Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi serta pengaruhnya baik secara bersama-sama ataupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan populasi seluruh pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 935 orang, dengan menggunakan simple random sampling diambil sampel dengan ukuran 280 responden, Instrumen penelitian kuesioner, teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian diketahui disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan kinerja pegawai termasuk kategori baik. Hasil uji statistik disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan mendeskripsikan secara empiris dan mendalam tentang orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar para pengusaha UMKM, mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap Profitabilitas UMKM. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui : wawancarara dengan para pimpinan/pemilik perusahaan dan pihak-pihak terkait, penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pengusaha UMKM dan melakukan observasi langsung ke objek penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah para pengusaha UMKM mitra kerja Inopak Institute, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 100 pengusaha UMKM yang berdomisili di Priangan Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Para pengusaha UMKM tersebut secara alamiah telah memiliki orientasi kewirausahaan dan Orientasi pasar dalam menjalankan usahanya. Orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing . begitu juga orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Orientasi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positip terhadap keuntungan (profitabilitas) yang dicapai perusahaan sedangkan orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan.Sebaiknya lembaga pembina UMKM memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan manajemen pemasaran sehingga para pengusaha UMKM memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman akan pentingnya orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar di dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

The use of resources for women of Sasak Tribe as weaving producers in weaving centers spread across four regencies of Lombok Island has not been able to determine the level of urgency for the implementation of CBED for the weaving micro business community. This study aims to analyze the influence of community level empowerment, business strengthening and community characteristics on the level of urgency of CBED implementation and the influence of the level of urgency of CBED implementation on the performance of weaving craft micro-businesses on Lombok Island. This research method used is a survey method, which is confirmatory research which aims to explain the causal relationship between variables. Data was taken through observation and direct interviews with 200 respondents in 2017 using a questionnaire then processed using SPSS Statistics version 22 software. The sample was selected by probability sampling technique which was purposive sampling in four districts on Lombok Island. The analysis was carried out descriptively and verificative, by testing hypotheses on community level empowerment factors, business strengthening, community characteristics, the level of urgency of CBED implementation, business performance using Structural Equation Modeling analysis and processed with AMOS version23 software. The result of the research indicate, that Community Level Empowerment (PTK) influences the level of urgency of CBED implementation by 0,165 with the key factors are competent community and strong leadership. Business Strengthening (PU) does not influences the level of urgency of CBED implementation. The Characteristics of the Community (KK) influences the level of urgency of CBED implementation by 0,225 with the key factors are intangible assets and business capabilities. The level of urgency of CBED implementation does not influences Business Performance (KU). The result of the study revealed that the Characteristics of the Community (KK) were the dominant factors which had influences on increasing the level of urgency of CBED implementation. Determinant factors of the level of urgency of CBED implementation in weaving craft micro-enterprises are factors from the dimension of competent community and leadership (PTK) and factors from intangible assets and business capabilities (KK).

Abstract

The prosperous fertile agricultural group in KP ponyo RT 01 RW 10 Tawangbanteng Village, Sukaratu District, Tasikmalaya Regency mobilized the community of their farmer groups to try to rise from adversity due to the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the programs or activities of the prosperous fertile farmer group community is the cultivation of orchids. However, their cultivation is still conventional so that productivity is low and marketing is still done on a local sub-district scale. The purpose of this service is to increase the productivity of seeds in quantity and quality with in vitro and in vivo culture techniques, as well as the productivity of increasing skills and income for the community of prosperous fertile farmer groups. The methods used consisted of surveys, counseling and training on cultivation, marketing of seeds and orchids in pots. The results of the service activities are increasing community knowledge and skills related to in vitro orchid cultivation, orchid acclimatization, orchid maintenance, and orchid marketing..
