Abstract

Penelitian pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup gelondongan ikan kancra bodas (Labeobarbus douronensis) pada padat tebar yang berbeda bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepadatan yang optimal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan wadah transparan volume 150 l. Hewan uji berasal dari benih alam dengan ukuran rata rata 5.2 cm (TL) dan 1.57 g/ind (BW). Sebagai perlakuan, empat tingkat kepadatan dengan 3 kali ulangan masing masing 10 (A), 20 (B), 30 (C) dan 40 (D) ind/tangki. Masing-masing perlakuan diberikan pakan alami (Moina sp, Daphnia sp, larva nyamuk, cyclop dan cacing) dan pakan buatan (pelet) setiap hari secara adlibitum. Untuk mengetahui pola pertumbuhan (panjang dan berat) dan kelangsungan hidup, dilakukan pengamatan setiap 2 minggu sekali. Pada akhir penelitian didapatkan pola pertumbuhan sebesar 11.47 ± 0.68 cm (TL) dan 15.17 g/ind (BW) (A), 10.33 ± 0.58 cm (TL) dan 11.68 g/ind (BW) (B), 9.54 ± 0.87 cm (TL)  dan 7.86 g/ind (BW) (C), 8.67 ± 1.05 cm (TL) dan 6.17 g/ind  (BW) (D). Abstract

Aplikasi probiotik Effective Microorganism (EM) pada pakan telah dilakukan selama 90 hari pada tahap pembesaran ikan nila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji produktifitas dan kelayakan ekonomi budidaya ikan nila dengan menggunakan probiotik EM pada pakan mandiri. Penelitian ini bersifat ekperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Terdapat lima perlakuan, yang terdiri dari dua kontrol, kontrol negatif (KN) tidak menggunakan pelarut dan probiotik EM, kontrol positif (KP) menggunakan pelarut probiotik EM dan 3 level konsentrasi probiotik EM; perlakuan A (5 ml/kg pakan), perlakuan B (10 ml/kg pakan), dan perlakuan C (15 ml/kg pakan). Analisis data pertumbuhan ikan menggunakan ANOVA sedangkan untuk analisis usaha budidaya dilakukan secara desktriptif dari data penggunaan bahan dan alat yang digunakan serta penerimaan hasil panen yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan C mempengaruhi pertumbuhan panjang ikan, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, dan rasio konversi pakan, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi aspek sintasan, dan total konsumsi pakan. Nilai pertambahan panjang, laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan rasio konversi pakan perlakuan C sebesar 146±1,95 mm. 1,22±0,11 dan 3,23±0,02%. Total penerimaan (Rp. 22.243.233, -), NPV (Rp. 47.058.678,-), IRR (36,62%), dan Net B/C (25,32).

Abstract

Myrtaceae is one of the largest families, numbering 5500 species. General characteristics of this family include taproots, woody stems, thin skin, shrubs, tannins, single leaves, and flat leaf edges. The fruit is in the form of tubers, tops, capsules and drupes. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of plants belonging to the Myrtaceae and to determine the morphology and distribution of the Myrtaceae family. The research was conducted on June 12 2023 in Andir Village, RT.01 / RW.08, Rancamulya Village, Sumedang Utara District, Sumedang Regency. The method used is the method of exploration and observation by exploring the research location while observing the surrounding plants. The species results obtained included Syzygium aqueum totaling 4 individuals, Syzygium polyanthum totaling 6 individuals, Syzygium myrtifolium Walp totaling 176 individuals and Psidium guajava L totaling 7 individuals.

Abstract

Natural resources are the main component in building a biological culture system in the span of the earth. Efforts to manage natural resources, especially plants, are characterized by utilization according to their characteristics. The Arecaceae family (palm) belongs to the plant family of the oldest among flowering plants. This research was conducted through an exploratory survey on plants of the Arecaceae family in the area of Campus 1, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung. There were nine plant species found with a total number of individuals of all species totaling 148. The diversity index of palm plants in the Campus I area of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung obtained a result of 1.59. The utilization of Arecaceae plants is very diverse for each organ, namely fruits, roots, flowers, leaves, roots, and stems which are divided into five categories of needs, food sources, traditional medicines, building materials, handicrafts, and other uses.

