The result of this research is the Smart Ponorogo Program launched by BAZNAS Ponorogo in order to improve community empowerment so that the quality of life of the community becomes better and runs effectively, this information is supported by several informants. Behind this success, there are obstacles that are still a lot of lack of public understanding of zakat in BAZNAS, and the lack of public knowledge about the management of zakat funds at BAZNAS. There are also factors that support this program to run smoothly because of the collaboration between parents and schools as well as the cooperation of scholarship recipients

Abstract

The phenomenon of the high number of workers who are not absorbed in the workforce in Indonesia is a problem that is difficult to solve briefly. The lack of employment opportunities accompanied by problems with the level of education and expertise of the workforce in Indonesia has also become a polemic in the national development process. However, another fact occurs where workers tend to choose to leave several leading sectors in Indonesia, such as the financial sector, especially banking. It is feared that this condition will cause the banking sector as one of the sectors that drive the national economy, to lose qualified and loyal workers so that it will have an impact on production inefficiency in the banking sector and eventually will directly impact the community considering the function of the bank as an intermediary institution. This study aims to reveal the motives for changing workers' behaviour in banking by using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. This research is expected to contribute to the improvement of the employment system in the financial sector, especially banking, to absorb qualified and loyal workers to the company. Thus, macroeconomically, it is to reduce the voluntary unemployment rate in order to accelerate national development as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation on customer satisfaction in digital banking services in East Java. Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory (EDT) serves as the theoretical framework to assess how expectation, perceived performance, and Disconfirmation influence customer satisfaction with AI-based banking services. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through a digital questionnaire covering key variables: expectation, perceived performance, and Disconfirmation as independent variables, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the contribution of each independent variable to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, instrument validity and reliability tests, along with classical assumption tests—including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests—were performed to ensure the suitability of the regression model. The findings provide valuable insights into the role of AI in shaping customer satisfaction in digital banking and offer practical implications for financial institutions to optimize AI-driven banking services.

This study aims to examine the relationship between microprudential policies and the variables LDR, NPL, CAR, CIR, and Dummy_GCG on profitability in conventional banking in Indonesia. This study provides insights into the impact of microprudential policies focused on bank health and corporate governance on bank profitability. The study employs quantitative methods and panel data regression. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of conventional banks using purposive sampling. The sample consists of 9 conventional banks with a study period from 2017 to 2023. The results show that microprudential policies with the LDR variable have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA and ROE, the NPL variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA and ROE, the CAR variable has a negative effect on ROA and a positive but insignificant effect on ROE, the CIR variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA and ROE, and the Dummy_GCG variable has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA and ROE. Simultaneously, LDR, NPL, CAR, CIR, and Dummy_GCG affect the profitability of conventional banks.
