Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi kerja dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam membuat pembukuan pada pemilik dan karyawan di Rumah Makan Taliwang 1 Cakranegara. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara pemberian pelatihan tentang semangat motivasi kerja terhadap 15 karyawan dan menggunakan sistem melalui pendampingan pada karyawan. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah tahap presentasi pelatihan, analisa, praktek dan evaluasi atas materi yang telah di sampaikan.Hasil Pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan meningkat setelah diberikan semangat motivasi oleh pemateri dengan ditunjukkan oleh antusiasme karyawan/partisipan dalam menceritakan masalah yang dihadapi selama berkerja dan usahanya dalam mencari solusi dari setiap masalah.Selain itu karyawan juga mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan softskill mereka dalam membuat pembukuan menggunakan system Ms.Office agar bekerja menjadi lebih efisien, dapat menghemat waktu dan meminimalisir kesalahanditunjukkan dengan hasil evaluasi praktek menyatakan karyawan sudah bisa menerapkan metode tersebut. Abstract: This training aims to foster work motivation and improve the ability to make bookkeeping for employees at Taliwang 1 Cakranegara Restaurant. The method used is by providing training on work motivation for 15 employees and using the system through mentoring to employees. The steps taken are the presentation stage of the training, analysis, practice and evaluation of the material that has been conveyed. The results of this service show that employee motivation has increased after being motivated by the speaker by showing the enthusiasm of employees / participants in telling the problems encountered during work and their efforts in finding solutions to each problem. In addition, employees are also able to increase awareness and ability of their soft skills in making bookkeeping using the MS.Office system so that work becomes more efficient, can save time and minimize errors indicated by the results of practice evaluation states employees can apply the method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara signifikan Antara Job Insecurity Terhadap Stres Karyawan Pelaku Pariwisata Perhotelan Akibat Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Pada Karyawan Golden Palace Hotel Lombok). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penentuan sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling yaitu sampling aksidental dengan total kuesioner yang terkumpul 85 orang. Metode penentuan sampel adalah Non Probability Sampling yaitu Sampling aksidental. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap stres karyawan pelaku pariwisata perhotelan akibat dampak pandemi Covid-19. Pihak manajemen Golden Palace Hotel Lombok diharapkan dapat memperhatikan hasil dari penelitian ini khususnya berkaitan dengan job insecurity dengan tingkat sedang menurut penilaian responden pada masa pandemi ini, agar karyawan dapat tetap merasa aman dan tidak khawatir atas keberlanjutan karirnya. Diharapkan pula bagi pihak manajemen untuk mengelola stress karyawan agar selalu memberikan kinerja terbaiknya untuk perusahaan.

Abstract

AbstrakWork From Home (WFH) merupakan teleworking suatu tipe pekerjaan yang dilakukan dari rumah secara regular tanpa harus datang ke tempat kerja. Di masa pandemi covid-19, pemerintah menerapkan peraturan WFH bertujuan untuk mengurangi penyebaran covid-19. Proses monitoring tridharma dosen sebelumnya dilakukan secara langsung oleh Prodi S1 Manajemen harus dilakukan dengan cara daring. E-Monitoring merupakan pengawasan dan pemantauan proses kerja melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah penerapan Trello dalam membantu Prodi S1 Manajemen  memantau kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dosen pada masa pandemi covid-19. Trello merupakan suatu aplikasi visual dengan gaya kanban (kartu catatan atau note) yang digunakan untuk mengorganisai pekerjaan. Penerapan Trello sebagai tools dalam melakukan e-monitoring  tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dosen Prodi Manajemen sangat bermanfaat. Melalui trello, Kaprodi dapat mengetahui sejauh mana progress yang dilakukan dosen pada kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government implemented WFH regulations aimed at reducing the spread of Covid-19. Previously, the lecturers' Tridharma monitoring process was carried out directly by the S1 Management Study Program and must be done online. E-Monitoring is the supervision and monitoring of work processes through the use of information technology. The purpose of this research is the application of Trello in helping the Undergraduate Management Study Program to monitor the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Trello is a visual application in the style of a Kanban (note card or note) used to organize work. The application of Trello as a tool in conducting e-monitoring of the Tridharma of Higher Education for Management Study Program lecturers is very useful. Through Trello, the Head of Study Program can find out the extent of the progress made by lecturers in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activity.Keywords: E-Monitoring, Trello, Work From Home

Abstract

This training aims to provide organizational and leadership knowledge in running and managing an organization through the application of appropriate organizational management and leadership based on the characteristics of an organization. Organizational management is useful to determine the success and sustainable development in the midst of the times in the current era of globalization, an organization must have a good system. A good organization should have members who have adequate management knowledge in running an organization so that the vision and mission can be achieved according to the goals and or ideals of the organization and stakeholders. The results of this training activity showed that the level of understanding of the participants had increased, as evidenced by the results of the discussion of the case as well as problem solving and finding solutions presented by the participants in accordance with the material presented previously. The importance of this training for the organization is because the existence of this training will provide added value for the management and members of the organization so that they can run their organizations effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the stated organizational goals.

