Abstract

The "Reading Corner Provision" program at SD Malengkeri II aims to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for students. Through this activity, we succeeded in increasing interest in reading and literacy awareness among students by providing a comfortable reading room and access to various types of books. Support from the Pre-Service PPG Muhammadiyah University of Makassar and collaboration with facilitators played an important role in the success of this program. The results of this program not only improve students' reading skills, but also encourage the development of a reading culture in schools and communities. In this way, this program contributes to social empowerment and sustainable education in local communities.

Abstract

This training activity is a community service activity that aims to improve the ability of MSME actors in terms of business management to increase their business productivity. This training activity is a collaboration between STIEM Bongaya and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) partners in Sanrobone Village, Takalar. This activity was carried out on November 7, 2023 and was attended by 15 MSME business actors in Sanrobone Village. The implementation of these activities was carried out in stages, starting with the Socialization of Management Preparation Training to sharing sessions or discussions. Based on the results of the activities that have been described, the conclusions of the community service activities regarding management training in increasing the Productivity of MSME actors in Sanrobone Village, Sanrobone District, Takalat Regency are as follows: This activity aims to improve understanding of management management and increase the productivity of MSME actors. This training activity provides benefits in increasing productivity for MSME actors. Follow-up activities are expected to be more on continuous training techniques and mentoring for MSME actors.

Abstract

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana lingkungan kerja sebegai moderator, konflik multi-peran, stres di tempat kerja dan beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan wanita. Survei ini dilakukan di beberapa perusahaan swasta di Makassar, dengan sampel lebih dari 100 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kauntitatif digunakan, dan data dianalisis menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 25.. Data diuji melalui validitas dan realibilitas instrumen, serta multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, uji parsial, dan uji judgement. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa konflik multi-peran berdampak besar pada kinerja; stres di tempat kerja berdampak besar namun tidak signifikan pada kinerja; dan beban pekerjaan berdampak besar dan negatif pada prestasi kerja serta lingkungan kerja. Idenya adalah untuk mengurangi efek konflik. Kinerja: Pengaruh stres di tempat kerja terhadap kinerja dikurangi oleh lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

This community service aims to foster and develop an entrepreneurial spirit among teenagers in Sanrobone Village, Takalar, through the optimization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on local potential. Teenagers are identified as strategic assets that need to be empowered for economic independence and job creation. The method of implementing this activity adopts a participatory and educational-practical approach, including the preparation stage, implementation of training and mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. A total of 35 teenagers from Sanrobone Village were actively involved in a series of basic entrepreneurship training, identification of local business opportunities, technical production skills workshops, and simple digital marketing. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teenagers' understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from just selling to creating value. They succeeded in identifying 15 potential business ideas from local resources and 20 teenagers were able to produce product prototypes from these ideas. In addition, the initiative to form five micro-business groups initiated by teenagers is clear evidence of the growth of motivation and collaboration. In conclusion, this program is effective in laying a strong foundation for the development of a youth entrepreneurship ecosystem in Sanrobone Village, which is supported by the potential of natural resources and the enthusiasm of the participants. It is recommended that there be ongoing mentoring, facilitation of access to micro-capital, strengthening of networks, and integration of entrepreneurship curriculum in schools to ensure the sustainability and long-term impact of the program.
