Abstract

This training aims to provide organizational and leadership knowledge in running and managing an organization through the application of appropriate organizational management and leadership based on the characteristics of an organization. Organizational management is useful to determine the success and sustainable development in the midst of the times in the current era of globalization, an organization must have a good system. A good organization should have members who have adequate management knowledge in running an organization so that the vision and mission can be achieved according to the goals and or ideals of the organization and stakeholders. The results of this training activity showed that the level of understanding of the participants had increased, as evidenced by the results of the discussion of the case as well as problem solving and finding solutions presented by the participants in accordance with the material presented previously. The importance of this training for the organization is because the existence of this training will provide added value for the management and members of the organization so that they can run their organizations effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the stated organizational goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian AMDK Merek Dharma. 2) pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian AMDK Merek Dharma. 3) pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian AMDK Merek Dharma. 4) pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian AMDK Merek Dharma. Model yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 16. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data skunder dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang di tunjukan dengan nilai untuk variabel kualitas produk ialah sebesar 0.000 dimana nilai ini < 0,05. 2) Harga berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai untuk variabel harga ialah sebesar 0.820 dimana nilai ini > dari 0,05. 3) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai untuk variabel promosi ialah sebesar 0.005 dimana nilai ini < 0,05. Secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 31,0%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara signifikan Motivasi Dan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Selama Penggunaan E-Learning Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah responden 114 orang. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dan dukungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa selama penggunaan e-learning masa pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumers’ behavior in shopping as the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic from offline to online indirectly has an impact on the prevalence of the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. This study aims to identify whether there is a psychological influence of consumers such as the nature of materialism on impulsive buying and compulsive buying tendencies among adolescents in Mataram City. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with a sample of 110. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence and relationship between the nature of materialism and impulsive buying. There is a positive and significant effect of materialism on compulsive buying tendencies. There is a positive and significant influence of impulsive buying on the tendency of compulsive buying in local teenagers in Mataram City.
