Abstract

Pada PKM ini dengan mengambil objek penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah,Bendahara, Administrasi SMP Kota Tangerang Selatan Gugus 03. Masalahyang diambil berasal dari kurang pengetahuan dan pahamnya kepalasekolah, bendahara terkait fungsi manajerialnya khususnya terkait auditinternal. Program penyuluhan yang akan diberikan oleh narasumber yangahli di bidang Audit diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan auditkepada para pengawas. Program PKM ini diharapkan menjadi kesempatanbagi para pengawas berdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait fungsi manajerialkhususnya audit internal di SMP. Pengawas merupakan pembina kepalasekolah dalam pengelolaan sekolah, meningkatkan kinerja guru dan tenagakependidikan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokoknya. Memahami konseppengembangan program, mendayagunakan teknologi dalam meningkatkanmutu pendidikan. Salah satu kompetensi yang krusial adalah fungsimanajerial dimana pengawas sekolah harus tahu akan apa yang menjadifungsi dan tanggung jawabnya. Pengawas sekolah memiliki tugas untukmemeriksa laporan keuangan yang merupakan wujud fungsi manajerialnya.Pada pelaksanaannya peran pengawas seperti halnya peran auditor yangmeliputi penganalisaan, konsultasi, menilai anggota-anggota organisasi atasefektivitas dalam amanat mereka, menginformasikan tindakan-tindakanyang telah direview, dan memberi rekomendasi. Ruang lingkup auditinternal meliputi pemeriksaan dan evaluasi kecukupan dan keefektifansistem pengendalian internal yang dimiliki organisasi dan kualitaspelaksanaan tanggung jawab yang diberikan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan audit internal, pengawas sekolah, Dana BOS

Abstract

Return On Assets (ROA), is one of the benchmark of corporate financial performance because the amount of ROA shows the rate of return on investment as well as shows the amount of profits earned by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in working capital and cash turnover in the last ten years and its impact on ROA.Research is descriptive quantitative by using secondary data that is Balance Sheet and Profit / Loss in period 2007 until 2016. Method of analysis by using (1) ratio analysis; and (2) statistical test with SPSS 2.4 software.The results showed that simultaneously working capital and cash turnover, no significant effect on ROA, because the results of F test with a significance value of 0.102 (0.102>0.05). Meanwhile, the partial working capital variable has significant effect on ROA, t test result with significance value 0,040 (0,040<0,05). While the cash turnover has no significant effect on the ROA, t-test results show the significance value of 0.832 (0.832> 0.05).Keywords: Working Capital, Cash Turnover and ROA

Abstract

 Stres adalah tekanan / ketegangan yang dihadapi seseorang dan mempengaruhi emosi, pikiran, serta kondisi keseluruhan dari orang tersebut. Stres yang muncul dilingkungan kerja disebut sebagai stres kerja. Kondisi ini dapat timbul setelah individu mengalami petistiwa ditempat kerja yang menuntut reaksi penyesuaian diri. Stres tidak berbanding lurus dengan kinerja, karena pada tingkatan tertentu diperlukan stres agar mendorong usaha yang lebih keras untuk mencapai hasil tertentu. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor penyebab dan mengelola dengan manajemen stres akan dapat menghindari dampak yang merugikan dilain pihak bisa menodorong etos kerja yang lebih keras. Kata Kunci: Stres, Kinerja

