Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang strategi menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif melalui pengembangan, desain, dan kualitas produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan ukuran sampel adalah 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hipotesis yang dirancang adalah pengembangan, desain, dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan, desain, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif pada industri pakaian Muslim di Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Financial Management Behavior is a person's ability to manage (planning, budgeting, checking, managing, controlling, searching and saving) daily financial funds. The emergence of Financial Management Behavior, is the impact of the size of a person's desire to meet the needs of his life in accordance with the level of income earned. This research objectives is to determine the effect of locus of control and financial literacy on financial behavior. This research used Regression Analysis. This analysis is aided by using a computer program SPSS 16.0 andMicrosoft Excel 2007. Sampling technique applies is purposive sampling technique and the sample size is 51 respondentsof millennial generation at Siliwangi University. Based on the results of hypothesis testing are known locus of control, financial literacy, influence on financial management behavior. Respondents with higher financial knowledge tend to be wiser in their financial behavior then lower financial knowledge. This indicates that the higher the financial knowledge of a person will tend to have a wiser financial behavior.Keywords:locus of control, financial literacy, financial management behavior. Financial Management Behavior adalahkemampuan seseorang dalam mengatur (perencanaan, penganggaran, pemeriksaan, pengelolaan, pengendalian, pencarian dan penyimpanan) dana keuangan sehari-hari. Munculnya Financial Management Behavior, merupakan dampak dari besarnya hasratseseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sesuai dengan tingkat pendapatan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh locus of controldan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan khususnya pada generasi milenial di Tasikmalaya. Untuk menguji model empiris, digunakan alat analisis regresi. Alat analisis lain yang digunakan antara lain SPSS 16.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2007. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 generasi millenial di Tasikmalayayang telah mengikuti sekolah pasar modal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa locus of controldan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan personal.Responden dengan pengetahuan keuangan yang lebih tinggi cenderung lebih bijak dalam perilaku keuangannya bila dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki pengetahuan keuangan yang lebih rendah.Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengetahuan keuangan seseorang akan cenderung memiliki perilaku keuangan yang lebihbijak. Sehingga apabila pengetahuan keuangan semakin tinggi maka perilaku keuangan personalnya akan semakin membaik yang berarti mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik.Kata Kunci: locus of control; literasi keuangan; perilaku keuangan.

Abstract

Banyaknya dana yang akan diinvestasikan dan memilih jenis investasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh toleransi investor (risk tolerance) dan pengalaman di masa lalu (experienced regret). Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experienced regret dan toleransi risiko (risk tolerance) terhadap perilaku perdagangan saham. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). Sampel terdiri dari 50 responden yang merupakan nasabah dari PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk yang mengikuti program Yuk Nabung Saham. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penyesalan yang dialami berpengaruh terhadap perilaku perdagangan saham. Begitupun, toleransi risiko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku perdagangan saham.

Abstract

Community Service (PPM) is carried out in order to help government programs improve the quality of 9-year basic education, therefore, skilled teaching staff is needed. Based on this we provide training on the use of Information Technology to improve the knowledge of educators through information medium, so that their skills and expertise can be improved. In relation to this we provide training to 14 teaching staff and education staff of Daarussalaam Ciawitali Karangnunggal IT Middle School Tasikmalaya in 2 phases. Phase 1 on July 13, 2017 is teaching about the introduction of Information Technology. Phase 2 on July 19, 2017 is the practice of using information technology. Based on the results of training and mentoring conducted, some educators implemented these methods in the learning and teaching process in the classroom right away. Some others, because of limited school facilities, are still using old methods. It is hoped that there will be an advanced program that can improve the skills of teachers and education staffs, especially in Daarussaalam Ciawitali Karangnunggal IT Middle School Tasikmalaya ABSTRAK: Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka membantu program pemerintah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar 9 tahun, sehingga diperlukan tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kami memberikan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi untuk meningkatkan wawasan tenaga pendidik melalui media informasi, sehingga kemampuan dan keahliannya dapat ditingkatkan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut kami memberikan pelatihan kepada 14 orang tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SMP IT Daarussalaam Ciawitali karangnunggal Tasikmalaya melalui 2 tahap. Tahap ke 1 tanggal 13 Juli 2017 pemberian materi tentang pengenalan Teknologi Informasi. Tahap ke 2 tanggal 19 Juli 2017 praktek penggunaan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan, beberapa tenaga pendidik langsung menggunakan metode tersebut dalam proses belajar dan mengajar di kelas. Beberapa lainnya karena keterbatasan fasilitas sekolah masih menggunakan metode lama. Diharapkan ada program lanjutan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan khususnya di SMP IT Daarussaalam Ciawitali Karangnunggal Tasikmalaya

Abstract

The government formed the Work From Bali (WFB) initiative aimed at State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to help the tourism sector on the Island of the Gods to revive due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The government has decided to hold the Work From Bali (WFB) program in the Nusa Dua area of ​​Bali. The Nusa Dua area of ​​Bali is managed by a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), in particular the Indonesian Tourism Development Agency. This study aims to uncover the discourse on Work From Bali (WFB) news in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is critical discourse analysis by van Dijk. The unit of analysis of this research is Kompas.com online news related to Work From Bali (WFB) in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in the period 27 May 2021 to 31 May 2021. The results show that the news discourse that appears related to Work From Bali (WFB) in In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an economic discourse in boosting tourism in Bali. However, these efforts still require re-examination so that social considerations do not arise that focus on activities that must be carried out in Bali.