Abstract

Application of barrier options for determining insurance premiums for agricultural commodity prices due to lower selling prices by applying certain barrier levels. In determining the price of insurance premiums for agricultural commodity prices such as rice, the price is assumed to follow the Brown Geometric Motion and for the determination of the barrier level line the researcher uses the Brown Bridge Motion so that there is a relationship between Bridge and Barrier. In conclusion, we obtain a model to determine the number of insurance premiums. The barrier option model approach is used to construct a fairer formula for insurance premiums on agricultural commodity prices.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and determine the significant effect of compensation and work environment on the work satisfaction and organisational commitment of employees of Y generation working in banking sector in the city of Mataram, Indonesia. The population of this explanatory research are all employees including those of Y generation, all of whose number is unknown exactly. The data were collected with survey method from samples selected through nonprobability sampling which was limited by criteria of respondents (purposive sampling). The questionnaires were distributed online. 182 respondents participated in this research. The data then were processed with structured equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS program version 20.0. Based on the data processing with the SEM, it showed that compensation had positive and significant effect on organisational commitment, work environment had positive effect on organisational commitment, work satisfation had positive effect on organisational commitment, compensation had positive effect on work satisfaction, and work environment had positive effect on work satisfaction. Keywords : compensation, work environment, work satisfaction,  organizational commitment, and Y generation

Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to help MSMEs in preparing a good and professional company profile so that MSMEs can increase their competitiveness in the current era of globalization. The problem faced by partners is a lack of knowledge and skills in creating a good and professional company profile. The method used in this activity is in the form of training which is divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, delivery of material and training and discussion. The material presented in this activity is the concept of a company profile, the function of a company profile and how to prepare a company profile. The results of the training activities carried out show that there has been an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME managers in developing MSMEs.

Abstract

The role of organizational climate in an organization is very important, if the organizational climate does not support the work motivation will be lost, and it will result in imperfect work results and the results in providing services to customers (consumers) become unsatisfactory. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of organizational climate factors consisting of psychological dimensions, structural dimensions, social dimensions, and bureaucratic dimensions in increasing the work motivation of PDAM Giri Menang Mataram employees. This type of research is included in associative research which uses a sample survey method in data collection. The analytical tool used is t test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that organizational climate factors consisting of psychological dimensions, structural dimensions, social dimensions, and bureaucratic dimensions have a significant effect on increasing the work motivation of PDAM Giri Menang Mataram employees.

Abstract

Background: Many MSMEs in the city of Matram are experiencing diculties in determining the digital marketing strategy to use. This is due to the many digital marketing strategies that can be used and the many factors that serve as criteria for selection.Objective: Develop a decision support system using a combination of ANP and profile-matching methods to assist MSMEs in determining the digital marketing strategy to be used.Methods: The method used in this research is a combination of ANP and Profile Matching Methods.Result: The combination of methods (ANP) and Profile Matching in determining digital marketing strategies has an accuracy of 83.33%.Conclusion: The combination of ANP and Profile Matching methods in determining digital marketing strategies has successfully recommended the best digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di kawasan Pantai Senggigi, Lombok, menjadi tantangan besar bagi keberlanjutan pariwisata, dengan sebagian besar sampah berasal dari wisatawan dan sampah kiriman laut. Kondisi ini memerlukan solusi yang melibatkan masyarakat lokal sebagai agen utama pengelolaan sampah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas melalui aksi bersih pantai (beach clean-up) dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah, termasuk pemilahan sampah dan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi kompos. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal untuk menganalisis jenis dan sumber sampah, aksi bersih pantai bersama masyarakat dan mahasiswa, serta sesi pelatihan interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 250 kilogram sampah berhasil dikumpulkan, dengan dominasi sampah plastik (65%) dan organik (35%). Pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah secara mandiri, terutama dalam pembuatan kompos. Metode yang diterapkan terbukti relevan dengan tantangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat, yang mulai menyadari pentingnya peran mereka dalam menjaga lingkungan demi keberlanjutan pariwisata. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Rekomendasi untuk program lanjutan adalah menyediakan pendampingan berkelanjutan, memperluas cakupan kegiatan, dan melibatkan pihak terkait untuk mendukung fasilitas pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas yang berkelanjutan di kawasan wisata lainnya.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas, Pariwisata Berkelanjutan, Pantai Senggigi
