Abstract

Based on the performance measurement, the 2016 Performance Indicator agreed between the Director General of Health Efforts Development of Ministry of Health and the President Director of Abdul Moeloek Hospital has not fully achieved the set target. The authors suspect that the target is not achieved is due to lack of performance and employee job satisfaction. This is the impact of the management of human resource management that is allegedly less targeted, especially in the areas of human resource development and employee compensation is not appropriate. This research is survey with Path analysis. Functional employee of General Hospital. Abdul Moeloek numbered 669 employees. Samples taken by 250 respondents. The conclusion of this research is that the research support the proposed hypothesis, that is (1) there is relationship of human resource development and compensation to the employees, (2) there is influence of human resources development and compensation partially to employee job satisfaction, (3) the influence of human resource development and compensation simultaneously on job satisfaction of employees of RSAM, (4) there is influence of job satisfaction on RSAM employee performance. Suggestion from this research is employee development must be done continuously according to employee requirement and compensation in the form of remuneration succeed to improve job satisfaction and employee performance, therefore must be maintained.Keywords: Human Resource Development, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Valuation is the process of determining what a reasonable price for a stock value approach used is one of determining the intrinsic value of securities, the value of the securities should be based on facts. The output of this research is Products in the form of design models stock price valuation approach based on intrinsic value. Explanatory research which explains the causal relationship and correlation between variables through hypothesis testing. Explanatory research aims to clarify the relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing based on field data. Sampling with the specified criteria, namely: the company has a market capitalization terbersar, a company listed on the LQ-45 August 2013 - January 2014, the company paid dividends in 2013 and the company does not undertake stock split  The documentation can be done by collecting data by retrieving data from the record, and the corresponding report to the problems examined, which is where the work was related to the object that the stock price valuation. The stage of collecting data in the field by Moleong (2000: 85-103), can be divided into three, namely; pre-court stage, the stage of field work and data analysis stage. Key word: Stock Price, Intrinsic Value

Abstract

Universities hold a strategic role in society as the teaching university, the research university, and the bastion of civilization. In this decade, the challenges of the universities become more complex where a paradigm shift in the universities occur such as: (1) the shifting of the role of the universities due to the influence of the globalization; (2) the scarcity of resources in response to changes with the proper way; (3) the development of the science and technology which accelerates rapidly; and (4) the development of the rapid entrepreneurial culture. Some important and fundamental issues facing the universities college in Indonesia today is that the existence of the universities college in Indonesia still faces a number of obstacles in the policy, the implementation, the monitoring, and the evaluation. Moreover, the issue of quality and the relevance of outputs of the universities have not contributed optimally in the world of industry and society. The universities have not optimally been able to become the important sectorwhich can produce a significant number of entrepreneurs with the orientation of job creation and self-reliance. Based on the background of this grant research above, it can be concluded that the strategy of private universities towards the world class or high quality is studied. The method used was a qualitative research consisting of studying literature, conducting interviews, and distributing questionnaires to the informants in the universities in four provinces or cities in the area of The coordinator of The Private UniversitiesII of the southern sumatra and the analysis models. The following method used a quantitative method to measure the parameters of the performance of the universities and entrepreneurial growths of the universities. According to the results of the research in the first, second, and third year, a model to improve the e-governance-based quality to the universities through the research focus, the entrepreneurship, and the development of the resources was developed in the area of The coordinator of The Private Universities II of the southern sumatra. The final result of the improvement of e-governance-based quality in the universities in southern sumatra was the manifestation of the policy of the ministry of the higher education and research in implementing the management of the world-class universities, the scientific publications, and the reference textbooks. KEYWORDS: Quality, E-Governance, Research, Enterprise and Development
