Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MTs Al-Madany Gadingwatu Menganti Gresik antara lain kesulitan dalam menghafal mufradat dan merasa bosan ketika menghafalkan mufradat bahasa Arab. Maka diperlukan adanya media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal mufradat bahasa Arab peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penulis merasa penelitian ini perlu dilakukan. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah diatas, maka dapat dikemukakan beberapa rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1. Bagaimana penerapan media spinning wheel dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal mufradat bahasa Arab pada peserta didik kelas VII MTs Al-Madany Gadingwatu Menganti Gresik tahun pelajaran 2023/2024? 2. Apakah ada pengaruh media spinning wheel dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal mufradat bahasa Arab pada peserta didik kelas VII MTs Al-Madany Gadingwatu Menganti Gresik tahun pelajaran 2023/2024? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui penerapan media spinning wheel dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal mufradat bahasa Arab pada peserta didik kelas VII MTs Al-Madany Gadingwatu Menganti Gresik tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh media spinning wheel dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal mufradat bahasa Arab pada peserta didik kelas VII MTs Al-Madany Gadingwatu Menganti Gresik tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument observasi, dokumentasi, tes, populasi dan sample.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the AIR learning model and determine its effect on improving Arabic listening skills of students at Karangsawo Lamongan Junior High School. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental design approach. Data collection through observation, documentation, pretest and posttest. Data analysis using the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the application of the AIR model has a significant effect on improving students' listening skills. This is shown through the results of the t-test with a calculated t-value for the experimental group of 10.73, a t-table value at a significance level of 0.05 is 1.721 and at a level of 0.01 is 2.518. Because the calculated t-value is greater than both t-table values ​​(10.73> 1.721 and 10.73> 2.518), it is known that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Abstract

The Arabic language learning procces at MTs Mambaul Ulum Dagan is less attractive to students because it tends to be monotonusand saturated. The problem that often arises is that students still find it difficuly to understand Arabic language learning, especially in maharah kalam. Therefore, researchers are interested in implementing learning with the mufradat musalsalah (word connection) game, a game which has never been applied in Arabic language learning at MTs Mambaul Ulum Dagan. The type of research used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The population is class VIII students of MTs Mambaul Ulum Dagan and the sample is a saturated sample where the entire population is part of a sample of 34 students. The instruments used are observation, tests, documentation, interviews, and questionaires. The result of this research, based on calculations using T-tes formula, the result is -7,823 and d.b namely N-1=34-1=33. Meanwhile the T-tes table use one group refering to significant number level of 0,05 namely 1,397 and 0,01 which is 2,457. So the conclusion is that the T-test is smaller than the significant value level of the table so that ho is rejected and ha is accepted due to the significant positive influence of the implementation of the mufradat musalsalah ( word connection) game on increasing the maharah kalam of class VIII MTs Mambaul Ulum Dagan Solokuro Lamongan Academic year 2023/2024
