Abstract

Tanah Abang Village is a region of paddy farming development.  The purposes of this study were to know the cost, revenue, income, production, and efficiency of paddy farming in Tanah Abang Village. This study was conducted during three months from January to March 2018 in Tanah Abang Village, Long Mesangat Subregency, East Kutai Regency. Sampling was done with stratified random sampling method with total of 37 respondents. Data retrieving was done by interview and field observation. Data analysis was done to count of fixed cost, variable cost, total cost, revenue, income, and R/C ratio. The results of study show that the production of 2,168.92 kg cropping season (cs)-1 ha-1, the revenue of IDR13,966,622.00 cs-1 ha-1, the income of IDR12,437,394.00 cs-1 ha-1, and R/C ratio 7.37 which meant paddy farming is efficient and feasible to be done.

Abstract

Mursidah (2019). Factors that affect employment in the province of South Kalimantan. Supervisor : Dra. Eny Fahrati, MP.This study was conducted to (1) Find out  the simultaneous of economic growth, provincial minimum wages, and population growth on employmentin South Kalimantan Province.The study was conducted in the south Kalimantan Province. Data is processed by testing multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.Based on the analysis, the results of the study prove simultaneously that there is a negativeinfluence of population growth and a positive relationship between economic growth and provincial minimum wages on employment in the province of South Kalimantan. Partially that the provincial minimum wage in the previous year had a very significant influence on employment in the South Kalimantan Province.Keywords:Employment, populationgrowth,employment and economic growth.

Abstract

This study used quantitative approach with its design of correlational descriptive study.  The research were taken place at all SMANs in Banjarmasin.  The schools with  13 2387 eleventh grade students as the population while  the samples were 5 schools and 96 eleventh grade students.  Based on the finding of the study, it was yielded that (1)Partially, the pedagogical competency variable influenced the learning outcome of the students with counted t  1,982  higher  than  table  t as 1,654 where the significant level is α =0,05.  (2) partially, the professional competency variable influenced the learning outcome of the students with counted t as 2,685 higher that table t as 1,654 where the significant level is α = 0,05.  The test result showed that the pedagogical competency of history teacher was very dominant in the learning outcome of the students at SMANs in Banjarmasin with unstandardized  coefficient 0,290 higher than the professional competency 0,152. (3) The test result of both variables, pedagogical  and professional  competencies  influenced the learning outcome of the students with counted   F   as 6,657, while the table   F   is 2,78.  Based on the study, the researcher  recommends :  (1) there is significant influence between the pedagogical competency and professional competency toward the learning outcome of history subject at SMANs in Banjarmasin, therefore, related institutions need to evaluate and increase teacher competency. (2) teachers are recommended to work professionally develoving and increasing their competency to support  the learning outcome of the students (3) other researchers  can conduct the same research with different objects and competencies.Kata Kuci : Pengaruh, Persepsi Siswa, Pedagogik, Profesional, Prestasi Belajar, Sejarah

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengetahuan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPR Hasamitra Kantor Pusat Makassar. Pengumpulan data imenggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan pada BPR Hasamitra Kantor Pusat Makassar yang berjumlah 112 orang karyawan, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 88 responden. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima karena menunjukkan hasil uji hipotesis yang positif dan signifikan. Ini berarti bahwa pengetahuan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Pengalaman Kerja, Kinerja. AbstractThis study determines whether knowledge and work experience affect employee performance at BPR Hasamitra Makassar Head Office. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using the Random Sampling technique. The population is all employees at BPR Hasamitra Makassar Head Office, totaling 112 employees, while the sample taken is 88 respondents. The questionnaire results have been tested for validity and reliability—methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that knowledge and work experience affect employee performance Keywords: Knowledge and Work Experience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This training activity is a community service activity that aims to improve the ability of MSME actors in terms of business management to increase their business productivity. This training activity is a collaboration between STIEM Bongaya and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) partners in Sanrobone Village, Takalar. This activity was carried out on November 7, 2023 and was attended by 15 MSME business actors in Sanrobone Village. The implementation of these activities was carried out in stages, starting with the Socialization of Management Preparation Training to sharing sessions or discussions. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, the conclusions of the community service activities regarding management training in increasing the Productivity of MSME actors in Sanrobone Village, Sanrobone District, Takalat Regency are as follows: This activity aims to improve understanding of management management and increase the productivity of MSME actors. This training activity provides benefits in increasing productivity for MSME actors. Follow-up activities are expected to be more on continuous training techniques and mentoring for MSME actors.

Abstract

Learning boredom is one of the common problems faced by students, especially at the Madrasah Aliyah level. This issue negatively impacts students' motivation and learning outcomes, which in turn can affect the quality of education. This study aims to implement an innovation in learning through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach as an effort to reduce learning boredom among students at MA Zainul Hasan 2 during the 2024-2025 academic year. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the study indicate a significant decrease in students' learning boredom levels after the implementation of PBL. The average level of learning boredom decreased from 65% in the first cycle to 45% in the second cycle. This decrease shows that the application of PBL-based learning can have a positive effect in reducing learning boredom and increasing student engagement in the learning process. The PBL-based learning innovation has proven to be effective in creating a more engaging and interactive learning environment, which ultimately can improve students' motivation and enhance their learning outcomes. Thus, this study concludes that the implementation of Problem Based Learning can be an effective solution to overcome learning boredom among Madrasah Aliyah students.
