Abstract

The goal in this research is how the influence return on equity and earning per share on the tire company's stock price in the automotive sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this research is tire company in automotive sector and components listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange forperiod that is 2007-2016 period with amount of company sample counted 3 company, overall amount of data analyzed is counted 30 data. Data collection method in this research is indirect method, that is secondary data of financial statement. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews software 5.0 .The results of this study show that simultaneously Return on Equity and Earnings per share have a significant influence on the stock price of 63.82% and the rest of 36.17% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the partial test the rate of return on equity and earnings per share gives a positive significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

AbstractThe Research is title The Influence of mind mapping technique and students’ attitude toward the students’ ability in writing a recount text the First year students of SMPN 45 Palembang. The findings of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant difference in average score of writing a recount text between the positive and negative students’ attitude who were taught using mind mapping technique, indicated by p-output (0.002).(2) there was a significant difference in average score of writing a recount text between the positive and negative students’ attitude who were taught using conventional strategy, indicated by p-output (0.003). (3) there was a significant difference in average score of writing a recount text between the positive students’ attitude who were taught using mind mapping technique and those who were taught using conventional strategy, indicated by p-output (0.000). Therefore, it can be concluded that Mind Mapping Technique improved students’ writing achievement. Keywords: Mind Mapping Technique, Students’ Attitude, Students’ Ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kendala pengambilan keputusan modal pada UMKM Fruite Store Agung di Kosambi, Karawang. Toko Buah Agung menghadapi sejumlah kendala, termasuk risiko barang rusak, fluktuasi pendapatan harian, dan ketergantungan pada utang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Buah Agung menerapkan strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasi kendala, seperti penyesuaian pembelian stok, manajemen modal harian yang cermat, dan pencatatan keuangan yang terperinci. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku UMKM lainnya, dengan menekankan pentingnya fleksibilitas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan penggunaan teknologi sederhana untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam manajemen bisnis.
