Abstract

Audio visual media using the power point program is a learning resource that can be used as a learning medium in schools, especially in science subjects, the subject of grouping living things. Based on the results of observations made by developers at SMP Negeri 20 Malang, it turns out that the teacher only uses textbooks as the only learning medium. For this reason, developers make alternative problem solvers by developing power point media as a learning medium. The purpose of developing this power point media is to assist teachers in the teaching and learning process in order to achieve predetermined learning objectives. Also as a medium that can attract students' attention in learning activities so that students can be motivated. From the validation results show; 1) validation of media experts shows results of 80%, 2) validation of material experts shows results of 93.75%, 3) while in class validation shows results of 80.15% based on the above research shows that the power point which is developed has high validity.

Abstract

Agricultural development that have been conducted so far, on the one hand have managed to change the face of agriculture in Indonesia is no exception in the village Kemiren. The origin of the word itself Kemiren according to village elders, village Kemiren ago when first discovered, the village is still forested and there are lots of pecan trees and durian (durian) so that from then on, the area is called "The Village Kemiren". Kemiren village administratively included in Glagah District, Banyuwangi, East Java and historically geneologis-sociological still shows the socio-cultural system of life that has the power of traditional values ​​Osing so that when the leadership of Governor of East Java Basofi Sudirman, Kemiren village set into a tourist village Osing custom. Osing is one of the ethnic community in Banyuwangi and the surrounding area. Osing language and the context of discussion inlah kominkasi interpersonal provide language difference to farmers in the village this Kemiren. The formulation of the problem in this study is the culture of the people of Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi, the second is the role of communication in the language of the farmers of the Kemiren Village community. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained in this study are how communication plays an important role in the formation of cultural characteristics of the people of Kemiren Village, the majority of whom work as farmers.

Abstract

In the Pancasila Education class for fourth grade at SD Negeri 124 Palembang for the 2024/2025 academic year, there is an issue with the low learning outcomes of students regarding the material of Pancasila as a Life Value. During the learning process, students are less active and focused. Therefore, a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted using quantitative methods to address this issue. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students on the material of Pancasila as a Life Value through differentiated instruction with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. There was an improvement in student learning outcomes after implementing three cycles. In cycle 1, the percentage of student learning outcomes reached 32%, which did not meet the mastery criteria. In cycle 2, the percentage of learning outcomes reached 63%, still not meeting the success criteria. In cycle 3, the percentage of learning outcomes reached 89%, which met the success criteria. The results show a progressive improvement in each cycle, demonstrating that differentiated instruction with the CRT approach can enhance student learning outcomes.
