Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in an increase in the number of aviobridge users. This is an obstacle for the AMC unit because the number of personnel on duty is very limited. To create good service, it is necessary to regulate the performance of good officers. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the SOP for operating aviobridge, setting the performance of officers, the obstacles experienced by officers, and efforts/strategies for the problems experienced by AMC officers in operating aviobridge. The research design used is qualitative research. The research was conducted from March to April 2023 at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. This study used 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the performance of AMC officers in operating the aviobridge had followed several SOP guidelines, but several officers had not fully implemented attribute procedures such as the use of ear muffs, goggles and safety shoes. The obstacles in operating the aviobridge are technical problems and limited personnel. These problems make the jobdesc of the officers irregular, plotting the changing work schedules of the officers, and causing the operation of the aviobridge at some times to experience mild delays. The efforts made by the AMC unit are by coordinating between units and maximizing personnel performance.

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 merupakan pandemi yang berdampak global dengan tingkat penyebaran yang tinggi dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu industri yang sangat terdampak oleh pandemi Covid 19 adalah industri penerbangan. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap ekonomi penerbangan di Indonesia khususnya di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini supaya dapat mengetahui kondisi ekonomi Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima pada saat pandemi dan strategi yang dilakukan Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima dalam menstabilkan perekonomiannya di tengah pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara, kemudian data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen atau catatan yang terkait dengan penelitian. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kondisi ekonomi di bandar udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima mengalami keterpurukan sehingga memerlukan strategi yang tepat dalam menanganinya supaya dapat menutupi kerugian yang dialami selama pandemi Covid-19. Terdapat empat strategi yang digunakan untuk menstabilkan perekonomian, yaitu menerapkan strategi yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah pusat, mengoptimalkan layanan kargo, membangun kerjasama antara para Stakeholder, dan mengoptimalkan pendapatan Non-aeronautika.Kata Kunci: Kondisi Ekonomi, Pandemi Covid-19                              AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic is a pandemic that has a global impact with a high level of spread and affects various aspects of people's lives. One of the industries most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic was the aviation industry. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the aviation economy in Indonesia, especially at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. The purpose of this study was to find out the economic condition of Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport during the pandemic and the strategies carried out by Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport in stabilizing the economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews, then secondary data was obtained from documents or notes related to the research. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis, they are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis, the economic condition at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima airport has fallen, so it requires the right strategy to handle it in order to cover the losses experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic. The are four strategies used to stabilize the economy, they are to implement the strategy determined by the central government, optimize cargo services, build cooperation between stakeholders, and optimize non-aeronautical revenues.Keywords: Economic Condition, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

AbstrakSumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan modal atau aset yang sangat berharga, sehingga menjadi faktor penting untuk mendukung perkembangan bandara. Banyak pegawai yang memiliki pendidikan yang tidak sesuai dengan keahlian atau kemampuannya di bawah tingkat profesional. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi pustaka. Wawancara dilakukan dengan tiga narasumber yaitu staf operasional Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah minimisasi data, triangulasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa operator Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta (YIA) dari latar belakang yang berbeda akan menemukan lingkungan kerja di mana mereka dapat memaksimalkan efisiensi mereka dan memiliki kesempatan untuk bekerja dan mengembangkan pengembangan karir di industri penerbangan tanpa hambatan dari profesi yang berbeda. dari pekerjaan mereka saat ini di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta. Selain itu, upaya perusahaan dalam memberikan peluang, kebijakan perusahaan terhadap operator Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta dinilai sangat baik dan adil tanpa memandang latar belakang pendidikan berbagai pendidikan staf operasional Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta.Kata Kunci: Latar Belakang Pendidikan, Karyawan Operasional, Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta AbstractHuman resources (HR) are extremely valuable capital or assets, they are becoming an important factor supporting the development of the airport. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data minimization, triangulation data analysis, and conclusion writing.