Abstract

Tren pemberian buah tangan atau hadiah berupa buket bunga khususnya kepada orang terkasih sudah menjadi hal yang biasa bagi kawula muda sekarang. Namun kadangkala hadiah buket tersebut nantinya akan menjadi layu dan menjadi sampah. Buket snack menjadi salah satu alternative pengganti hadiah buket bunga selain harganya lebih mudah terjangkau juga bermanfaat karena bisa dimakan. Dalam pembuatannya diperlukan keterampilan khusus agar dapat bernilai jual tinggi, oleh karena itu dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan pada para santri Miftahul Huda Alhusna sebagai salah satu pelatihan kewirausahaan diberikan pelatihan membuat buket snack sebagai salah satu alternative buah tangan dimana nantinya dengan inovasi pembuatan buket snack ini dapat mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan para santri. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 12 orang santri Miftahul Huda Alhusna Kecamatan Bungursari Kota Tasikmalaya selama kurang lebih 6 jam dimana kegiatan awal berupa seminar kewirausahaan dari dosen kewirausahaan dan pemasaran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Siliwangi kemudian praktek dan pelatihan pembuatan buket snack dengan memanfaatkan limbah kertas sebagai bahan penyangga buket agar lebih ekonomis. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini para santri mahir dan dapat berkresai sendiri mengembangkan bakat dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan buket snack sehingga bisa menjadi nilai jual yang tinggi dan menciptakan inovasi baru sehingga konsumen tidak merasa bosan dengan buket yang itu-itu saja.

Abstract

This activity is carried out in collaboration with 3 Universities in the City of Tasikmalaya with the Financial Services Institution in the Capital Market to develop student competencies through an apprenticeship training program. This activity is carried out for 30 working days starting from February 2021 to March 2021 with a rotating system considering the training period during the Covid 19 pandemic. Internships are carried out online and once a week carried out offline with a rotating system to avoid crowds and maintain health protocols. With this work apprenticeship, it is hoped that students participating in the apprenticeship who are final year students can prepare themselves in the real world of work after graduating from college, where apprenticeships are also expected to be able to apply the theories obtained during college to be able to apply them in companies or institutions where they work. This activity is carried out with assistance from lecturers and tutors from the company. The implementation of this internship resulted in participants being able to learn firsthand the stock trading system at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with direct supervision of the trading market and be able to see how the marketing administration of opening a share account.

Abstract

The marketing problem is one of the problems that often arises by MSME business people. Where most MSME business people still rely on the marketing process by using old methods to introduce their business products while the recent economic growth is growing very rapidly, plus the support of advancing technology indirectly encourages furniture and furniture entrepreneurs to increase production. the lack of knowledge of MSME practitioners in using existing technology as promotional media certainly becomes an obstacle in the marketing process of MSME furniture production. Most of the SMEs in Jln Tamansari Gobras, Tasikmalaya City, only 70% understand and apply the concept of online-based marketing in introducing the results of furniture production, where MSMEs still use banners or banners for media promotion and sales management still using manual methods, so that sales reach very limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of online-based marketing management concepts in the development of online-based marketing management business and the role of online-based marketing implementation in increasing sales turnover in MSME furniture and furniture production in the village of Tamansari Gobras in Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that Babakan Muncang Tamansari Gobras MSMEs, the City of Tasikmalaya had to increase their knowledge to do online marketing to increase their income without having to spend a lot of funds as capital which experienced a 3.8% decline in sales then to expand their market share by selling online. SMEs in the village of Babakan Muncang Tamansari Gobras in the City of Tasikmalaya are expected to implement online marketing management to bring reservations without having to come directly to the place of business.Keywords: Marketing,  Online Sales

Abstract

ABSTRAK Adanya ketertarikan dari akademisi dan masyarakat untuk menjadi investor pasar modal di Bursa Efek Indonesia, namun tanpa dukungan dan pengetahuan tentang apa dan bagaimana cara berinvestasi di pasar modal. Hal ini menjadikan latar belakang pengabdian pada masyarakat untuk edukasi literasi dan inklusi pasar modal.Maka dari itu untuk mendukung hal tersebut diadakan program NICP (New Investor Class Program) yang diselenggarakan oleh PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk melalui GIBEI-FE UNSIL-RELI.Program ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi secara menyeluruh mengenai literasi dan inklusi pasar modal untuk menjadi seorang investor yang berkualitas di pasar modal dan tentunya dapat meningkatkan jumlah investor pasar modal khususnya di Kota Tasikmalaya. Luaran kegiatan program ini adalah kemampuan menangkap peluang Investor dan calon investor pada kegiatan kuliah umum pasar modal serta pengenalan pasar modal pada seluruh kalangan masyarakat, peningkatan pengetahuan Investor/calon investor serta kalangan masyarakat akan pasar modal, Peningkatan Jumlah Investor dalam pembukaan rekening saham, Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Kata Kunci: bursa efek Indonesia; inklusi; literasi; pasar modal.ABSTRACT There is interest from academics and the public to become capital market investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, but without the support and knowledge of what and how to invest in the capital market. This makes the background of community service for literacy education and capital market inclusion. Therefore to support this, a NICP (New Investor Class Program) program is held by PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk through GIBEI-FE UNSIL-RELI. This program aims to thoroughly educate the literacy and capital market inclusion to become a quality investor in the capital market and can certainly increase the number of capital market investors, especially in the City of Tasikmalaya. The output of this program is the ability to capture the opportunities of investors and prospective investors in capital market public lectures and the introduction of capital markets to all people, increase investor / prospective investor knowledge and the public about the capital market, increase the number of investors in opening stock accounts, increase knowledge and the ability to invest in the Capital Market.Keywords: capital market; inclusion; Indonesia stock exchange; literacy.
