Abstract

Abstract : Education centered on the learning process in the classroom. The success in achieving educational goals depends on classroom management conducted by the teacher. Classroom management is an activity carried out by teachers to create a conducive learning environment, so that learning objectives can be achieved properly. Class is inhabited by a variety of different characters from each student, which can lead to various types of conflicts that could interfere with learning activities. In this case, a teacher must be able to control class conditions with various approaches, including authoritarian approaches, intimidation approach, permissive approach, recipe approach, behaviour change approach, socio-emotional approach, group approach, and electrical or pluralistic approach, in order to allow the learning process carried out as expected, therefore learning objectives could be achieved. Keywords : Education, learning, and Classroom Management

Abstract

This research aims to analyze management in improving learning discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Cimerak, with a focus on the strategies and approaches used by the school in achieving this goal. The research method used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with management staff and direct observation in the school environment. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of how school management can influence student learning discipline. The main findings show that a holistic management approach, including the development of clear rules, personal coaching of students, and collaboration between school stakeholders, significantly improves student learning discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the leadership role of female school principals in improving teacher performance at the Banjaranyar Ciamis State Elementary School 4, using the EMASLIM framework (Educator, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Innovator, Motivator). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the female principal at SDN 4 Banjaranyar Ciamis succeeded in carrying out a leadership role within the EMASLIM framework well. He not only acts as an Educator by continuously developing himself and encouraging a positive learning culture, but also as an effective Manager in managing school resources. Apart from that, he also demonstrated the ability to be a reliable Administrator in managing school administration, a visionary Leader in developing the school's vision and mission, an Innovator who encourages learning innovation, and a Motivator who is able to motivate teachers and staff. The success of the principal in carrying out this leadership role contributed significantly to improving teacher performance at SDN 4 Banjaranyar Ciamis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how digital-based educational assessment management is at MAS YPP Jamanis. The subjects in this research were the Head of MAS YPP Jamanis, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Teacher Council and Students. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in research are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and final conclusions. Testing the validity of the data in this study used triangulation techniques. The results of this research concluded that the implementation of digital-based educational assessment management at MAS YPP Jamanis was proven to be able to increase the effectiveness of teacher performance. Educational assessment management is a collection of efforts consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating to measure student learning outcomes. The large number of devices that require rejuvenation and the limited number of reliable human resources are challenges for MAS YPP Jamanis so that this assessment scheme can continue and be developed in the future.

Abstract

Educational institutions are a place to produce quality young generations. Because education is very influential in life, both nationally and religiously. Quality educational institutions will produce quality learning as well. However, its success is influenced by the curriculum management implemented in the institution. Therefore, curriculum management is needed in developing the quality of education in educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to find out the planning, implementation and influence of the integrated curriculum at SMP Terpadu Dampasan Miftahul Anwar. This study uses a qualitative approach through the observation process at SMP Terpadu Dampasan Miftahul Anwar. The data obtained were based on interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the integrated curriculum management at SMP Terpadu Dampasan Miftahul Anwar is running well, indicated by the efforts made by all parties involved, starting from the leadership of the Mifthaul Anwar Islamic boarding school, the principal of SMP Terpadu Dampasan Miftahul Anwar
