Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance pre and post enterprise resource planning SAP systems implemented. The chosen variables in this study are ROA, ROE, ROS, ATO, NPM, BEP, sales ratio, and net profit ratio compared during 5 years before and after enterprise resource planning SAP systems implemented. The samples in this study was taken using purposive sampling method. After setting multiple criteria, 4 companies selected as samples. The data analyzed by descriptive analysis method and paired sample t test. This test using IBM SPSS Statistic 21 Program. The result of study shows that there is no differences in ROA, ROE, ROS, ATO, NPM, BEP, sales ratio, and net profit ratio during 5 years before and after enterprise resource planning SAP systems implemented.

Abstract

Every organization wants its employees to have a high ability to work discipline, and retain employes. High turnover rate which will cause negative impact to the organization , it is like creating instability and uncertainty of the condition of labor , the organization also lost experienced employees who have been getting a lot of training and ultimately need to retrain new employees. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of work load and work discipline on turnover intention. Sampling method using all population. The data is taken directly using a questionnaire with 120 respondents employees at XYZ. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, analysis of data using SPSS software. Workload and discipline with the same affect turnover intention by 56.2% and 43.8% is explained by other variables. Research shows work load and work discipline togather significantly influence turnover intention. This means that variable turnover intention (Y) can be explained by the two independent variables work load (X1) and disciplin (X2). The results of analysis, showed that work load and discipline is a possitive significant effect on turnover intention. Work load variables are variables that most influence on turnover intention,also stated that increased workload contributed toincreasing turnover intention. Abstract

Talent management, Work Life Balance, organizational commitment, Employee Performance and job satisfaction in an organization are very important areas in the workplace. This can help organizations improve and utilize their human resource capacities. Employee performance at PT. TUV NORD Indonesia is very important in determining success in achieving company goals. Based on the results of observations and initial interviews with the Management regarding staff performance and job satisfaction, as well as data obtained from the Human Resource Department of PT. TUV NORD Indonesia, several phenomena were found. Based on this, the author conducted research with the research design used in this study is quantitative with a correlational approach. The results of the study show that Talent management, Work Life Balance, organizational commitment affect job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. TUV NORD Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was made to test and find out whether there is an influence between Independence and Junior Auditor's Perception of Audit Quality. This research was conducted by taking samples from auditors who are in Central Jakarta Public Accounting Firm. By using the questionnaire as a testing tool and PLS as a data processing tool from the questionnaire. The results of the study prove that Independence influences Audit Quality because auditors who are in Central Jakarta Public Accountant Firms do not violate the established audit profession standards while Junior Auditor's Perception does not affect audit quality because audit implementation does not affect the perception between audit quality and the results produced

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of participatory leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervention variable at PT Rahayu Perdana Trans. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire to 150 respondents which is then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and an overview of research variables, while quantitative analysis conducted by SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) will be used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be seen that participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, participatory leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and participatory leadership style and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Nowadays, for an organization or company at this time, it can be said that human resources have an important role or function. Fatmawati Central General Hospital (RSUP) is a government-owned hospital located in South Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati with the work environment as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati. The number of respondents in this take a look at amounted to seventy-seven respondents. In this study, the method for analyzing data was using the Structural Equation Model-SEM with SmartPLS-Partial Least Square. In this research, the method for analyzing data uses Structural Equation Model-SEM with SmartPLS-Partial Least Square. Based on the research test, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on each hypothesis, namely leadership on the work environment, motivation on the work environment, leadership on performance, motivation on performance. The workplace is able to mediate the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Nutrition Installation of RSUP Fatmawati.

Abstract

Abstract: This research finds out and analyzes the impact of E-Government Implementation and Leadership on Organizational Performance mediated by Employee Work Motivation at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade. A quantitative method using primary data in the form of a survey. This research sample used was 162 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used is SEM with PLS software. The results of this study show; (1) Implementation of e-government has a significant effect on employee work motivation, (2) Leadership has no significant effect on employee work motivation, (3) E-government implementation has no significant effect on organizational performance, (4) Leadership has a significant effect on organizational performance, (5) Employee work motivation has a significant effect on organizational performance, (6) Employee work motivation significantly mediates e-government implementation on organizational performance, (7) Employee work motivation has no significant effect in mediating leadership on organizational performance.

Abstract

Utilizing leadership, compensation, and motivation as intermediary variables, this research seeks to enhance the achievement of testing service personnel at the Center for Standardization and Industrial Services. A quantitative method is utilized in this investigation. Quantitative research is a positivist-based approach to researching populations or samples, with the goal of testing hypotheses via the use of research instruments and quantitative/statistical data analysis. The following outcomes are derived from the research and data analysis conducted; 1) The assessment services achievement at BBSPJI in Bogor is positively and insignificantly affected by leadership. At BBSPJI in Bogor, testing service achievement is positively and insignificantly affected by compensation. 3) The impact of leadership on motivation is both good and substantial. 4) There is a small but favourable impact of compensation on motivation. 5) The testing services at BBSPJI in Bogor are significantly and positively impacted by motivation. 6) utilizing motivation as an intermediary variable, leadership at BBSPJI in Bogor has a favourable and considerable impact on the achievement of testing services. 7) utilizing incentive as a moderating variable, compensation has a small but favourable impact on testing service achievement at BBSPJI in Bogor.

Abstract

This research finds out and analyzes the impact of giving compensation and career development to turnover intention with job satisfaction level as an intervening variable at PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa. A quantitative descriptive method using a causal relationship approach was administered to conduct this research. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. The results of this study show; (1) Job satisfaction has significant effect and increases the trend on compensation, (2) Job satisfaction has positif impact on the career development, (3) Compensation trend is not significantly effective on turnover intention, (5) Job satisfaction as an intervening variable has low effect on compensation on turnover intention, (6) Career development has a negative effect on turnover intention, and (7) The employee turnover intention at PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa is not significantly effective on job satisfaction.
