Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee recruitment at PT BTPN Syariah South Tangerang Branch. Recruitment analysis consists of processes, sources, stages, constraints and systems. This research method is qualitative research, with collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of the research are that this recruitment process uses 2 (two) methods, namely internal methods and external methods, recruitment sources use a special program namely the Amazed Program, the recruitment stage begins by checking the portfolio or files of prospective candidates such as background, education, and work experience, recruitment constraints there are still traditional elements, and the recruitment system uses 2 (two) systems, namely the skills system and the increased system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Tangerang City. This research uses associative methods with quantitative techniques. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, totaling a sample of 76 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are data instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that Work Motivation affects Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.589 having a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or (6.277> 1.993) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence between Work Motivation variables on Employee Performance at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Tangerang City. Work Discipline affects Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.329 having a weak level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or (2.994>1.993) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Clothing Tangerang City. Work Motivation and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.601 having a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (20.654> 3.12) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Tangerang City.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan platform TikTok sebagai sarana pemasaran digital melalui strategi affiliate marketing. Inisiatif ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tren pertumbuhan ekonomi digital serta meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat promosi yang efektif, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di wilayah Peninggaran, Jakarta Selatan, dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM dari berbagai sektor, seperti fesyen, kuliner, dan produk kerajinan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tahapan pelatihan intensif mengenai konsep affiliate marketing, praktik pembuatan akun TikTok Shop dan program afiliasi, pembuatan konten video promosi, serta pendampingan teknis dalam optimalisasi algoritma TikTok dan pemanfaatan creator affiliate. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan TikTok sebagai alat pemasaran. Sebanyak 80% peserta mampu mengaktifkan fitur afiliasi dan mengunggah konten promosi, sementara 65% peserta melaporkan peningkatan trafik toko online mereka, dan sebagian di antaranya mulai mendapatkan konversi penjualan dalam dua minggu pasca pelatihan. Selain itu, peserta mulai membentuk jejaring kolaborasi dengan content creator lokal untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan digital berbasis platform media sosial, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi digital UMKM, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk bertransformasi secara adaptif dan inovatif di tengah persaingan pasar digital yang kian dinamis

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from four hundred and twenty-five Sambel Makar employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data used was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the hypothesis in this article can be proven or not, can be seen carefully in the third table of path coefficients above. The results of the first three rows of the table above indicate that the Work-Life Balance variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance. This is because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.026. These results are in line with research by (Susilo 2024); (NEGA 2020); (PRAMAESTI 2024) & (shafira aida meilia 2024) which show similar results, namely Work-Life Balance can make employees' physical condition stronger, employees happier, and ultimately can improve Employee Performance. In addition, the Mental Health variable can also moderate the influence of the Work-Life Balance variable on Employee Performance due to the same thing, namely the P-Values ​​are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven.
