Abstract

Students were demanded to get a good mark on each subject; nevertheless, their teamwork learning skills were lack asked to participate in the learning process. This research had the aim to improve the students' mathematics teamwork learning skills using the model of cooperative learning CRH. This research was a type of classroom action research. Subjects of research were the student's VII D grades of SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta on even semester in the academic year of 2016/2017. The object of research was mathematics teamwork learning skills using the model of cooperative learning CRH. The data collecting technique consisted of an interview, observation, triangulation, and test. The instrument of the research consisted of observation sheets and interview guides. This research was conducted in two cycles. The cycle was stopped after the result of the indicator was reached out to a minimum of 61% or good criteria. The research results showed that the model of cooperative learning CRH could improve VII D grades students' mathematics teamwork learning skills. It was proved that there was an increase in every cycle from the result of observation analysis toward students. In cycle 1, the percentage of students' teamwork learning skills reached out 50 % in enough criteria. Then, cycle II increased to be 69,93 % in good criteria. It means that there was an increase of 19,93 %. Based on the result of the interview with the students, it also showed that there was a positive response from the students.

Abstract

Abstract

The availability of teaching materials based on the 2013 curriculum to facilitate students to self-study actively and independently is still limited. The quadrilateral and triangle material math modules are some of the alternative teaching materials used to actively facilitate active learning. This study aims to develop a quadrilateral and triangle material mathematical module for students of class VII SMP / MTs based on the 2013 curriculum and know the feasibility of modules developed based on material experts, media experts, and student responses. This research type is the research of development, in the form of math material module of quadrilateral and triangle for class VII student of Junior High School (SMP/MTs) based on curriculum 2013. In developing this module, the researcher refers to the model development of ADDIE covering five stages: analysis, design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used in this research are the assessment sheets for the material expert, the assessment sheet for the media expert, and the student response questionnaire. This study's subjects are material experts, media experts, and students of SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta and MTs Muhammadiyah Karangkajen. Data collection technique collection in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research and development show that the module. The mathematics developed included in the category is very well based questionnaire assessment by a material expert with a score of 136,67; Questionnaire assessment by experts media with a score of 126,33; and average student response results in this study is 130,05. The assessment results show that the mathematics module quadrilateral and triangular materials for grade VII students of SMP / MTs based on the 2013 curriculum are worthy of use in the learning process.

This research uses design research to design a worksheet. The aims of this research are to develop a worksheet based on contextual and to know the validity criteria in material aspect, media aspect, and student's response. This research uses R & D research. The development of the worksheet includes: (a) gathering information, (b) design for worksheet, (c) doing validity in the expert, and (d) doing revision. For the proper of the worksheet includes: (a) tested, (b) analyze data, and (c) the proper of worksheet criteria. The subject of this research are the matter expert, media expert, mathematics teacher, and the students. This research using descriptive-quantitative data to describe the suggests from the matter expert, media expert, mathematics teacher, and the students through worksheets based on contextual which is developed.  The result of this research can develop a worksheet based on contextual in trigonometry of x grade students. The mean of this result is 114,333 and the highest score is 130 in very good criteria for material aspect. In the media aspect, the mean is 101 and the highest score is 110 in very good criteria. In the student's response, the mean of the cluster score is 110,03 and the highest score is 130 in very good criteria. This result shows that the worksheet can be used for teaching and learning.
