Abstract

The research aims to analyze the organizational culture at the Primaguna Mental Rehabilitation Center in Serpong, South Tangerang. Through qualitative descriptive method, the research used 15 informants with in depth interview as a primary data collective. The result indicates all employee understand of the two organizational culture which are professional and teamwork. It provides a role to improve employee performance by carrying out a meaning-making and control mechanism to guides and shapes the attitudes and behaviour of employees to be more disciplined and skilled. In general, the emotional relationship of the employees already established well. The role of key executives is important in the process of directing and socializing for employees. To improve team orientation, superiors appoint people in the sub-teams for mutual coordination and cooperation in building a solid team. The inhibiting factors were found. The first is come from internal factor, the employees, low enthusiasm and initiative of the employees that affect the employee performance, the employee saturation caused by daily routines and no training programs were given to develop their skills. Second is the external factor of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as limited sport facilities, limited supply of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and incomplete the procurement of medical equipment.

Abstract

Pamulang University (Unpam), one of the private universities in the South Tangerang area, is established to meet the needs of the community by providing its own uniqueness and receiving very good interest. The uniqueness meant by that is the history of its founding to provide higher education for all people, especially for those people mentioned, the increase and large quantity of registered students, the availability of classes for students with disabilities, adequate lecture facilities, affordable tuition fees, and no building costs. One of the successes that has been achieved to date is the contribution of lecturers in implementing the tridharma of higher education. This is where the lecturer acts as an agent, actor, or agency, as known in Anthony Giddens' structuration theory. As a form of routine that produces social practice, the lecturer's tridharma must reflect humanist and religious values, including in the communication process within the university. These two values are in accordance with those stated in the university's vision, namely, "To become a university ranked in the top 40 at the national level based on humanist and religious values by 2025." This article analyzes the relationship between agents and structures in the communication process based on humanist and religious values at a private university in South Tangerang. The research used a qualitative method with a critical theory paradigm and an interpretive phenomenological approach. The results show that Unpam is able to manage and strive to pursue its vision through the tridharma of higher education, with the contribution of lecturers who act as agents, actors, and agencies. The routine activities of agents form a duality of structure and are related by mutual influence and reciprocity (interplay) that reflect most of the implementation of both humanist and religious values. Forms of communication that are full of humanist values, such as when lecturers greet each other, provide non-differentiating classroom learning, and interact with students and the community in PkM activities, including coordinating work on research activities, Meanwhile, religiousness can be seen in the form of greeting words and sentences, praying before and after activities, religious attributes worn as characteristics, tolerance during worship, the formation of the Institute for Religious Studies, and also religious studies. On the other hand, the role of agents still needs to be optimized as gatekeepers and/or opinion leaders because, as educators, they provide role models, especially for students (predominantly from the marginalized and lower middle class) and also the general public. Meanwhile, the university needs to have an organizational culture to strengthen motivation for academics, direction, and foundation in behavior and attitudes, which can be taken from humanist and religious values, as well as the motto Sharing for the Country, alongside the implementation of a code of ethics, to help realize its vision in 2025

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia Pamulang branch. The population in this study is 36,252 consumers. The sample selection in this study uses the slovin technique, which is as many as 100 consumers. The analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test using SPSS 26 statistical data processing. The results of this study show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression value of 5.905. The T-count value is 5.905 > 1.66088. The probability value of service quality was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The price variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression value of 6.979. The T-count value > the T-table was 6.979 > 1.66159. The T-count value > the T-table is 6.979 > 1.66159. The value of price probability was obtained with a significance value of 0.75 < 0.05. The variables of service quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The F-count value > F-table was 137.311 > 3.09 with a sig value from the F test of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Dara Plastik Ciseeng Bogor Store. This research method uses a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. in this study, samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques using the Incidental method and quota sampling with a sample size of 100. The data were processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis tests, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests, and F tests, using SPSS 26. The results of the study Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Dara Plastik Ciseeng Store. significance value (0.107> 0.05) then this test is Normal. Regression equation Y = 17.679 + 0.695 X1 + 0.180 X2. Multiple Correlation Coefficient R 0.641 Price and Product Quality have a strong relationship Purchasing Decisions. R Square value 41.1% Price and Product Quality affect purchasing decisions. t count value > t table ( 7.268 > 1.661 ) and Sig. value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05 ). Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Dara Plastic Ciseeng Store. t count value > t table or ( 4.918 > 1.661 ) and Significant value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05 ) while the Price and Product Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dara Plastic Ciseeng Bogor Store. f count value > f table ( 33.872 > 3.09 ) and Sig. < 0.05 or ( 0.000 < 0.05 ). Thus Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Dara Plastic Ciseeng Bogor Store.

Abstract

. This research aims to analyze the promotion of the use of Shopee Onlineshop E-Commerce at PT Angkasa Multitama. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and key informants. Researchers used triangulation from informants to draw data. The data analysis technique uses data from semi-structured interviews. The results of this research state that promotions based on attractive and good advertising can attract the hearts of consumers so that companies can increase their sales through the use of Shopee online shop E-Commerce. This is stated in several statements from informants that they need to improve their product copywriting and increase the supply of product stock. when the buyer experiences order broadcasting and uses advertisements optimally to get closure on every advertisement clicked by the buyer. Increasing human resources is also an evaluation for the owner to create increased sales because increasing human resources can help encourage promotions in order to increase sales for the company.
