Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between human resource development and how much influence human resource development has on employee performance. Which became the main variable in this study, namely; human resource development as an independent variable or independent variable (X). And employee performance as the dependent or dependent variable (Y). The population in this study is employee development carried out by the company every year, namely the overall HR development held in previous years before 2013. While the sample in this study is HR development carried out for 7 years, (according to the object studied). Sampling was carried out based on the consideration sample technique. Data collection methods used are documentation studies and direct observation. While the data analysis method used is the concept of human resource development and statistical methods with the help of the SPSS computer. After the data is processed, the results are as follows: there is a strong and positive relationship between human resource development and employee performance.Human Resources, Development, Performance

Abstract

Finding out what effect motivational, disciplined, and loyal attitudes have on employee performance when used in the workplace was one of the authors' research objectives. The study was conducted at the Makassar Regional Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs, which had 52 persons working there. Research of this kind was quantitative. The major data used are responses obtained from delivering surveys to respondents, which were collected through observation and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is the test type used. In the past, several research tests were conducted, such as instrument tests composed of validity and reliability tests. The Effects of Loyalty, Motivation, and Rules on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City, and 2) to know and analyze the influence of work environment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City. In this study used multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interview, documentation and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the influence of motivation variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City. This means the higher the form of motivation given the higher the level of achievement, but also the employees who have high work motivation then they will have the impetus to want to use all the ability to work, and 2) the influence of work environment variables positively and significant to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Makassar City. This shows that to manage human resources effectively, then one of the factors that must be considered the company is the work environment that can affect the formation of potential resources. A good working environment is a work environment that provides a sense of comfort for employees to perform work activities that ultimately affect the performance it achieves.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze the effect of career development on employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar, 2) to analyze the influence of the organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar. This research uses a multiple regression analysis method. The research data used were obtained from interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: 1) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the influence of career development variables has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar. Career development at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar is basically an increase in employee performance that reflects the ability of the organization in work, meaning that the performance of each employee is rated and measured in terms of values ​​and criteria determined by the organization, and 2) based on the results of multiple regression tests, the influence of organizational climate variables has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mangasa Health Center employees in Makassar. Employee job satisfaction at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar can occur if employees feel they have a feeling of justice in doing work. An organizational climate that is considered fair will encourage employees to immediately achieve satisfaction at work
