Abstract

The desire to have a dream house makes people consider of the criteria of the house they will be lived. Many developers offer a variety of house alternatives ranging from price, location, design, building area and land area. Customers are pleased to choose their dream house as their desired. Based on that situation, this research is conduct to create a web-bases application for home selection that consider the useful criteria to help consumers choose a decent home by using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method has the concept that the best alternative has the shortest distance from a positive ideal solution and also has the farthest distance from a negative ideal solution. This TOPSIS method is applied to provide recommendations on the choice of home decisions in the South Tangerang area based on predetermined criteria. The results obtained in the TOPSIS calculation are the housing recommendations that are closest to the value of the calculation result.

Abstract

PD. Asia Agung Pontianak is the only official distributor of Ajinomoto in the West Kalimantan region. Every year this company needs to find out the amount of turnover that will be obtained in the coming year. Unfortunately, the company only makes predictions using the average income from each year which is very less accurate. This research is conduct to create visualizations and predictions using multiple linear regression methods to predict the turnover obtained in the coming year. Multiple linear regression is a regression analysis method that can use more than 2 variables in the prediction process which is divided into 2 parts, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results obtained in this research are prediction results in 2019 using data from 2010 to 2018 as a basis. Prediction results show that the longer the data used the smaller the error rate obtained. The original data from the company is visualized using a dashboard on tableau software so that the data could be easier to analyze by the company.

Abstract

This study will examine the cyberbullying phenomenon that was experienced by Indonesian Youtubers in their Instagram comment section. Cyberbullying is the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. Youtubers are the subject of this research due to their massive following, who constantly responds to every content posted on their Instagram page. The algorithm chosen to conduct this sentiment analysis was Support Vector Machine (SVM) due to their high accuracy percentage. The data used in this analysis was retrieved from 10 Indonesian Youtuber Instagram accounts. In order to analyze this data, several step was done including text mining, data cleansing, data modeling and applying model to test data. The result of analysis using an SVM model with an accuracy of 81.2% is 49.524% of comments on an Indonesian Youtuber comment section are considered as cyberbullying.

Abstract

The performance of information technology governance by PT GTI has not been optimal and there has never been a measurement of information technology governance capability. Based on these problems, it is necessary to measure the capability of information technology governance and make an appropriate information technology management recommendation that can be used as a guide—the measurement of the COBIT 5.0 framework. The data collection method consisted of observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data collection results will produce findings, impacts, and recommendations for PT GTI. Measuring the capability of information technology governance used includes Planning, Preparation, Implementation, and Measurement Reporting. The study focused on 3 IT processes and obtained the following capability level results: APO04 Manage Innovation got a score of 78.4% and stopped at level 3, APO07 Managed Human Resource with a score of 81.07% and stopped at level 1, and BAI08 Manage Knowledge got to score 61% and stop at level 2.

Abstract

Gereja Katolik Paroki St. Agustinus Karawaci sudah memiliki website yang dibuat dan dikelola mandiri. Namun sayangnya informasi yang tersedia pada website tersebut tidak pernah diperbarui. Bagi umat yang mengakses website tersebut cenderung tidak percaya karena konten yang ada dalam website tersebut statis, dan tidak up-to-date. Oleh karena itu kami berkeinginan untuk membuatkan aplikasi berbasis Android yang dapat dipercaya oleh para umat dalam mencari informasi yang berkaitan dengan Gereja Katolik Paroki St. Agustinus Karawaci. Kegiatan dilakukan dimulai dari melakukan survey awal bersama dengan pihak Gereja Katolik Paroki St. Agustinus Karawaci. Setelah melakukan survey awal, selanjutnya melakukan identifikasi permasalahan yang ingin diselesaikan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Adapun hasil dari survey awal adalah Gereja Katolik Paroki St. Agustinus Karawaci membutuhkan suatu aplikasi berbasis Android yang dapat membantu umat Gereja mendapatkan informasi. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten video yang berkualitas. Kegiatan lanjutan adalah menyediakan aplikasi berbasis Android bagi Gereja Katolik Paroki St. Agustinus Karawaci agar dapat memudahkan dalam penyebaran informasi terkait acara Gereja.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah menggiatkan upaya untuk memenuhi target Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL) di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dijalankan yaitu penyuluhan kepada para ibu untuk mengedukasi mereka apa pentingnya imunisasi kepada bayi, sehingga dapat mendorong para ibu untuk membawa anaknya mendapatkan imunisasi, terutama 5 Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap. Kementrian Kesehatan Indonesia juga mengupayakan untuk menjamin akses pelayanan di daerah yang sulit dijangkau dengan cara bekerja sama dengan lintas sektor lainnya, menjamin ketersediaan vaksin, dan pelatihan kepada petugas kesehatan. Urgensi permasalahan prioritas merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan, guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian bayi dan balita. Objek yang akan diambil adalah Desa Lengkong Kulon, lokasinya di pesisir sungai cisadane, Desa Lengkong Kulon Kecamatan Pagedangan - Kabupaten Tangerang. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah puskesmas pagedangan di Desa Lengkong Kulon ini belum memiliki sistem imunisasi online sebagai fasilitas kesehatan berbasis web yang dapat mengingatkan para ibu untuk mengimunisasi anaknya tepat waktu. Selain itu proses penyebaran informasi mengenai ketersediaan vaksin di Puskesmas masih belum tersistem dan penghitungan stok yang dibutuhkan masih menggunakan perkiraan secara manual. Program penerapan sistem imunisasi pada puskesmas pagedangan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem imunisasi online berbasis web yang dapat membantu para bayi mendapatkan imunisasi secara tepat waktu dengan cara mengirimkan pengingat (reminder) kepada pihak Puskesmas dan pihak ibu, sehingga kedua pihak tersebut dapat mempersiapkan hal-hal yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi imunisasi, terutama Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap. Selain itu sistem imunisasi ini juga dapat membantu Puskesmas mempersiapkan vaksin yang akan dibutuhkan pada waktu tertentu. Kegiatan akan dilakukan pada beberapa tahap meliputi (1) survey lokasi; (2) persiapan lokasi; (3) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana; (4) perekrutan peserta dan asisten trainer; (5) perekrutan koordinator lapangan; (6) pelaksanaan pengabdian (pelatihan, produksi, promosi dan distribusi); (7) evaluasi hasil produksi, promosi dan distribusi; dan (8) penulisan laporan PKM.

