Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infectious Disease (ARI) is the leading cause of infectious disease morbidity and mortality worldwide. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of acute respiratory infections at Hila Public Health Center, Central Maluku. This study used a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 76 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed by using the Chi square test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between occupancy density and the incidence of ARI (p-value = 0.05), there was a relationship between smoking habits and the incidence of ARI (p-value = 0.017), there was a relationship between lighting and the incidence of ARI (p-value = 0.020), and there is no relationship between cooking fuel and the incidence of ARI (p-value = 0.352). Therefore, the authors suggest that the public health center provide information to the community about the importance of home health and on the other hand, the community needs to improve the physical condition of the house that does not meet the requirements. Key words: acute respiratory infection; occupancy density; smoke; lighting; cooking fuel ABSTRAK Penyakit Infeksi Saluran Penapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas penyakit infeksi di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian infeksi saluran pernafasan akut di Puskesmas Hila, Maluku Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 76 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji Chi square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepadatan hunian dengan kejadian ISPA (p-value = 0,05), ada hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan kejadian ISPA (p-value = 0,017), ada hubungan antara pencahayaan dengan kejadian ISPA (p-value = 0,020), dan tidak ada hubungan antara bahan bakar memasak dengan kejadian ISPA (p-value= 0,352). Oleh karena itu, penulis menyarankan kepada puskesmas agar memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan rumah dan di sisi lain, masyarakat perlu memperbaiki kondisi fisik rumah yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Abstract

ABSTRAKLuka adalah rusaknya kesatuan atau komponen jaringan, dimana secara spesifik terdapat substansi jaringan yang rusak.Perawatan luka dengan menggunakan modern dressing mulai berkembang di Indonesia. Banyak hasil penelitian keefektifan perawatan luka dengan metode modern dressing dalam proses penyembuhan luka.Berdasarkan hal – hal tersebut maka penting untuk Akademi Keperawatan Sumber Waras untuk memberikan pendampingan perawatan luka dengan metode modern dressing terhadap perawat di PSTW Budi Mulia 4 Cengkareng untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap perawatan dalam melakukan perawatan luka. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan jumlah perawat yang memiliki pengetahuan baik (sebelum 1 orang, setelah 8 orang) dan 9 orang memiliki kompeten dalam keterampilan perawatan luka serta terdapat hubungan kegiatan pelatihan  perawatan luka modern dressing terhadap tingkat pengetahuan perawatperawatan luka modern dressing. Tim dosen pengabdian masyarakat menganalisa pentingnya kegiatan pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan pelayanan perawatan luka yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan mutu keperawatan. Kata kunci: pelatihan; perawatan luka moderen ABSTRACTWound is the breakdown of tissue units or components, which damaged tissue substance spesifically. Wound care using modern dressings is developing in Indonesia. Many research results on the effectiveness of wound care with modern dressing methods in the wound healing process. Based on these things, it is important for the Sumber Waras Nursing Academy to provide accompaniment wound care with modern dressing methods for nurses at PSTW Budi Mulia 4 Cengkareng. This is to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes of care in performing wound care. The result of this community service is that there is an increasing nurses with their good knowledge (before 1 person, after 8 people) and 9 person have competence in wound care skills and there is a relationship between modern dressing wound care education with level of knowledge in modern dressing wound care nurses. The community service lecturer team analyzed the importance of this education in improving wound care services which could improving the quality of nursing care, the end. Keywords: training; modern dressing; wound care

Abstract

Data dari International Diabetes Federation (IDF) mencatat bahwa dari 220 negara di dunia, Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-7 dalam jumlah penderita DM. Berdasarkan atlas DM di bawah ini diperkirakan pada tahun 2045 jumlah penderita DM akan mencapai 700 juta jiwa. Angka di atas mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya. IDF juga memprediksikan dengan semakin memburuknya globalisasi, jumlah penderita diabetes akan terus meningkat dalam 5 hingga 10 tahun mendatang.Komplikasi diabetes melitus jangka panjang salah satunya penyempitan pembuluh darah perifer yang disebabkan oleh aterosklerosis dan merupakan salah satu penyebab ulkus kaki diabetik yang paling umum dan mengancam jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas buerger allen exercise yang dilakukan pada pasien diabetes untuk meningkatkan nilai ABI agar tidak terjadi nya penyempitan pembuluh darah perifer.Metode artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan nilai ABI dalam upaya pelaksanaan buerger allen exercise yang dilakukan pada pasien DM, literature yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan dari data base publish or perish, google scholar, microsoft akademicdari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil literature review yang dilakukan menunjukan buerger allen exercise terbukti signitifkan untuk meningkatkan nilai ABI dan melancarkan aliran darah perifer.Kata Kunci:BAE, Nilai ABI, DM Abstract Data from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) noted that out of 220 countries in the world, Indonesia was ranked 7th in the number of DM sufferers. Based on the DM atlas below, it is estimated that by 2045 the number of people with DM will reach 700 million people. The figure above has increased from the previous year. IDF also predicts that with the worsening of globalization, the number of people with diabetes will continue to increase in the next 5 to 10 years. One of the long-term complications of diabetes mellitus is narrowing of peripheral blood vessels caused by atherosclerosis and is one of the most common and life-threatening causes of diabetic foot ulcers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Buerger Allen exercise in diabetic patients to increase the ABI value so that peripheral blood vessel constriction does not occur.The method of this article uses the literature review method which aims to determine the increase in the value of ABI in an effort to implement the Buerger Allen exercise carried out in DM patients, the literature used is journals published from the Publish or Perish database, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic from 2016 until 2021. The results of a literature review conducted show that Buerger Allen exercise has been shown to be significant for increasing ABI values and improving peripheral blood flow.Keywords: BAE, Nilai ABI, DM