Abstract

Indonesia is considered one of the 17 megadiverse countries. The second biggest group of plants is moss. Indonesia approximately has a wide variety of moss. The method we used is explorative study and documentation that aimed to identify moss species at Djuanda Forest Park. Identify processed guided by identification book named Mengenal Tumbuhan Lumut (Bryophyta) Deskripsi, Klasifikasi, Potensi, dan Cara mempelajarinya oleh Marheny Lukitasari (2018). As A result, we identified 10 species of moss at Djuanda Forest Park.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the global scale problems in the health sector. Stunting is the condition of impaired growth and development of the children. Stunting is related to the increases in morbidity, death, and decreased or inhibited physical, motoric or functional body and mental growth especially in children. Based on Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskedas), Indonesia is ranked 2nd highest stunting cases in Southeast Asia and the 5th highest in the world in 2018. One of the major causes of stunting is nutritional fulfillment or nutrient intake, absorption and utilization of mother or children. Therefore, it is needed to make functional food innovation that can solve this problem. This study aim is to make a functional food innovation based on healthy noodles for children also mother to prevent stunting. This study was carried out by making healthy noodles namely Mocavita. Mocavita is made from kenikir, pumpkin, mocaf flour and mung beans flour as ingredients which then creates into 3 formulas (F1, F2 and F3). Organoleptic test was conducted to know which one of the formulas that is most liked by people. It is found that Mocavita made from Formula 1 is the best and the most liked by 30 panelists.

Abstract

Cyperaceae is a family of liliopsida plants. Plants belonging to the cyperaaceae are a puzzle. This study aims to determine the diversity and morphological characteristics of the Cyperaceae family in the Rajasanagara Cibiru Residential Area, Bandung. The research was carried out by direct observation, then the results of these observations were described. Cyperus species were found with the species cyperus alternifolius and cyperus kyllingia. The two species have similarities and differences respectively.

Abstract

One of the families of the Rutaceae family is the orange. But only three categories are mandarin, big orange, and lemon orange that are considered genuine orange. Citrus aurantifolia, lemon (Citrus limon L.), and lemon orange (Citrus jambhiri) are cross-fruit fruits of the original orange. The purpose of this research is to find out the variety of species and morphology of citrus plants (Citrus sp) that are in the Jabong region, Subang, West Java. The methods used in this research include field surveys, qualitative methods and descriptive methods of morphological analysis to determine existing species and varieties. Research results show that the Subang region has a significant diversity of the Citrus sp. family, with the discovery of several species such as Citrus aurantiifolia, Citrus limon, and Citrus jambhiri. (jeruk limau). Morphological analysis reveals variations in the size, shape, and color of the fruit. Such diversity demonstrates the great potential to produce superior orange cultivars of high commercial value and environmental adaptability to local conditions.

Abstract

Poaceae which is characterized by woody stems, segmented reeds, with a hollow book in the middle, yellow, green or purple outer skin. Young stems are always covered with a very tight sheath, hairy brown or blackish, the sheath will fall off as the length of the stem grows. Plant inventory aims to determine the potential and benefits of a plant so that it can be used as a literature study for everyone. There are 4 species of plants found in Cibiru Hilir, namely lemongrass, rice, love grass, and bamboo trees. The morphological identification carried out can be seen through individual observations which are then compared with the literature.

Abstract

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a fruit that is loved by people all over the world. This research aims to determine the morphological characteristics of mango fruit in Panyileukan District, West Java, Indonesia. This research was conducted in four villages, namely Mekar Mulya, Cipadung Kidul, Cipadung Wetan and Cipadung Kulon. This research aims to determine the morphological characters of mangoes in Panyileukan District. Field data collection was carried out by observing the mango varieties planted by the community in their home gardens. A total of eight varieties of mango were found at the research location: mango gedong, garifta, arumanis, cengkir, kaweni, grogot, simanalagi and apple. Each mango variety has different morphological characteristics. Botanical identification was carried out by comparing the morphological characteristics of mango trees using several publications, including journals, magazines and websites.
