi (MKTT) sepanjang 61,8 km ini terjadi karena adanya peningkatan jumlah Lalu Lintas Harian (LHR) yang menggunakan jalan utama lintas Sumatera (jalan eksisting). Borrow Material merupakan pekerjaan timbunan tanah yang bahan timbunannya berasal dari luar atau galian di tempat lain. Pada pekerjaan Borrow Material diperlukan Alat Berat sesuai pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan yaitu: alat pemuat material (Excavator), alat pengangkut material (DumpTruck), alat penghampar material (Bulldozer), alat perata material (Motor Grader), alat pemadat material (Vibratory Roller). Alat-alat tersebut sangat berpengaruh dengan pelaksanaan, sehingga diperlukan analisis perhitungan Alat Berat untuk menyesuaikan waktu pekerjaan dilapangan dengan waktu yang disediakan oleh pemilik proyek yaitu 20 minggu.Topik bahasan ini dititik beratkan pada perhitungan produktivitas Alat Berat pada pekerjaan Borrow Material. Dimana produktivitas Alat Berat yang didapat yaitu: Excavator 107,07 m3/jam, Dump Truck 9,47 m3/jam, Buldozer 148,00 m3/jam, Motor Grader 315,06 m3/jam dan Vibratory Roller 96,25 m3/jam. Kombinasi ideal yaitu: 1 unit Excavator dikombinasikan dengan 11 unit Dump Truck dengan waktu pekerjaan selama 18 minggu.
