Abstract

Permasalahan kelangkaan senyawa metabolit sekunder menjadi kendala yang dialami oleh para peneliti dari berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti kimia, farmasi, dan kedokteran baik dari perguruan tinggi (dosen dan mahasiswa) atau dari lembaga penelitian dan pengembangan kesehatan di Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan senyawa metabolit sekunder selama ini dibeli dari luar negeri dengan harga yang sangat mahal. Beberapa senyawa metabolit sekunder juga sulit ditemukan dipasaran luar negeri karena adanya kekhasan senyawa yang dikandung oleh spesies organisme asli Indonesia. Bertujuan untuk mengatasi pemasalahan kelangkaan senyawa metabolit sekunder tersebut, Program Pengembangan Usaha Produk Intelektual Kampus (PPUPIK) yang berjudul Pusat Produksi Senyawa Metabolit Sekunder (PP-SMS) Universitas Mataram memproduksi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari berbagai tumbuhan obat Indonesia. Senyawa metabolit sekunder yang dihasilkan oleh PP-SMS diperoleh melalui prosedur isolasi metabolit sekunder yang terdiri atas ekstraksi, fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan elusidasi struktur.

Abstract

Village governments have received village funding from the central government. Villages are increasingly in the spotlight, because they must be guided by SDG's (Sutainable Development Goals). Based on research by Rakhmawati, et al (2021), the planning and budgeting aspects with 18 aspects of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) are considered quite complex, with 247 indicators, in 3 pillars (Economic, Social and Environmental). This research is aimed at examining planning and budgeting documents, as well as the implementation of village finances, whether they are in line with the 2021 SDG data collection. The targeted villages are villages in West Lombok Regency, with different typography, namely land, sea/water, and mountains. Based on the type, this research is descriptive research. As a result, in 2022, the SDG program will not be able to bring uniqueness to the stages of village financial management. This was because the application for data collection and measuring SDG sub-indicators was not yet clear in 2022. As a result, village financial implementation realization data were incompletely filled in by villages. Researchers suggest that there are village financial implementation standards that are designed more clearly by the central government, both by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Villages.

Abstract

Undergraduate Program (S1) Akuntansi Reguler Sore is one of the youngest study programs at FEB Unram which has just graduated 3 (three) classes, namely the 2012, 2013, and 2014 classes. Tracer study activities are conducted to obtain information about successes and deficiencies in the education process have been taken by students, the competitiveness of graduates shown through the waiting period gets the first job, the success of graduates competes in selection, and the salary earned. The relevance (suitability) of graduate education is shown through job profile, relevance of work with educational background, benefits of courses programmed in the work, advice from graduates to improve graduate competency. In addition, the relevance of education is also shown through the opinions of graduate users about graduate user satisfaction, graduate competency and graduate advice to improve graduate competency. The results of the tracer study can be summarized as follows; graduate competency is very good, and alumni feel able to compete with graduates from other institutions, the main consideration in choosing the first job is to get experience with the waiting period to get the first job mostly between 1-3 months with one recruitment process, the most competency needed in work are the ability to cooperate in teams, computer skills, English, and understanding of accounting, while capabilities in the field of research are less needed. Stakeholders are very satisfied with the performance of alumni, especially in terms of high discipline, responsibility for work, good work performance, and good mastery of technology.
