Abstract

Pesantren literature once triumphed in the '30s through works created by the pesantren themselves, whether or not they present an Islamic boarding school background. One such era was represented by Djamil Suherman. After that period, the literary world was more concerned with the critical attitude of literary writers to the government during the transition to independence. Entering the 2000s, Islamic boarding school literature began to come to life again along with the birth of young writers with a santri background, including Acep Zamzam Noer and Habiburrahman El Shirazy. However, before the two of them came to the fore, Djamil Suherman appeared first through his work pouring religious moral ideas through literature. This writing will reveal Djamil Suherman's actions in carrying out the mission of the pesantren in the midst of the complex challenges of the times, and it is hoped that the results will provide a picture of the worthy khal, that the pesantren world is an integral part of the development of Indonesian literature.

Abstract

Bats belong to the order Chiroptera which is included in mammals, and which is also included in vertebrate animals that have the ability to fly. In addition, bats experience evolution, such as morphological evolution that occurs on the wings. Evolution is a change in an organism from simple to more complex. The characteristics of vertebrates are vertebrates and have symmetry, namely bilateral symmetry, and nothocord which comes from their ancestors, namely chordates. Bats are one of the most widespread mammals, although fossils of bats themselves are not widely found. Although bats are found in many other areas, molecular studies support the origin of bats from northern continents such as Asia, Europe or North America. To find out how bats can evolve and survive until now requires in-depth knowledge of theories that explain major events such as natural selection and competition by studying literature. The skull bones of bats can be distinguished based on their foods, and their echolocation abilities can also be classified into two suborders, namely Yinpterochiroptera and Yangochiroptera.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the morphology of thallus lichen types as a bioindicator of air pollution in Cibiru. The method used is exploratory descriptive with survey techniques. Sampling was carried out at the Cibiru roundabout park which has a range of air temperatures and humidity levels, namely an air temperature of 28° and an air humidity level of 77.2%. The results of this research were that 1 type of lichen was found which belongs to the genus Dirinaria, namely Dirinaria applanata, with the characteristic of having irregular and folded lobes with relatively loose ends attached to the substrate, often containing rizines to help them attach to the substrate. The general morphology of the thalus found at the observation site tends to be round, elongated vertically, and irregular. The general morphological color of the thalus found is gray, bluish or almost white. Lichen can be used as a bioindicator for air quality tests, indicating air pollution. With the level of lichen diversity decreasing, the air quality is low.

Abstract

Basically, In order to have a lasting, contented, and successful family, a man and a woman must physically and spiritually join via marriage. This marriage contract gives both parties the right to enjoy a relationship in accordance with the Shari'a. This study aims to reveal and compare the views of scholars from various schools of thought (Hanafiyah, Malikiah, Syafi ivah, and Hanabilah) regarding temporary marriage, namely “Nikah Mutah,” which is viewed from the legal arguments of each scholar. The descriptive technique was used in this study. which describes the thoughts of previous scholars regarding mut'ah marriage and the legal basis they used. The study's findings indicate that the ulama agree to prohibit mutah marriages absolutely, based on several propositions and the Qur'an, such as surah An-Nisa (4) 24. Al-Mu'minun (23): 5-7, and At- Thalaq (65) 1, as well as various hadiths. The consensus of scholars also supports the prohibition of mut'ah marriage. On the other hand, the Svi'ah view regarding mut'ah marriage is that this marriage is permitted, referring to QS An-Nisa (4): 24, which is considered to be related to temporary marriage. This mut'ah marriage allowed during the period the beginning of Islamic history, and some narrations from Shiite sources indicate that the law on mut'ah marriage was never canceled by the Koran or the Prophet Muhammad SAW. According to Shiite scholars, the prohibition on mut'ah marriage occurred during the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab, which they consider as an ijtihad.