Abstract

Many studies can be used as references regarding the application of information systems in companies that can optimize business processes. Information Systems can be designed according to the needs of each company. Concerning the company, PT Artindo Pratama Sejahtera is a private company engaged in paint production. One of the problems in business processes at the company is when the sales report activity from the salesperson to the warehouse admin section needs to be recorded in the database because it still uses the short message/chat application media. In addition, the short messages/chats often pile up. Based on the literature review that has been done from previous research, these problems can be overcome by implementing an information system. The purpose and contribution of this research are to optimize business processes in reporting activities so that they become integrated. The output of this research is a website-based Sales Reporting Information System. Before the Information System was implemented at PT Artindo Pratama Sejahtera, functionality testing was carried out by system users using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method with the black box testing model and obtaining results according to company needs so that they could overcome the problems described earlier.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to develop a decision support system (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Solution (TOPSIS) and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) approaches to evaluate the Posyandu Program. The case study focuses on Posyandu in Tangerang Selatan Regional. The local government runs Posyandu, an Indonesian public health service facility for women and children. This DSS system uses the TOPSIS approach to employ the ranking function and select the best alternative based on agreed-upon criteria with the local Posyandu. This approach calculates the distance between each option with a positive ideal solution and a negative ideal solution and then computes the relative preference value, which determines how to rank. In addition, the SMART approach assigns weights to each predefined criterion. Using the TOPSIS and SMART approaches to implement DSS at Posyandu helps people make decisions by providing them with the best ranking results based on predefined criteria. Thus, it is believed that the findings of this study would improve the quality of Posyandu services and contribute to the overall health of the community.

Abstract

IT integration with healthcare, mainly through Internet of Things-based health monitoring systems, is crucial to improving healthcare management in the digital age. However, challenges remain in the design of an integrated IT architecture that can support the sustainability and effectiveness of IoT health monitoring systems, which still need to be addressed. The shortcomings in the literature related to the application of a holistic IT architecture framework to address these challenges indicate a knowledge gap that needs to be filled. Through the application of the TOGAF methodology, this research seeks to design and analyze an integrated IT architecture for IoT-based health monitoring systems in Indonesia, taking a qualitative approach through case studies, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The main findings show that the application of the TOGAF framework successfully addresses the challenges of interoperability, data security, and system scalability by effectively integrating IoT technologies in the healthcare environment and considering the local social and infrastructural context. The implementation of the IT architecture developed based on the TOGAF methodology demonstrated improved coordination between IoT devices and backend systems, facilitated secure and real-time data flow, and accommodated the scalability and sustainability needs of the system. The findings have significant implications in supporting the development of more efficient and effective health monitoring systems, offering strategic guidance for system developers, policymakers, and IT practitioners within the healthcare sector.

Abstract

The study-case method was applied in this research at a stationery store. The problems derive from an observation of a stationary store called Andesta, a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSMEs) run by individuals who engage in stationery and document procurement. The problem is that transactions are not properly recorded, preventing the store from knowing the profits and losses incurred during a certain period. As a result, the availability of stocks coming in and out is unclear. This issue will be resolved by developing an integrated sales and inventory system. The prototype method is implemented in the system development lifecycle. The system will be constructed as soon as the design is completed and accepted by the business owner. The CodeIgniter framework and MySQL databases were used to build the system. The construction of the sales and inventory system is supposed to support stores in running their business processes more efficiently.
