Abstract

The implementation of information systems, particularly in government agencies, have  a considerable role in generating quality financial statements. The government is trying to realize the excellent service to the community by building information technology in finance or accounting in relation to the financial management area. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the Financial Management Information System (SIPKD) and its influence on the quality of financial reporting in the City of Denpasar. This research was conducted at Regional Working Units (SKPD) in the Denpasar City Government with the amount as much as 34 units. The sample used in this study were as many as 44 people SIPKD operator. Quantitative analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The analysis shows the effectiveness SIPKD in Denpasar city government including the Effective criteria and effective implementation of SIPKD significant effect on the quality of financial reporting in the City of Denpasar.

Abstract

Background & Objectives: Tuberculosis is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic disease that infects the lungs caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and can affect hemoglobin levels to become anemic. Anemia occurs due to insufficient iron intake and the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT). Anemia is defined as reduced hemoglobin levels in the blood. Hemoglobin is a protein that contains iron in red blood cells. This study aims to determine the description of hemoglobin levels in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the intensive treatment stage at Ciamis Regional Hospital.Methods: This research method is descriptive. Data collection techniques were obtained from secondary data. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique which recruited 31 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to be used as respondents. Results: From this study, 19 (61%) samples with normal hemoglobin levels and 12 (39%) samples with low hemoglobin levels were obtained.Conclusion: Based on the results of the examination of hemoglobin levels in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the intensive treatment stage at Ciamis Hospital, most of them have normal hemoglobin levels.

Abstract

Background: The community's low incidence of excellent and proper brushing behavior, which is primarily displayed by children (about 2%), is increasing the prevalence of dental decay. By employing the playing strategy, specifically with four card media, which has its own appeal due to the intriguing pictures, one can improve brushing behavior, which is now inadequate. Research Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of quartet card media counseling on toothbrushing behavior in elementary school students. This research used quasi experimental with pretest and posttest control group design. The samples were collected using total sampling, and they were 110 respondents. The sample is split into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The data were collected using questionnaires for pretest and posttest. The data analysis used a Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney test. Research Results: Tooth brushing behavior in elementary school students was 47.3% with good criteria, moderate 47.3%, and increased with good criteria 92.7%, while 7.3% following counseling. The experimental group's mean value was 14,36 compared to the control group's 12,64. The Wilcoxon test resulted in a p-value of 0.000, the Mann Whitney test obtained p=0.000. Conclusion: Counseling using quartet card media is effective in improving brushing behavior in elementary school children. Keyword : Effectiveness of counseling, quartet card media, brushing behavior.
