Abstract

Knowledge management sebagai sebuah sistem manajemen yang berperan sebagai sarana pembelajaran bagi pegawai dengan menyediakan sumber pengetahuan, aktivitas transfer pengetahuan, dan penggunaan pengetahuan yang berbasis pada intelektual yang dimiliki. Penerapan metode knowledge management yang terdiri atas personal knowledge, job procedure, dan technology sebagai alat pengelola kinerja pegawai dalam proses manajemen dan pemberdayaan pegawai diharapkan dapat menghasilkan kinerja pegawai yang unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personal knowledge, job procedure, dan technology terhadap kinerja pegawai pada lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pangkep. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Jenis data penelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data adalah data primer yang berasal dari 76 pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pangkep sebagai responden. Kuesioner penelitian diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan personal knowledge, job procedure dan technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Knowledge management is a management system that acts as a learning tool for employees by providing knowledge sources, knowledge transfer activities, and the use of knowledge based on their intellectual property. The application of knowledge management methods consisting of personal knowledge, job procedures, and technology as a means of managing employee performance in the management process and employee empowerment is expected to produce superior employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of personal knowledge, job procedures, and technology on employee performance in the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pangkep. The sampling technique was probability sampling. This type of research data used quantitative data while the data source is primary data from 76 respondent employees. The research questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics program. The results showed that personal knowledge, job procedures and technology had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Sharia engagement is an individual, physical, emotional and spiritual attachment that is influenced by belief, justice, balance, fredoom and respontibility towards the organization. The object of research is the employees of sharia banking located in Makassar City. Through cluster tehniques sampling of samples processed in the study were 185 emplyees spread across 13 sharia banking offices. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) the results of the study show that organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership directly have a significant positive effect on sharia engagement. Whereas, indirectly organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Then, through Syariah Engagement organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership have a significant positive effect on the performance of Islamic Banking employees in Makassar City. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between human resource development and how much influence human resource development has on employee performance. Which became the main variable in this study, namely; human resource development as an independent variable or independent variable (X). And employee performance as the dependent or dependent variable (Y). The population in this study is employee development carried out by the company every year, namely the overall HR development held in previous years before 2013. While the sample in this study is HR development carried out for 7 years, (according to the object studied). Sampling was carried out based on the consideration sample technique. Data collection methods used are documentation studies and direct observation. While the data analysis method used is the concept of human resource development and statistical methods with the help of the SPSS computer. After the data is processed, the results are as follows: there is a strong and positive relationship between human resource development and employee performance.Human Resources, Development, Performance

Abstract

Finding out what effect motivational, disciplined, and loyal attitudes have on employee performance when used in the workplace was one of the authors' research objectives. The study was conducted at the Makassar Regional Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs, which had 52 persons working there. Research of this kind was quantitative. The major data used are responses obtained from delivering surveys to respondents, which were collected through observation and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is the test type used. In the past, several research tests were conducted, such as instrument tests composed of validity and reliability tests. The Effects of Loyalty, Motivation, and Rules on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Sharia involvement is the attachment of an individual, physical, emotional, and spiritual influence by belief, justice, balance, freedom, and responsibility towards the organization. The object of research is Islamic banking employees located in Makassar City. Through the cluster sampling technique the samples processed in this study were 185 employees spread across 13 sharia banking offices. Data analysis uses technical path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and Amos version 21 Software. The results showed that the level of organizational commitment, compensation, leadership and sharia involvement were 1) organizational commitment, compensation, and leadership had a positive and significant effect on sharia engagement and employee engagement, 2) organizational commitment and compensation indirectly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through sharia engagement, while leadership does not have a significant influence 3) sharia involvement has a positive and significant influence on employee performance