Abstract

The best of humans is beneficial to others. Trying to contribute to their abilities, both in the field of knowledge, energy, or material. This information is attached to an educator. As knowledgeable people, educators are required to educate and advance community life. Therefore, service activities are carried out, as evidence of the contribution of educators. Realistically, this activity is carried out using qualitative techniques. The service is carried out by direct interaction through discussion and practice. Participants in the activity were residents of the Reni Jaya housing complex, especially teenagers. Based on the results of the activity, a conclusion can be drawn, in general the participants are interested in entrepreneurship, but limited knowledge, experience, and costs become obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the variable Return On Assets and Current Ratio on Stock Prices at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. Period 2012-2021. The research method used is quantitative and uses statistical analysis and financial ratios. The population used is the financial statements of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. 2012-2021 years. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable Return On Assets partially (t test) obtains a tcount value of 0.886 < ttable 2.365 with a significance value of 0.405 > 0.05, which means that there is no partial effect between Return On Assets on Stock Prices. And the Current Ratio variable obtains a tcount value of 0.351 < ttable 2.365 with a significance value of 0.736 > 0.05, which means that there is no partial effect between the Current Ratio variable on stock prices. Simultaneously (Test F), the variable Return On Assets and Current Ratio obtained a value of Fcount 1.020 < Ftable 5.59 with a significance of 0.409 > 0.05 thus Ho3 is accepted and Ha3 is rejected, which means that simultaneously there is no influence between Return On Assets and Current Ratio to Stock Price. From this study, it was obtained that the R square value was 0.226 x 100% or 22.6%, which means that the Return On Assets and Current Ratio simultaneously influence 22.6%, while the remaining 77.4% is another factor.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Astra International Tbk, which is a company operating in the automotive sector. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT Astra International, Tbk for the 2014-2023 period, both individually and simultaneously. This type of research is descriptive and the research method used is a quantitative method with the sample used in this research coming from annual financial reports for the last 10 years, namely from 2014 to 2023. This will explain the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. . Data analysis used includes: Curren Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Net Profit Margin, descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t test and F test) with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and The data source used is secondary data. The results of this research show that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), this is proven by (t test) that the value of tcount (6.144) > ttable (2.36462) with a significance value of (0.000) < ( 0.05). The results of this research show that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), this is proven by (t test) that the value of tcount (7.891) > ttable (2.36462) and the significance value (0.000) < (0.05). Simultaneous testing shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), this is proven by (F test) that the Fcount value is 31.361 > Ftable 4.74 with a significant level 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the Influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Murni Putramas Depok. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely through the distribution of questionnaires to 52 employees at PT. Murni Putramas Depok, data collection and data analysis use statistics. The population and sample in this study amounted to 52 employees. The analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study show that the results of the partial test (t-test) of Competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of less than 5% (0.000 < 0.05) and supported by the t-value calculated > t table (3,868 > 1,677), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of less than 5% (0.000 < 0.05) and supported by the t-value calculated > t table (4,117 > 1,677). The results of the F test show that Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance with a significant value of less than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, and supported by an F value of 38,603 where the F value is greater than the F table or 38,603 > 3,190. The results of the determination coefficient test showed that the Adjusted R Square was 0.596 or 59.6%. This shows that the percentage of influence of motivation and work discipline on performance is 59.6%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Rahmarika Multikarya Cabang Pondok Aren, Kota Tangerang selatan (Rahmatika Freshmart Grosir). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 61 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebanyak 51,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,587 > 2,001). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 61,7% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,639>2,001). Komunikasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y =  33,374 + 0,080X1 + 0,196X2.  Nilai  koefisien determinasi sebesar 82,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai  F hitung > F tabel  atau (84,318 > 3,156).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Limas Mandiri Gunung Sindur Bogor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasinya adalah 70 karyawan, pengambilan sampel dapat menggunakan sampel jenuh maka sampel adalah berjumlah 70 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi ganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis, hasil perhitungan uji t variabel Diperoleh perhitungan nilai uji t variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dengan thitung sebesar 10.560 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Karena thitung lebih besar ttabel (10.560 > 1.995) dan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 5% (0.050). maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Motivasi Kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Diperoleh perhitungan nilai uji t variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) dengan thitung sebesar 13.263 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (13.263 < 1.995) dan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 5% (0.050). Disiplin Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Diperoleh hasil uji ANOVA diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 493,136 sedangkan Ftabel ( 0,05) untuk n = 67 sebesar 2.51. Jadi Fhitung > dari Ftabel ( 0,05) atau 493,136 > 2.51, dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 karena 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa, Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).
